Pretty generic question but does your player and the toys accompanying them ever have any moments where there’s nothing crazy going on in the factory and they have a moment to relax? Do they try to talk things out with the others during this time? Or is it just a moment of silence and taking in the peace of the quiet factory?

Oof, it's AU ramble time again. Also another question mix!! Hope you don't mind @an-eggs-quest & @tallahatchet (sorry for the tag sjkdfhskfhd).

Back in Safe Haven, they had tons of quiet moments, compared to what Raph would've have while descending deeper and deeper in the factory, which was... pretty much equal to zero.

The guy took to heart what Doey told him about "catching his breath". He would want to sit around the kids, maybe manage to cheer them up a bit and get them to laugh somehow. He'd also get curious about the drawings on the wall and would want to add his little contribution. Poor guy needs to feed his artistic brain a bit lmao. I like to think the critters would be intrigued and watch, maybe some of them would even join him. And maybe they'd make a drawing all together. It distracts everyone for a little while.

Raph tried taking things easy. As much as feasibly possible in their situation. It brought him a sense of normalcy he realized he terribly needed. And for a little while, he felt like genuinely smiling again.

After the Safe Haven incident, breaks are less frequent. The whole gang is tense from 1. everything that's already happened 2. the loss of their friends and 3. knowing they're being tracked down by Huggy and (presumably) the Prototype.

But when they find a remotely quiet and well-hidden spot, they let themselves relax. Catch some sleep. Even if just for a bit. They need the energy after all.

... Catnap usually keeps a sleepy eye on everyone. As for Raph...

it's silly but the biggest reason why im not into t yet is bc im so afraid of losing my hair. do you have any solutions/tips for it?

first of all, i don’t think it’s silly — it’s natural to be worried when hair loss is talked about by so many people as like…one of the worst results of aging for men. listening to my dad talk about how much he hates balding definitely did not make me feel particularly good about the knowledge that i may very well be joining him someday. i’m not saying the fear is right, because i don’t think hair loss is something awful that we should avoid at all costs, but it’s an understandable fear given the beauty standards we’re working with, and it’s one that a lot of us (myself included) feel.

one thing that’s helped me is just…paying more attention to the guys that i interact with on a daily basis. i’ve learned two things from it: 1) hair loss is super fucking common. i’d say it’s much harder to find an adult man who isn’t balding at all than it is to find one who’s completely bald. and 2) if you forget everything you’ve been told about how bad hair loss is, you’ll realize that quite frankly, every single one of those guys looks totally fucking fine. it doesn’t ruin their appearance and make them ugly, it looks totally natural and isn’t really even something you’d notice if you weren’t looking for it. we put so much weight on it but it’s really just not that big of a deal. i’ll hear my parents talk shit about men in my family who are losing their hair when i didn’t even notice a difference last time i saw them. it’s one of those things (like so many other appearance-related things) that you really only notice at all because you’ve been taught that you’re supposed to care about it.

this isn’t something i’ve done personally, but if you really want to desensitize yourself to the idea of it, embrace the time-honored queer tradition of just shaving your whole damn head! find out what you’d look like without hair, find out how you feel about it and what you can do that makes you feel good about your appearance without hair, test the waters while it’s still a temporary change and not something permanent. that way, it won’t feel like this big scary unknown, and you’ll actually have a frame of reference for your feelings about how you look without hair rather than accepting the societal assumption that you’ll inevitably hate it. if you don’t want to actually shave your head, you could also just fuck around with bald filters or photoshop and see what happens.

oh, and if you’re attracted to men, keep an eye out for guys who are bald or balding and also hot as fuck. in my experience, there’s no insecurity or potential future insecurity that being gay for other men hasn’t helped me with. just off the top of my head, i can think of a couple actors who i think are absolutely fucking gorgeous who have helped me get over my fears about losing my hair. despite what our anti-aging-obsessed world might want you to think, there is no such thing as a physical feature that automatically makes someone less attractive, and while making attractiveness less of a priority in your life is good, it can’t hurt to also give yourself some proof that actually, you might lose your hair and look hot as hell doing it.

