With Tango I wanted to play with half body/split coloring and make him look scorched, including his horn which will just smoke while he's not using magic. I'd like to think he's absolutely fine and all that's changed is that he can only conjure fire magic but he doesn't care that much. His tail and mane can burst into flame whenever

BigB is a big guy with a thousand yard stare and prey animal behavior with his ears constantly tucked back. I really like the idea of him having a huge tail dragging behind him, adds to the unnerve a tiny bit. When people look away he turns into a hyperrealistic creaking horse

Why did I make Jimmy all yellow. His color is blue!!! Blue!!!! Even if I usually highlight him with yellow because it just looks nicer but!! Blue..!! Seeing Lizzie build a blue parrot for him inspired me to finally redesign him, his coloration is based on the blue quaker parrot! The canary theme can still work with this, I'd like to imagine his flight feathers started going yellow and he wasn't just born with canary feathers. Also tried to get across that he's a lanky ass pony but makes himself look smaller

Joel I think works so much better when he's relatively monotone and the green highlights are implemented sparingly (you know, as highlights). I think it makes him look more special even with normal horse colors than if he was mostly green, kinda loses that bit of the design that really identifies Joel AS Joel. Yeah my first Joel design was garbo. Also he's very angry that god made him an earth pony and tiny. sorry little guy

You know how you look up to someone and how someone looks up to you? Okay, now make it g/t

Lemme explain via example: Imagine a writer who types all their stories on their computer. Maybe they share them online maybe they are way too nervous to do that, and just keep it a secret hobby. Anyway, one day they leave their desk to do something only to come back and notice that their writing document moved to a different page, and their computer didn’t fall asleep like it usually did. This confuses them but they brush it off, telling themselves that maybe they were faster than normal and maybe accidentally moved the page.

However, it keeps happening. Each day they walk away for a moment or even longer, their computer never falls asleep and is on a completely different page. This starts to freak them out. So, they decide to walk away and then sneak back as quietly as possible. When they peek their head inside, they see a tiny little person at their computer, just staring at the screen. The writer watches as the tiny continues to read their story, and that’s when they realize, they’re reading the writer’s story. They walk in, spooking the tiny. The tiny is in shock, they can’t tell if it’s just fear of being seen or getting the chance to actually talk to the writer whose work they adore, perhaps a mix of both. Maybe the tiny gets overwhelmed and before the writer can ask the classic “What are you” question, the tiny burst into a bunch of questions about the story the writer is writing. The writer taken aback by this, just awkwardly answers them and tries to ask them a question only for the tiny to continue asking questions. Eventually the tiny remembers that “Oh right… I’m not supposed to be seen…” and cautiously asks if the writer is upset with them and whether they will hurt them. The wrier assures them that they are mad and won’t hurt them and are honestly glad that their computer wasn’t hacked or there was a ghost or something. Also, how could the writer ever hurt their biggest…well smallest fan?

Maybe they build a friendship where the tiny helps the writer with ideas and getting over those writing hurdles. Hell, maybe the tiny even was inspired by the writer and tried writing their own story and shares it with the writer. Maybe the writer gains the confidence to share their stories online or even publish their work all because one little person loved their work. Perhaps the tiny, with the help of the writer, shares their own stories while hiding their identity as a tiny from everyone. So many possibilities! Just tiny little fans, forgetting they should probably focus on not being seen and not “What is Character’s favorite thing to do when they are bored?” Like sweetheart probably not the best time, but go for it.

ANYWAYS, way back, years ago when I was into the series prior I was there for the "How Did We Get Here" ark. I still have art of tftgs from during that time that's up on this blog if you go back far enough.

I'm talking about the ark that was deleted, the one that became lost media, the draft versions of Volume 3.

I need to find the motivation to make a fic with my personal au (yes lumini divorce is unfortunately there, it's basically canon just slightly off the rails.... You'll understand why)

So basically I watched yesterday's EP and went "DAMN well how would my aus Lunar act to the news of being forced to cope with unbearable trauma that he forced down?"

Not well let's just say that:3

He's very and I mean VERY similar to canon so everything canon Eclipse did still effects him and he's extremely similar to canon Lunar.... The only difference? I gave him some of my experience (as a recovering abuse survivor)

It starts with healthy coping, progressively going downhill until you're thinking about just why you're on this earth and crying every night. I honestly imagined that c!Lunar would be similar just with a few tweaks (heh he's a little bit of a sheltered baby....)

So anyway! I won't go too in depth into his coping mechanisms because some things may be triggering for people but I feel as though we should've explored c!Lunar's need to be useful, to have a purpose, and to have someone love him more. We see snippets of it but do we ever actually see how badly it can affect him? Sure we see some of how it affects relationships but not really him.

If you want to see my aus character study and analysis of canon TSBS (and some non canon polyam Eclipse/Puppet/Foxy but like Eclipse and Puppet are more like qpr with more affection...) I'm starting the draft of a fic! I have yet to decide what the name of this fic however I do know the name of my au is stars align:3 so do whatever you wish with that!

(I just really want to write Lunar realizing how badly he fumbled and actually healing, maybe with a little Lumini despite the divorce...)

Yeah, mine had to be removed bcus one was growing in my jaw n headed upwards to my official teeth n was already fully formed, so that would've been M E G A painful if it erupted! And the other two were found forming in the palate of my mouth, but since they were still essentially tissue, they waited for them to form into fuller forms yet before extracting them!

Interestingly enough, my wisdom teeth also erupted, n my dentists were all keeping an eye on them bcus of my condition, but I didn't even feel it when they popped out! They thankfully also emerged in perfect alignment, they didn't mess up with my braces or the rest of my teeth!
