i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

i wasn’t expecting my HoF to come riding in on a griffon, but i can’t find a monument dedicated to warden tabris somewhere around the anderfels? lucanis couldn’t have some lines about the time that one arainai boy was stirring up trouble in antiva city? you’re gonna tell me that making a mage the new divine wouldn’t have some impact on nevarra and antiva? on the anderfels, the supposed most devout militant andrastian nation in thedas? you’re saying nobody in the north is paying attention to who rules orlais or ferelden? come on.

Peri was very upset about a lot of things that happened. Within a span of a week, he felt like his entire life has changed for the worst!! He had a dumb bulb on his wand, Timmy was still moving away, and he had to go to a school far from everyone he knew!!!

Of course, the cause and trigger of those emotions was Timmy. But Peri can’t blame his older brother for any of that. So the next logical conclusion for a small child to reach was to blame his parents instead!!! And boy did he blame a lot on his parents.

Many of Peri’s actions in his childhood stems from misplaced grief and anger. By the time he was old enough to know better, Peri got a mixture of stubbornness and a bruised ego to admit he was wrong for how he reacted.

Stan giving Mabel and Dipper alcohol while they're still very much minors. Not to get them drunk, no no no, HELL NO, even HE isn't that irresponsible, just enough to build them up some tolerance and get used to it and so they don't go crazy with it when they turn 21 (although it's kinda unlikely, you never know, better safe than sorry).

When Ford finally started to join the family for dinner (Stan threw his protein pills somewhere in the woods with a slingshot) he noticed Stan giving each twin a small glass of his cheap beer along with the food but he just shrugged it off because he didn't remember if minors are allowed to drink alcohol in this dimension (ofc Stan never told him the truth because it'll save him from the scolding).

i think everyone is taking Langdon not having that much screen time and having his story being open ended/ambiguous a bit tooooo seriously.

n i think everyone would do well to remember that the writers have literally been saying that they want to explore his character more in s2 and toying with the idea of it being his first day back.

Still fascinated by how much hate Mitsi gets for the whole "dead fem-coded loved one backstory" thing and all the hangups surrounding that when Purple's mom is arguably a much more egregious instance of the thing everyone is upset about Mitsi for but she ultimately got a pass because...idk, she was The First?

Update: I have sewn on a little over one half of the buttons (20 of 36), and done one third of the buttonholes (12 of 36). I’m hoping to finish the day with a further 12 buttons and buttonholes done. If I can manage that, I might actually be able to wear this at some point this Festival :0

guys. i need your opinion of this. because i'm genuinely so confused now

what time period is the professor layton series in?? the prequel trilogy and the main trilogy. when are they supposed to be taking place

i could've sworn one of the games (though i forget which) mentions that someone's been to the moon already which would put them at least in the late 60s into the 70s going by our world's timeline... but i don't know maybe space travel was discovered earlier in this universe???