basically, entertain the possibility that it won’t be a bad thing at all! whether that’s just because it turns out to be a neutral thing for you or because you end up actually liking it, it’s not an inherently bad thing. i’ve ended up liking a lot of things that were “supposed to” be bad effects of t — i love the weight i’ve gained and the new shape it gives my body, i get a lot of gender euphoria from the fact that my acne is now on parts of my face that i saw a lot of guys in high school get it and i’m not complaining about the scars i get from it either because i’ve always liked the added texture that acne scars give my skin, and so on. i think there’s a lot of joy to be had in the changes we’re taught to fear, once we look past that conditioning and actually explore how we feel about it.

but if it’s something you really don’t want and you just want to improve your chances of not having to deal with it, it’s not like there’s nothing you can do! products like finasteride (oral) and minoxidil (usually topical but i think there might also be oral versions) are pretty commonly used among trans guys, for the purpose of avoiding hair loss and for other reasons, and there are plenty of other anti-hair loss products out there (though i don’t know how effective any one of them might be). if it’s a big enough deal for you, you can just decide that you’ll go off of t if/when you start noticing signs of it, since no longer having higher t levels would stop the process in its tracks. and if you don’t find prevention options that work for you so it ends up happening, you can always explore different hair styles (judging by the pattern of hair loss i see in my family, i suspect that keeping my hair long would make it less obvious if i started losing mine), find your preferred method of covering it when you don’t feel good about it (personally i love a good beanie generally and would probably wear them a lot more if i didn’t have hair to worry about because my main complaint is the way they press my hair onto my neck), or just shave it all off if you don’t like the look of the partial balding but don’t mind a shaved head. the point being — you have options!

at the end of the day, whether you go on t or not, you’re going to see your body change as you age in ways that aren’t always going to be attractive to others or aesthetically pleasing to you. that’s just the reality of having a body. even if you never went on t, you’d get older and you might see your hair thin out even if you don’t bald, you’ll see your skin start to wrinkle and sag in places that used to be smooth, your metabolism might slow or your body fat might start to gather in new places; hell, you might lose your hair for a totally different reason and end up in the same place but without the benefits of having been on t that whole time. life is full of bodily changes like that. transphobes will fearmonger about the permanent changes of testosterone all day long but the truth is, there is no escaping permanent bodily changes. whether or not you go on t, your body now isn’t the same as it will be in 1 or 5 or 10 or 20 or 50 years, just like it isn’t the same as it was at any point in your life before now. our bodies are never supposed to stop growing and aging and changing throughout our lives. there’s no guaranteeing that we’ll love every single change our bodies go through, but that’s okay! there are so many things in life that are more important than the way our bodies look. even if you go on t and lose your hair and don’t like how it looks, your life won’t be ruined; plenty of other things will bring you joy and more than make up for the insecurities.

just think about the gender euphoria and relief from dysphoria that t could give you. would losing your hair be bad enough to outweigh all of that? or is it just the pressure of a society that decided balding is bad that’s making you fear one single change despite how much joy you could have if you let that fear go? only you can decide if going on t is worth the potential downsides for you, but i suspect that for most of us, the benefits of going on t far outweigh the possibility of side effects like hair loss happening down the line.

pushing daisies au where shinichi has been able to revive dead animals, plants, even people since he was a child.

shinichi's parents didn’t exactly encouraged him to use this power. especially not in public. they’ve seen him revive and re-kill dead plants and animals in the same breath, it doesn’t take a detective to figure out what could happen near a human corpse.

but a young shinichi is curious, a young shinichi admired his father, and a young shinichi wanted to prove himself a detective. but most of all, a young shinichi wanted to help.

so when he saw his father struggle in solving a particular case, a young shinichi figured that maybe asking straight from the source would help give them a hint.

the complete horror in yusaku's eyes shinichi saw that day made him promise himself to never do it again.

shinichi realizes later on that reviving someone just for a clue on the whos, hows, and whys of their death only to touch them again, to basically kill them again, is sick and twisted and the realization leaves him feeling raw and dirty.

he then decides that if he’s gonna find out the truth, if he’s gonna bring justice, it’s not by making the victims suffer a second death. he will unravel the mystery not by magic but by logic.

the curious case of kuroba kaito

hakuba immediately contacts shinichi.

