OCtober Day 2: New OC

This is one of my newer OCs, Roseguide! He is a warrior in a clan called Snagclan, which was devastated by a fire before he graduated from apprenticeship.

I'm still working on it, but I was thinking of making a clangen blog about him and his clan! I don't know when I'll be making it, but I'm still interested in the idea.

layla is the first time in a long while that i’ve not been writing an oc. when i came back to the rpc this time around, it was on an oc  ( that is now on hiatus because brain only think layla thoughts oops ). all this to say, i fucking love ocs. the amount of love and passion and creativity that people put into their ocs will never, ever cease to amaze me. i love getting to see everyone’s creations. i love being inspired by new ideas & old ideas. i get very, very stupidly attached to my friend’s ocs too. not to sound biased about @giftshopped​ again but i love becky’s ocs so much that basically every single oc i have now is built around them and their world, and i wrote a book about them. i wrote an entire novel because i loved my girlfriend’s ocs  ( and my own ocs too i guess )  so much. the quickest way to make me wholly uninterested in your blog is to have an “ocs dni” rule.

day 03: favorite portrayals of a minor / underappreciated character in a fandom

@townsheriff — i love liz forbes, that’s not a secret to anyone. i love lia and that’s also not a secret to anyone. so can you imagine how i felt when lia made a liz???? if you can’t, lemme tell ya: i fangirled for, like, 3 hours straight. liz forbes is - as i’m sure a lot of you must’ve noticed - not a character that many people want/like to play, so to say i’m happy to see her on my dash every now and then would be a huge understatement. lia does a wonderful job bring liz to life; you can hear the sheriff’s voice in everything she writes and every action she describes is something that makes me be like ‘oh, liz would totally do that’. so lia, this is my formal thank you to you. thank you for bringing such an important character to life and for giving my caroline her mom. you have no idea how much it means to me to be able to write with such a talented writer as yourself (hint hint: a lot!!!!!!).

@thickcrskiin​  — i’m pretty sure i’ve followed jynx and jan since i made my first blog, almost a year ago. and ever since then, i was hooked. i smile whenever i see nina’s cute lil face on my dash or when i read jan’s commentary posts because they’re always gold. even though we’ve never interacted (i’m totally up for changing that, btw hihi), know that i admire you and your blog from afar!

@badasshybridqueen  — COOOOOOOOOOOORI, you made the impossible happen: you made caroline like hayley enough to be friends with her. or in our case, best friends. more like sisters from another mister. i cannot begin to thank you enough for all the threads we have going on. they make me laugh more often than not, but sometimes they made me sad because they’re angsty af (hint hint: atelophobia verse with kris). whenever i think about our threads, i get happy. because i can see how hayoline’s friendship has developed thorough them and how we, as muns, have grown closer and closer. caroline values hayley’s friendship a lot and i value yours just as much.

                                DAY 05: FAVORITE MULTIMUSES

okay, so multi muses are like gods gift to tumblr. Like we get all these amazing characters on one blog. Endless possibilities of plots, threads, and everything in between. I feel like multimuses also gives lesser known characters their spotlight, ones you might not seen as often on single blogs. There is this freedom to write any muse you want, test them out, love them, write to your hearts desire. I have gotten some of my fave threads with multimuses, and they are just wonderful blogs that deserve all the love. So with no further ranting, I give all my love to these wonderful blogs and their muns that light up my dash. quick special shout out to @puerdeos and all of Morgan’s amazing muses. So much effort goes into these wonderful characters, OC and Canon. I get so excited to interact with any of them on any of my blogs. Not only that but the mun behind them is just a drop of sunshine that never fails to make me smile. Supportive, creative, talented, all words that automatically come in mind when thinking of Morgan.  and of course i gotta dedicate some words to @leftmourning . Bea and I met through our mutual love of the shit show that is now General Hospital and she became one of my closest friends. She has introduced me to new characters, through her fangirling and her multi. Everything she writes, everything she creates, is pure freakin’ gold.
