They face the most temptation, though...would be easier to give into the desires of the flesh than to stay pure. So we like to keep a close eye on those types~

If it was Sancho or maybe even post canto Don I wouldn’t really throw around the term but this is the Don that the group doesn’t know is nerfed. Sinclair vs. Scythe

That is literally a coughing baby vs. bayonetta Sinclair doesn’t stand a CHANCE I’m sorry.

So, where to start? Because there’s not much as to why Scythe would fucking murder him.

General body composition:

Alrighty, obviously scythe takes the cake for this one. We know from Soda that Scythe is both quite muscular and lean, she’s fast, vicious, and quick on her feet— even if she is older, that gets compensated for the fact that she’s INCREDIBLY well-built and can tank a lot. Sinclair, although being a healthy young adult, is still pretty fragile and small for his age. He’s not really muscular (as we learn from The LCB checkup intervallo) and when it comes to combat is very inexperienced ESPECIALLY compared to Scythe. I believe Scythe is also like both taller and bigger then Sinclair as well so that’s an immediate disadvantage plus he doesn’t have the speed to compensate it like how scythe does.

General Combat Experience:

2. Yup! Scythe solo’s again with ease. Sinclair was an average schoolboy dragged into the LCB with very little combat experience other than whatever happened to him shortly after he left his town. Scythe, on the other hand, is such an experienced Serial killer, criminal, and lunatic that not even BANHAMMER can hold her down for longer than a day as well as the fact she’s somehow escaped every last assasination attempt put onto her from him. She even actively MOCKS him over this and finds joy is screwing with one of *THE MOST* dangerous characters in the lore of Phighting. Shes so dangerous she’s basically unkillable just because of her wits and speed. Sinclair simply just cannot compare to this, supported even more by the fact that he’s statistically the weakest of the LCB.

Battle Strategy

3. This one is actually pretty easy to predict how it would go, Scythe toys with him a bit for the fun, sets him as her target, pelts him with low damaging bullets, goes invisible, ult activates and she kills him before he can even realize what’s happening. Sinclair can tank a little bit I would think, but he can’t compete with Scythes cleanness and efficiency. He would be dead in a heart beat.

Personality:

4. YeAHHHHH we can all agree that Scythe is basically Kromer with a prosthetic arm and a side of a hell lot more intelligence and hatred. Plus, since Scythe has no emotions towards Sinclair, he’s just another target for her. If he were to get upset, an angry Sinclair is a reckless one and Scythe would take full advantage of that just for the fun of it. Shes a more malicious, experienced, and thrill of the kill chasing Kromer and by god Sinclair fighting a much more dangerous person who simultaneously reminds him of Kromer is a very, VERY bad mix.

sits down. kromer is trying very hard to move past ncorp. guido is everything ncorp stands for with no signs of redemption. even when she was with n corp i doubt she would see him as anything other than a partner because she was focused on sinclair and because i think it is very hard to love anyone while you are in n corp because you are inhuman. i admire kromer so much for having humanity now and being able to gain her own thoughts and break free from the hate that she was indoctrinated into.!!

kromer wouldn't like anyone like that (as of right now?) because kromer wants to fall in love with freedom first. maybe we don't have total freedom in limbus, but we have freedom of thought and expression, at the very least. we have coexistence on the bus!

Quick OOC post as a synopsis for an arc of Kromer's Prosthetic MA! that may not be visible to some people due to the mature tag being added. (Specifically, mature violence)

I don't wish for people to be confused by seemingly missing content, so this'll fill in the blanks~!

Synopsis under read more:

Kromer is answering asks on her PDA while Sinclair is resting. Eventually she comes across an anon that welcomes her to the 'list of people NCorp would like to kill'

Before Kromer has time to respond to this ask, Guido, Canon Kromer, and NCorp Sinclair is spawned on top of Swap Kromer (Guido is specifically glued to Kromer's arm in a magical anon that specifies that neither can permanently die until Kromer is human again)

NCorp bros proceed to torture Kromer in a not fun way. Normal heretic cleansing stuff. Kromer is put into a cycle of dying and reviving as a prosthetic.

The noise wakes Sinclair up from his nap. When he turns to look for Kromer he finds an eerily similar picture of what it was like the night his family died. Under the stress of possibly losing his friend and also reliving his trauma, Sinclair corrodes into Hex Nail. During this E.G.O. Corrosion he specifically targets Canon Kromer and NCorp Sinclair.

This leaves Kromer with Guido. Kromer is still being attacked, but is gifted a new E.G.O. for the duration of the Prosthetic MA! This E.G.O. is Sinclair's Branch of Knowledge. The E.G.O. comes with an ominous note saying that there may be repercussions for using E.G.O. based on a person instead of an abnormality.

Kromer decides to take the risk and summons The Branch of Knowledge for the first time, using it to both hit Guido and angle it to cut off her arm glued to the man.

After Kromer drags herself away from Guido, it's revealed that the consequences of using an E.G.O. designed around a person is that... You start to mentally assimilate with them. Kromer starts to hear Sinclair's thoughts. He's desperate, he feels guilty for sleeping, he feels responsible for this situation.

When Sinclair is done with his Hex Nail corrosion, both Canon Kromer and NCorp Sinclair are staggered. Sinclair takes a nail off the ground and turns his attention to Guido. He proceeds to drive the nail through Guido's neck.

Kromer hears Sinclair thinking if he can properly use a nail as a weapon, as he's unfamiliar with it. Kromer then decides to activate The Branch of Knowledge again, handing the summoned axe to Sinclair with the idea that: Kromer has to be the one to finish the E.G.O. move when she is the one using the E.G.O. thus, if Sinclair uses the axe it would not actually complete the move. This allows Sinclair to murder Canon Kromer and NCorp Sinclair. He ends up using the axe with so much force that he breaks it, ending the E.G.O. move.

Due to having such a long use of Sinclair's E.G.O. Kromer quite literally mentally becomes Sinclair. She gains all of Sinclair's memories on top of her own, she is feeling what he is feeling and seeing what he is seeing. Kromer can hear his thoughts and feel his emotions. This confuses Kromer enough that she thinks she is Sinclair.

After breaking the E.G.O., Sinclair rushes to Kromer's destroyed prosthetic body(from the previously mentioned torture) and picks her up. Sinclair then tries to carry Kromer as far away from the reviving Guido as possible.

While Sinclair is stumbling(as he was also injured) Kromer asked Sinclair if he is also Emil Sinclair. This makes Sinclair pause.

Sinclair realizes after a moment that this situation must've been deeply stressful and traumatizing for Kromer, yet she summoned Sinclair's E.G.O. and held onto it for an extended period of time. She was showing symptoms similar to Sinclair's own Red Sheet identity. Her mind is affected by Sinclair's own.

And this is where Sinclair realizes he has a choice. He can mold Kromer into the perfect person, force her to hatch out of an egg she was never supposed to be in. Or he can remember his friend who she is. He can nurture his friend to show that he cares. Sinclair feels disgusting even thinking about the former, so he instead tells Kromer about herself. About how she's brave and strong. About how Kromer is Sinclair's friend.

Sinclair can hear that Guido has revived and is hunting them down. He becomes quite fearful and tries to cover Kromer.

Kromer can feel Sinclair's emotions, but the power of their connection is already starting to fade. Kromer can't look into Sinclair's memories nor can she read his mind. In an attempt to calm Sinclair down, Kromer declares her own friendship to Emil Sinclair.

The rest will be continued in a new thread. That is just a vague synopsis of what happened that people may have missed due to the mature rating.