“he was...a friend. if i have to gather all the best detectives to catch his murderer then so be it.”

hakuba goes on to explain.

it was a kid heist. shots were fired. snipers. kaitou kid was caught on camera falling, as if he’d been shot, but he appears a minute later flying away on his glider with not a speck of blood on his suit. all should be well however, a few buildings away in an alleyway, the body of kuroba kaito is found dead. gunshots through the heart and chest.

a simple explanation would’ve been that the glider was a fake activated by kid’s assistant as a last ditch effort to save his legacy and this kuroba kaito was kaitou kid himself. he would’ve said it out loud but by the look on hakuba’s face, he can tell that he already connected those dots long before shinichi even stepped foot in the morgue. that wasn’t what hakuba called him for.

“can i...take a look at the body alone?”

hakuba raises an eye at him but moves to leave without questioning. "alright then. i have to check on another friend anyway. she's been...distraught ever since she heard the news and..." hakuba's words trail away as his eyes unconsciously drifted towards kuroba kaito's covered body. shinichi patiently waits through the quiet pain that he sees on hakuba. the pinch in his brows, the tenseness of his body. he must've been a really good friend.

hakuba shakes his head and turns his attention back to shinichi. "sorry, i...its been a long day. i'll leave you here then. call me if you find anything."

left alone, shinichi carefully zips open the body bag covering kaitou kid's upper body. he looked eerily similar to himself and imagining his own body cold and dead in the morgue sent a shiver down his spine. shaking his head, he pulls a chair close and reads through the file hakuba brought him.

"no witnesses. no camera. not a trace nor lead to anything. just some reports on mysterious gunshots in previous heists that lead to nowhere." they were professionals, whoever did this, shinichi thought. it was not going to be an easy case.

he takes another peek at the body. so this was kaitou kid, huh. too young to be the same as the one before his hiatus. perhaps a successor? motive could be related to his predecessor. his mother hasn't said anything of interest. does she really not know or is she protecting him? he runs his hand through his hair. there's too little information to go on...unless...

temptation rears its head. the source of information is right there in front of him. one touch and it could open up new leads to the case. an immediate disgust twists deep into his gut. he promised himself to never use it on people. to never kill. his father's haunted eyes embedded in his mind. he shouldn't. he really shouldn't. but he remembers the anguished look on hakuba's face. if he was going to do it, this might be the only good time. any longer and his touch would not revive kid. and gone along with him would be vital information to catch his murderer.

shinichi heaves a deep sigh. he has never used his abilities on dead people since that one incident as a child but he couldn't shake off the look on hakuba's face. it was now or never. shinichi reaches for kid's hand.

Favorite Oscar/Noel angst headcannon?

oooooo I won’t say much bc this comes up in the comic BUT Noel is not 100% honest with Oscar whenever they first meet up, and even after they’re teamed up for a while he still doesn’t reveal everything, like his actual name. Oscar does find out tho, through very unconventional means, and he’s fucking pissed. very tense and I’m very excited to get to that part (because we get a special guest as well)

Alsoooo Noel and his endless stream of nightmares !! always a great source of angst, especially when you’ve got Oscar who likes to put his issues on the back burner to prioritize helping others, and Noel’s been too busy trying to mentally recover that he doesn’t notice when Oscar wakes up shaking bc of his own dreams and starts losing more sleep. I guess that’s more hurt/comfort bc you KNOW as soon as it clicks for Noel he’s showering Oscar with attention. ough they I love them

my buddie going canon ideal scenario and why it could happen before eddie fully realises he’s gay

i’ve been cooking up this scenario for a while now but before going into it i wanna clarify that i don’t think eddie’s homosexuality is tied to buck and just that. i could write a full essay about eddie’s queerness without even mentioning buck. HOWEVER i do think buck could be the key to eddie’s discovery, the last puzzle piece that makes it all make sense.

