How do you stay focused and productive during work? Any advice?

I don't have much advices, because I have a problem with procrastinating and lack of motivation so I'm not exactly doing the best but I'm doing great anyways and this is what matters but it could be so much better.

Despite having much work, I'm taking at myself more and more of it and I have many new ideas. I'm too ambitious and when I have boost of motivation then later I'm overworked and this motivation is vanishing...

I tend to wait till deadline and later panicking a little when I have some project to do and my work is still in progress. I should work on those things sooner but when I'm not feeling to do it then I don't want force myself.

I remember when I was drawing project of my factory, it was hard to do because of many details and I was annoyed when drawing but I made it to the end and result was amazing!

My friend asked me to hire someone to make ads for me but I won't because I just like having everything under control and make things my way and I like drawing ads

Some of them was not good enough so I should make a remake but about ad poster about emerald Thneed, it's not actual because it was limited edition but... What if I'm gonna sell them again? It's amazing idea but when I'm gonna do it then I have another ad to do...

I'll do it someday but... I don't know when.

Procrastination is problem that be both have]
