Well, you’re home, crazy chemicals still floating around in your blood, urgent, must do stuff, crazy head, but now you’re on leave…and can relax…

I will admit to seeing the discussion about peanut butter and jelly and immediately thinking of Virgil and a decidedly Kiwi Alex Sweetapple discussing the matter. Do Kiwis enjoy that concoction? Cos I don’t think Aussies do (Kiwi Thunderfam let us know…we must have Alex thinking authentically 😁). Immediately wanted to write something. Unfortunately, time is as short as it always is.

Anyway, I just wanted to show my appreciation and show some signs of life as well 😁

World at large, please be aware that English is spoken regionally. Your region may use different words, pronunciations and grammar to a different region.

Your region is no more correct than any other.

Aka, I speak Australian English, and pretty damned well, so please stop correcting my language online just because it doesn’t align with yours.

My usage is just as valid as yours. Get your head out of your ass/arse (ooh, look, same word different regions) and look at the world around you, get educated, and respect the fact that you don’t know everything!

Just a heads up and possibly an apology for being generally absent online for the last week.

I have a minor medical procedure today. Nothing major, nothing wrong, but apparently I’ve needed to fixate on it a bit. The muse has been literally obliterated and nothing is working. Even at work, my creative flair has taken a plummet.

And on top of that, I’ve retreated from social contact. I tend to do that when burning all my spoons on fretting, whether it is for valid reason or not.

Hopefully, today it will be over and done with and I can return to doing all the things I love.

Stupid brain.

On the flipside, I’m now a millionaire in Stardew Valley and Grandpa gave me four out of four candles - completed the mines, the skull cavern down to level 100 (for the first time) and the Island volcano all before the end of Year Two.
