When I read this scene from the newest chapter of Neon Void I could SEE it so clearly in my mind, that I immediately opened a new canvas and started drawing! @sugarpasteltmnt has created such an incredible and gripping story! I literally can’t gush enough about it.

Hey it's been awhile...

Life has been pretty busy these past few months and it has sucked all the creative juices out of me. Drawing during my free time became nonexistence because I was too drained. So I apologize for disappearing for so long. I got my creative spark back and here is the result of that.

Happy ‘The Neon Void’ 2nd Anniversary!!!

I’m a few days late (it was the 26th) but that’s because I’m currently traveling somewhere I’ve always wanted to go; Japan!! I’m having an amazing time and wished I could have prepared something a bit more special, but I’ll be honest— I’m so much happier and freer now thanks to TNV and all of the wonderful people in this fandom, and I feel like this trip is helping celebrate that.

Two years ago I wasn’t exactly feeling very cowabunga about a lot of things, but while writing TNV I was able to get through some tough times and even help make some important decisions that have significantly improved my life. And I could not be more thankful for everyone’s sweet words and excitement over my silly little fanfic— seriously, you all are so amazing and I am so so so lucky to be a part of such a fun fandom. Thank you all so so much.

So thank you all again for everything, happy 2nd anniversary, and remember to enjoy the cheesy pizza pies life gives you 🩵

I just gotta say, not only do I love fics like this one where Leo has a Bad Time, but I also adored how expressive he was?? My guy was crashing out every two seconds and the text really helped me picture how his body would flop around like a fish alongside his rapid mood swings lmao

I finally read the neon void and I knew it was good but I didn’t realize it was THAT good. Holy cow @sugarpasteltmnt you are a fantastic writer. That being said this is based on the chapter “Mosaic.” I just really really like the Leo’s perspective, it’s so so good fhshdhjdjdjdhdnjf thank you for helping me out of my creative rut :D
