i like blender because its kind of an everything program and you can Kinda just do everything there. and its free. so even its not the best for certain things you can still make it work. and i think it inspires creativity bc if you Actually know blender well you will be able to do wild experimental stuff that wouldn't really be possible in other programs without a whole Pipeline with 10 billion different programs. this is why when i see some really creative stuff its almost always blender.

I noticed something. Any social media site where I have ever gone and talked loudly about astrology, I have been followed by at least as many people who don’t make astrology a part of the focus of their page, and presumably haven’t gotten much into it but I still made them curious, as I’ve been followed by members of the astrology community.

I’m not proud of what this says about my 11th house still being alienating within community. But I do think it’s pretty rad that I seem to have a way of piquing peoples’ curiosities about the planets, without even really trying. I even found a few astrology students this way, back when I had a Twitter.

I know I’ve already opened minds about astrology, and I know I’ll open potentially many more just by being myself and embracing my passion.

There’s a lesson somewhere in here that anyone who’s ever desired to push their beliefs or interests on others could stand to see (myself included, because there’s been times I’ve argued with people for not “believing” in astrology).

If you want to open peoples’ minds about something, show them what it is and what it has done for you. That’s it. Arguing with their current view will achieve nothing.
