Happy Pride!!! When I first did pride icons for my ThreeClans OCs, it was 7 years ago. I remember being so happy because it was the first time I ever did something to celebrate pride. In the past 9 years of being a part of this group, I've found a wonderful community of other LGBT+ people to share experiences with and learn from. I am so honored that through this group I've been able to learn so much about myself. I feel like a *lot* of the pride I feel with my own identity comes from just being in such a welcoming environment that allowed me to grow. I love you gay people and I love our little gay cats too. @threeclans

Angra / Arueshalae :

10: What scares them about entering a relationship?

Angra is scared of doing something wrong or upsetting Arueshalae, she’s a flirt but never had an actual relationship and her usual confidence get thrown out of the window with Arue because she literally doesn’t know what to do or how to act especially with someone so different from anyone she’s ever met but she cares deeply about Arue and would do anything for her, i guess her biggest fear is Fumbling.

For Arueshalae i think what scares her a lot would be intimacy on one hand because of her past as a demon she would be scared of accidentally hurting Angra (this + i hc her as ace / demi) but Angra is giving her the time she needs, listens to her and reassures her, on the other hand i think Arue might also be scared of Angra getting tired of reassuring her and overall running out of patience with her, which would never happen because Angra adores her and prioritises her peace and comfort, but i think it’s a reasonable fear for Arue to have (i think i would have this fear in her place ngl)

13: What is their go-to for making a partner feel loved?

With Arue still learning about the world of mortals i don’t think she would have a go-to way but i do picture her asking the other companions for advice, asking what they would do to make someone feel loved and she would try to put in practice their advice.

Angra is someone that will show her love through deeds and gifts, she would find or even make herself gifts for Arue like jewelry or maybe a new bow, she would take her out on an adventure and make sure she has a fun time perhaps taking her to a romantic and magical place where they can have a picnic and talk.

16: If they had the ability to just spend free time with their partner, what would they do? Would they go out or stay inside?

Out! Angra is an adventurous and outdoorsy person, they would spend the day out in nature or sailing the seas, Angra would love to also show Arue the beauty of her city, the market, the bakeries, the canals, but then they would sail again once more, the world is too big and beautiful to stay too long in one place and Angra wants to show Arue all of it!

Saga / Woljif :

7: Do they (or would they) pursue the other character's affection, and if so, how? Do they tell the other character how they feel? Try to earn their admiration? Woo them with romantic gestures? Flirt with them, skillfully or otherwise?

Saga does most of the flirting but it’s be in a playful banter sort of way and very lighthearted, i like to think that Woljif is also jokingly flirty but absolutely can’t do it with Saga and ends up fumbling - which she finds hilarious and adorable - and when they both begin to catch actual feelings and care for each other it’s a bit like “damn, now what??”, especially Saga because despite her being a bard she’s so bad at putting together and formulating her own actual feelings, she never even had a crush. She doesn’t tell Woljif how she feels but her behavior starts changing, she starts being more mindful around him, her words become kinder, she tones down her jests and listens to him more carefully and becomes more supportive and caring.

Woljif notices her changes, he’s in a similar position because just like her he doesn’t really know how to express these feelings, maybe part of him thinks he’s just imagining things, maybe a part is scared of opening up and i think a part is definitely afraid of rejection so he doesn’t tell her how he feels but tries showing it in other ways like gifting her jewelry - which he knows she adores - or tools she might find useful and trying embarrassingly hard to make her laugh / smile because he thinks she has the brightest smile in the world.

8: What do they think about romantic love? Do they have baggage surrounding it? Do they idealize it? Is it an object of longing and wanting, or were they really not thinking about it until they started falling for the other character? What are their expectations like?

Neither of them really thought much about it, i see both as very independent and self relying types, especially Saga with her free spirit, both joke about it - Saga even sings about it - but actually avoid it, their expectations are more akin to fears because i think both would expect being abandoned or betrayed because they’re so guarded. Until it turns into caring and then longing, a longing for comfort and a safe space that neither of them can really elaborate or put into words because of their own fears.

12: How much independence do they prefer in a relationship-do they want to share their lives as much as possible with their partner, or do they prefer to mostly do their own thing and let their partner do their own thing?

They start out very independent, as i said both are really self relying and free but over time they grow to be so close that it becomes difficult to have one without the other, eventually they begin to do everything together from making food to self care (i like the thought of Woljif helping Saga do her hair) to playing music and performing together, Saga would absolutely teach him how to play an instrument.