narratively speaking, i think it could be interesting to see buck and eddie get to the same conclusion (that they’re in love with each other) but in the complete opposite way. while for buck it’s oh shit i’m bi > oh shit i’m in love with eddie, for eddie it would be oh shit i’m in love with buck > oh shit i’m gay. and obviously eddie is starting his own journey just now, so he might realise he’s gay and then it could click for him that all he’s been looking for was there all along, but i do think that - since this is a tv show - it would be interesting to offer a different side of the story to the audience. and yes i know that buck’s queerness and eddie’s queerness are very different already, but i’m specifically referring to their storylines leading up to buddie. (also this is just a personal side note but i think i would be lowkey crazy to have both of them realise they’re queer and still not understand their feelings for each other, like i know they’re dumb and dumber but c’mon!!!)

ok so now let’s put on the tinfoil hat

we literally know nothing about what’s gonna happen in the next episodes so i don’t have any solid theory on how we could get to this scenario. some of the interviews were teasing some potential tension (or angst even) between buck and eddie so my brain took this information and ran with it. a lot of us were also theorising a nde for buck, for eddie or for both of them at the same time and that could also be the setup for what i’m thinking.

but first let’s analyse where buck and eddie are right now (and in the upcoming episodes)

buck was just broken up with so now he’s trying to explore his sexuality and understand it more. it feels like the search for “his last” has just started and he’s excited to look at relationships and love through a new lens, but he also might feel a little discouraged that he has to do it all over again. he might be thinking “now that i have all these new possibilities, why is it still so hard to find my person?” (average bisexual experience i will tell you that much).

eddie on the other hand is slowly trying to forgive himself and love himself, accepting joy and not pushing away his desires and needs. allowing himself to feel certain feelings and just let go. he’s taking small steps to show up for himself just like he does for his loved ones every day (we still don’t know how far they’re gonna go with his story so the next episodes are definitely gonna be interesting)

so, with all that being said, here’s how buddie could go canon:

it’s late and buck shows up at eddie’s house. they’re in the kitchen drinking a beer, both leaning on the counter and not looking at each other at first. something has happened between them that they need to clear up (could be an argument, a fight or some very important words exchanged when they thought they were about to lose the other).

as much as i love a “because i love you!!” screamed during an argument, i don’t see that happening in this scenario. i imagine them having the softest, most honest and open conversation where they lay it all out - without even realising what they’re doing. at some point, buck is gonna say something that will make it finally click for eddie. if it’s an argument he could say something like “i need you in my life”/“i want you in my life forever”, or if this happens after a nde he could say “i can’t imagine my life without you”/“i don’t know how i could live without you” (i’m not a writer but you get the gist lol)

and that’s when eddie finally allows himself to feel what deep down he’s been feeling for years, and so he leans over and kisses buck. the kiss is pretty short: eddie pulls away almost immediately, as if his body was possessed by something and he just snapped out of it. buck can’t believe what just happened, but it takes him just a few seconds to realise and to grab eddie’s face and kiss him back. they start making out, they go out of frame, the screen turns black, the episode is over.

now let’s talk about the aftermath of the kiss. because if we know 911 we know that this goddamn show can’t let people just be happy so of course there’s gonna be some angst and miscommunication.

after the kiss, they don’t really talk about it. they might even get interrupted by something else (maybe eddie has to go to texas to get chris back?) so they have to postpone the what the fuck just happened conversation. and that’s when both of them start to spiral, but for different reasons. buck of course thinks that eddie’s distance means that he regretted the kiss, that they got caught up in the moment but that he doesn’t feel that way about him and he basically ruined their friendship. eddie is also freaking the fuck out: he’s panicking about how they could make their relationship work, how they could tell christopher, he’s questioning literally his whole life and past relationships like oh my god have i been gay this whole fucking time??, he’s worried about their jobs, how they’re gonna tell bobby and the others. basically questioning everything but buck.

