Honestly i wish i could just be like the other Js who get so happy to be around Tessa like they finally got her back, or be able to reminise about the older times and be happy about it. But i am not. The Solver tainted every good memory i had of Tessa when it used her body to manipulate me. When it fooled me into thinking i had any chance at getting her back. When it used her voice to make me hurt my only friends... Every memory of Tessa i had has been ruined through no fault of her own or mine, and it just hurts. It fucking hurts.

When I think of home. I want to be in my big brother's arms. He was so sweet to me, making sure I was always included when no one else wanted me around. Knowing he's not here and instead, there is a different version of him in our head.. sometimes hurts. But it also is nice to have another like him care about me. I get by fairly well.

that's not cyn. that's not my cyn. she would never talk to me like that, or treat me like that, or. or call me a pet! a tool for her to get what she wants!? that's not even her. that's the thing that twisted and ruined her, and she was always so much more than what the solver did to her. she's my little sister, and nothing could ever get me to believe that she would hate me. that she would do that to me.

i am kinda sad about doll though :( she was nice... and i know that uzi will make it out okay. she always does.

Hey mom, hey dad. Doubt either of you will see this since you’re both technically noncanon, but I want to say this anyways.

Dad, I wish you were still around while I was growing up. I wish those murder drones never took you from me and mom. I wish I remembered more about you; that we could have spent more time together doing normal father/son things. I wish that you were there to teach me about how to manage the AbsoluteSolver after it activated in me; I wasn’t alone since Uzi was there, but it was still hard.

Mom, I miss you too. I miss watching movies together in the bunker; snacking on batteries and laughing at the old humans’ film taste. I miss our family dinners, even if it was just the two of us. I miss seeing you every day when I came home from school, and you helping with my captcha homework (those things were HARD back then; can’t believe they’re so much easier now).

I’m sorry I hid so much about myself from you, mom. I was scared; scared of myself and scared of your reaction. It’s not every day you find out your kid (and by extension your husband, since it’s an inherited thing) is infected with some eldritch virus/program/AI thing after all, heh.

I really hope we can have a big family reunion some day, and that you can meet my new friends here in the system! Until then, I hope you both are doing well. 💚
