Oh so how about Scaled Herbalist!Zuko?

Miyuki sometimes carries Zuko/Spirit around like a kitten when they're still small.

It's slightly annoying when they steal her favorite sun spot. But they caught a mouse for her as an apology.

The soldiers that come to the herbalist are very concerned about the new pet, that reacts to the same name as her kid that keeps disappearing for some reason.

I hope this makes sense. Sorry for any mistakes.

"I told you," the tiny talking lizard says, "I'm a Spirit."

"Uh," says the Fire Nation solider whose chest is under his teenie-tiny claws.

"Now," it says, and it's impressive how much menace it can exude with the slow cattish undulations of its tail, or the way its little fluffy mane starts standing up hair by hair, "are you going to let me change your bandages, or will I need to burn out an infection?"

Its teeth are like needles and the soldier has a very good view of them. Its breath is very very warm and smells not unlike a coal fire.

"...Could you have opposable thumbs, first?" the man asks.

"Miyuki says thumbs are for the weak."

Teeth and claws approach the his face. The soldier whimpers, as eight ounces of baby dragon start methodically mauling his bandages off.

Last year I made the young version of this ship in my sapphic au depicting them in their first encounter as a one night stand in a shitty hotel room before TPM... And now the diptych is complete ! Here they are near the end of their relationship just before ANH :) two old ladies living together in a shack on tatooine (link to a post explaining how we got here with obimaul)

There is still plenty to explore with these two, a lot of angst mainly fjfkkf but they do have a happy ending, and here it is ! Well at least Maul does

Every time I draw Maul I give her a cute little face, that I then have to cover up with tattoos >:( it gives her kinda the same expression every time and my life is hell

I honestly feel like all Sith lords would love it when their darling kisses their mask. Regardless of all the horrors said mask carries it's still a sign of power, of respect, of the darkness they've come to embrace. I feel like kissing it would be the equivalent of kissing a king's ring. All submission and loyalty. A pledge of love, a pledge of devotion. You belong to him utterly, wholly. Maybe it's more than that, maybe it's not only about the regonization of power. But the acceptance of the power they hold over you. A testament to how they've infected your mind. Morphed and molded you into their perfect little doll. I just know they get high off the power they hold over you. A light mindless kiss to the cold steel hiding away their visage is all the proof they need to how perfectly they've broken you...