being the idiots that they are, they’re gonna convince themselves that the other regretted everything and they’re gonna avoid each other and never have that much needed conversation. the 118 obviously notices that something is off, but no one knows what it is. until hen and eddie finally talk and he tells her everything: what happened, what made him panic and doubt everything and what’s stopping him from talking to buck. hen is shocked but not necessarily surprised. her and karen look at eachother (yes karen is there too because of eddiekaren bestfriendism that is very real to me) and then hen says something like “i don’t have the answers to all of these questions, but i’m sure of one thing: you love him and he loves you. you can figure out the rest together. go talk to him” (i think it would be nice for eddie to have this conversation with henren as a couple, since his biggest fears and concerns are about how they could make the relationship work)

eddie feels like he just woke up from a 20+ year long sleep. he runs out of hen’s place, hurrying to his car, and from now i’m picturing a full romcom montage with him just fighting for his life to get to buck’s apartment: traffic, construction work so he has to take a detour, his shirt is drenched in sweat so he has to go back home to change because surely he can’t show up at buck’s looking like that. once he gets home, he sprints to his room to find a new shirt (maybe he puts on too much cologne - the one buck likes - and he has to change again. just because it would be fun to see him in distress). he fixes his hair for the 100th time, grabs his keys, finally opens the front door and stops in disbelief. buck is on his doorstep, hand mid-air about to knock. they look at each other and in that moment they just know. they both lean in and go for the kiss aaand BUDDIE CANON !!!! (+ the buck at eddie’s door parallel finally having the romcom resolution it always meant to have)

of course i have no clue how we could get there, but i do feel like it would be true to the show if they didn’t immediately get together and if there was some angst between them. i hope that once they get together they won’t try to break them up (even just temporarily) so they might have to go through some shit at the very beginning of their relationship for that to happen.

alright tinfoil hat OFF folks. i always try to stay consistent to the show and only come up with theories that i could truly see being developed and i don’t think any of this is unrealistic. buuut i’m still a clown so who knows. quite frankly i’m fine with buddie canon either way (as long as their first kiss is initiated by eddie and it happens in his kitchen <3)

HEIGHT: 182 CM (6.0 FT)

SPECIES: PUREBLOOD HELLHOUND

Castel is the main character of the story, and the one who's POV the story takes place from most of the time. Once a respected and renowned Hunter within the underworld, she went MIA during her last hunt in order to prevent Mia from being killed. It was an impulsive decision she made in the heat of the moment, without thinking about the consequenses. She is paying for it now in sanity and blood.

She is a stubborn and strong-willed woman, likes to do things her way or no way, and is no stranger to utilizing violence to solve her problems. But beneath her sometimes hostile demeanor she's got a big heart, she just struggles to show it.

She feels a strange connection to Mia she can't explain, like a sense of de-ja-vu whenever she looks at her. She feels like she's known Mia before, but of course that can't be possible.... right?

Regardless, she's trying her best to give the kid a chance to live a normal(ish) life. Or at least, a life she can feel happy in.

TRIVIA!!

- Castel works in a cage fighting group for a living, as it was the only job she could find that wouldnt leave a trace Hunters could follow. Hence, all her scars.

- She grew up an orphan, parents non-existent. Literally; there was and is no trace of their existence at all. How Castel came to be, is a mystery.

- Enlisted to become a Hunter at 16, actually became a Hunter at 18.

- She has an affinity for spicy food. Girl will straight up eat chillies as a snack.

- She carries at least one of her two weapons on her wherever she goes; A pistol named Crimzon, which was a gift from Amelia for her 25th birthday. And a knife named Skarlet, which Castel engraved herself and painted the blade red.

- Her jacket was stolen from somebody else. RIP to the poor 24 hour convenience store worker she robbed at 2 in the morning....

- Her hair used to be knee-length, however she cut it all off when she began working as a fighter. (that hurt me more than it hurt her.)

AMIRAIAH "MIA" MESSOR:

The character this whole damn story revolves around, and the one haunting the narrative. A being of unfathomable destruction and chaos all packaged up into a neatly wrapped bow of girlhood teenage angst. She never wanted to get caught up in this, but then again, she doesn't know what she would have wanted instead either.

