Asking the community around here a question or two. I love Hodge and Podge, but I'm still confused by them sometimes. So I wanna hear y'all's thoughts on this little mini rant/study thing.

Do we think they've been at the academy forever? Like have they always drawn the warding cards or did they get captured?

Are they connected to Hyde somehow or just the guidance office? Are they technically staff members?

Personally because of their inherent personalities and styles I feel like they're not old. I think these guys might have been more recent additions. And that they're honestly more attached to the room than to Hyde himself. God knows they're attached to each other. Either super close friends or family or in my headcanons in a relationship.

(basically trying to gauge the consensus to see if it's not crazy for me to tie them into a back story for my oc)
