This man fled persecution from El Salvador in 2011, and had a court order from 2019 that protected him from being deported there.

He was sent to a dangerous prison where the torture of prisoners is reported to be a regular occurrence. And now, despite admitting to their error, this administration is stating that they might not even be able to bring him home.
