So the one with orange hair is named Virgo! He has a chronic illness that is killing him (slowly at first but at the point of the plot the illness is much more severe and he has like 3 years left to live) He has pretty much accepted this fact right up until he falls in love with Euto! (The character with the white hair) who is an herbalist and wanna be doctor who is extremely talented in the field of medicine- just not enough to heal him in time. The two fall madly in love and over the course of their relationship Virgo basically goes through the 5 stages of grief in reverse and un-accepts his impending death as Eui shows him that he has a lot of stuff he actually does want to live for ! And simultaneously Euto gets increasingly desperate in their attempts to find a cure for him - and is entirely unsuccessful.

Eui and Virgo and a tragedy waiting to happen- but as this reality grows closer Euto resorts to more “unethical” methods.
