Havent posted in ages but i went to the aquarium yesterday !! I took Winnifred with me :3

My first time tightening a dolls limbs!!!! It went well thank goodness 😅 i was terrified i'd break her but shes all good !

I got a new doll !!! They're a TLC Isabelle Palmer (GOTY 2014) who I'm gonna revamp into a new character (Matt/Mathilde) :333

Currently I have no wig for them, but I'm buying one next week so they'll be fully customised sometime soon .

I plan to clean and paint them today though !!

I'm almost certainly buying this doll next week !! I've named her Mathilde and I've got big plans for customising her !!

Freddie's wig is being glued back on!!! I bought some "tacky craft glue" today, which i dont think is the correct glue but it was all they had in store 😣

I also left a review on the person who sold Freddie to me's page, and they emailed me to say they'd only used PVA glue on the hair and that was years ago, so im not surprised the wig came off 😅

Hopefully it stays on now!!! This is my first time ever glueing hair on a doll 🫢

Freddie arrived!!!!

Unfortunately though while I was styling her hair her wig came off 😭 I've placed it back on for now until I get some glue tomorrow 🫢

Kaya - 20yo, any pronouns, heterosexual, biromantic, two-spirit, teacher in training, Indigenous American of Nimíipuu (Nez Percé) tribe, married to Freddie, from Montanta

Freddie - 21yo, she/they, genderfluid, aplatonic, queer, autistic (medium support needs), unreliably/minimally verbal, AAC user, library worker, married to Kaya, Welsh American from Connecticut

Matty - 17yo , they/them , agender , lesbian , AuDHD , has ME/CFS and cystic fibrosis, uses crutches sometimes, works at a fast food place, studying astrophysics, dating Luciana, French and German American from DC

Matty and Luciana met at a science related conference and hit it off, becoming close friends and later partners. Luciana babysat Joss (who was her neighbour) when they were younger and became friends with her as teens. Joss and Freddie both attend a support group for teens and young adults with disabilities and are friends from there. Freddie and Kaya met at a comic con when they were teens and they were coincidentally cosplaying two halves of a ship.

Through all these connections the five ended up meeting and becoming a close knit friend group, despite varying ages and interests.

I haven't read the books for any of my dolls, nor do i wish to. This is entirely my headcanons for my dolls alone and not based on any canon information for the characters. If anything is offensive lmk but otherwise dont like dont interact!

I changed up Kaya and Freddie's outfits !! I'm gonna change Joss's and Luciana's tomorrow.

Also, I have until 3pm tomorrow to decide whether I'm spending $50 (NZD) on a new doll....she'll need a wig and outfit upgrade too so in total she'll cost me $100.

I bought a new doll! Kaya hasnt even arrived yet but this one was such a low price for a custom and she was in NZ so shipping was super low too!!!

I don't know what to name her yet 🤔