Her and Castel are similar in more ways than one; Physically, Mia appears much like Castel did as a child. In their childhoods both grew up orphans. She reminds Castel of herself. Mia often speaks to her as if she's known her for years already.

She is a quiet and timid girl, very socially withdrawn and rarely ever talks to people outside of Castel. Others often feel a strange and eerie energy in her presence, as she stares past them like they're not really there.

Although nobody has gone out of their way to tell her, she seems already aware of her fate. To die, or to become a Harvester.

TRIVIA!!

- She cannot fly, despite having wings, as they are too small to support her weight. So she'll often use them as a makeshift blanket instead. Or if she has to hide them, wrap them around her body underneath her sweater.

- The halo can come off, it sorta just.... floats there. Sometimes she wears it on her wrist.

- She likes spicy food, much like Castel! though not to the point of eating straight chillies as a snack..

- Very pedantic about cleanliness and hygiene. Once slept in Castel's car instead of a motel room they'd booked purely because the walls had a stain she couldnt scrub out.

- Cameras, computers, phones, technology in general tends to have a habit of malfunctioning in her presence. Bad luck, or something else...?

AMELIA WILLIAMS:

SPECIES: HALFBLOOD BLOOD-DEVIL

An old Hunter friend of Castel's, the two met when Castel was going through her training to become a Hunter, the two immediately hitting it off and growing close. Very close. They moved in together as roommates as their relationship blossomed, and Amelia believed she had found her soulmate.

Believing her to be dead, Amelia retired from Hunting and went to live on the surface world, where she set up shop as a gunsmith and started her life anew. Every day missing Castel, but what could she do?

Apparently reunite with her at random one sunny afternoon, when Castel needed a gun repaired. The exact gun Amelia made for her as a birthday gift. Of course she accepted her back with open arms, but maybe.. she was a little lonely.

She's a kind open-minded woman but definitely has her limits with certain things. Hates liars and hates being kept in the dark. She is loyal to a fault, even if it ends up getting her hurt.

TRIVIA!!

- As mentioned above, she is a gunsmith! She picked it up from her foster father as a child, and took over his business after she retired.

- Amelia became a demon through death (hence, halfblood) when she was a young child, having drowned in a lake. She was taken in by a family in the Underworld as if she was one of their own.

- Normally when Halfbloods are formed, their souls are automatically linked to the Network. However, Amelia's was not, and nobody knows why. oh well, handy for if you want to hide from Hunters..........

- Biker chick :3, Is part of a riding group that she met after she retired.

- Her shop is set up in an old barn outside of the town she lives in, and she lives in a bunker she found abandoned underneath it. Refurbished it and now it's her home. Where is the old owner? who knows.

AVELYN WHITE:

{THE BEETLE}

SPECIES: PUREBLOOD BEAST

A mysterious, enigmatic woman who only appears in shadows to those who already know her name. She is a sorcerer, a demon gifted with the talent of harnessing the magic inherently present within her own and other's souls, and she uses this power to disappear completely from the world;

On paper, Avelyn White does not exist.

Despite all the rumors and such surrounding Avelyn, she's actually not all that scary to be around. She's got a good heart, all she wants to do is help others... for a price of course.

She can come across as intimidating when one first meets her, however if you were to get to know her, you'd find she isnt all that bad after all. A bit socially awkward, very blunt with her words and honest to a fault, but she keeps her word. As long as you keep yours.

TRIVIA!!

- Avelyn has an older sister, who is quite the well known figure within the Underworld; a region leader. The two split off when Avelyn dissapeared, and have not seen eachother for years.

- Avelyn has a strange interest (obsession?) with bugs. Beetles, flies, centipedes, cockroaches, butterflies.. among other things. When she was a child she would collect them in jars.

- The mark across her nose is a birthmark, not a scar. She's had it since she was born.

- Once upon a time she had wings, but they were ripped out by her sister. Nowadays all that remains are the scars and some pretty bad back pain...

- All her little charms each have a certain magical property attached to them. Protection spells to keep herself safe from Hunters that want her head on a wall.

- She keeps her nails sharp purely to scratch Castel when she's pissed off.

- Treats Mia like a little sister of sorts.

RAY DARLING:

{THE CROW}

AGE: 31

HEIGHT: 6.8 FT (207 CM)

SPECIES: PUREBLOOD SHIFTER

The no-nonsense, stubborn, and sometimes a bit egotistical brains of the operation when it comes to hunting down Castel and Mia. They are a highly decorated Hunter in the Underworld with years of experience in hunting down dangerous and difficult targets; There's nobody better you could ask to do this job.

Only, theres one teeny, tiny issue... Castel was Ray's mentor. They looked up to her not just as a friend but as a caretaker, as family. Their role as a Hunter will always come before anything else in their mind of course. At least they're trying to convince themself it will.

They like to perform jobs their way or no way (boy wonder where they picked that up from), very much used to and preferring being the one calling the shots. They've been known to be a little reckless in their hunts too, often putting their end goal above their own safety. Though, they prefer to keep things as clean as possible, utilizing as little violence as possible.

TRIVIA!!

- As suggested by their name, they have the ability to shapeshift. They can take on the appearance of other people (given they know what the person looks like), and they can transform into a crow. (only a crow, or other such corvid, but they prefer the crow.)

- Their eyes are reflective like a cat's.

- Ray's mother was a human human. They are still considered a pureblood despite this, as they were born a demon. However, their scales are mildly deformed as a result.

- Ray suffers from some pretty serious memory loss, as a result of their mother's death when they were a child; From age 6 to 16, they do not remember a single moment of their life. Besides this, they also tend to forget things in their day-to-day life easier than most.

- They have a partner! And he is not what you'd expect... imagine hot topic personified with enough edge and angst for an entire villiage. they love him tho, even if he pisses them off :3

- Pierced their own eyebrow at 19 in a fit of young adult defiance against their father. Also got a tattoo at 19 for the same reason, which was stars across their ribs. They regret both.

- Their father is a chief policeman for the capital city in the surface world. Some Hunters believe he used his influence to help Ray rise through the ranks to their current position, but this has never been confirmed.

- They are vegetarian.

- They lost their leg when they were 19, as it was crushed underneath rubble during their first real hunt.

IVORY KING:

{THE RABBIT}

AGE: 25

HEIGHT: 5.6 FT (170 CM)

SPECIES: HALFBLOOD BLOODSUCKER)

Eccentric, unorthodox, rowdy. Ivory King is the last person you'd expect to have the position and status as a Hunter that she does - one of the best Scouts a Hunter could ask for. Her methods of gathering information and plotting schemes may be a little out of the ordinary, and may sometimes result in more problems than they're intended to solve... but hey. She gets the job done. Somehow.

Regardless of her unique ways, there is no doubt Ivory is skilled and mostly reliable in what she does. There is a reason she was assigned to work with Ray on this job.

Her moods tend to change a lot between two extremes, with sometimes no obvious reason as to why. One day, she can be relaxed and content. The next, the entire world and god is her sworn enemy. One minute she's laughing, the other she's screaming. She can be a little dramatic, a little sensitive, however underneath all this she's a genuine and kind young woman who just struggles a lot to lower her walls and trust other people.

She's been hurt a lot in her past, and she wouldn't like to be again.

TRIVIA!!

- Ivory has two older brothers. One is a guitarist in a band, who's logo is the pendant on her necklace. The other is a detective, who she hates with every fibre of her being and wants 6 feet under the ground immediately. Also she's forced to work with him.

- Ivory passed and became a Bloodsucker at 14 years old, having died via suicide. The collar she wears covers the scar.

- Often carries around a barbed-wire covered baseball bat she named Rex.

- Afraid of dogs.

- She owns a single firearm, which she stole from her detective brother. He never found out it was her that took it.

- Has been to a psych ward exactly once in her life. Has been arrested at least three seperate times.
