How many works do you have on A03?
9! i didnt think was so many (one is a crackfic tho)
What’s your total Ao3 word count?
18,011 which. again. more than i thought
What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Too Much (DATV Rookanis)
Oh Dearest, Oh Darling ( DATV Emmrook)

Don't Worry (Cyberpunk 2077 SilverV)
What fandom do you write for?
currently, cyberpunk and bg3, i might be getting back into dragon age as well cuz i just started an inquisition file
Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
i want to, i do sometimes but i dont have too much energy i wish i could simply like a reply so they all know i see and love it
What’s the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
thats hard to know, i like writing angst as a general rule and i have a lot of unposted writing too, but of my posted work it might be this collected work of datv stuff, mostly because it's kind of left open
What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
again out of just whats posted, maybe Thinking Ahead because it's a nice genuine moment of peace in a hectic ass world like cyberpunk
Do you get hate on fics?
not at all! my works dont get too many comments but the ones i get are always super nice
Do you write smut?
i sure TRY, i want to improve but just like with any of my other writing im not sure how

ALL OF THEM,,,ALL i have so many yall dont even know
What are your writing strengths?
i think i occasionally write a real banger line or two, or have ideas that make my friends hit me with hammers (affectionate)
What are your writing weaknesses?
all of them everything is hard uhhh dialog is. it is so incredibly hard to find voices and feel like its Right. i also feel like i dont describe things well, i use too much flowery language and dont accurately manage to depict a scene
Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?
its something i havent done i dont think, i should likely honestly explore other languages more and just. Other Stuff that isnt purely the canon stuff i know or the personal experience my life is
Favorite fic you’ve ever written?
of the ones i posted, Is this mine? Is it yours? Is it our heart? which i posted recently and really really wanna keep working on, i think its not too bad. that and one not posted on ao3, i have it here it's a little exploration of phantom liberty with Vala

zane, ofc
ONE OF MY MOST ETERNAL FAVS
Why I like them/why I don’t: ZANEEEE oh i could write a thousand essays about how much i love him and why (and i have) but i will keep it brief for now. GX may have dropped the ball with the writing on half its series's cast but they knew what they were doing with zane. His character arc is so agonizing and he's such an interesting and complicated character. He threw so much away chasing after sky high standards and victory just to feel something and then killed himself when he knew he was at death's door and THEN had to face consequences of not actually dying and now having to start the long road to recovery. god. he's just fantastic. not a villain or even really a bad guy at his core but more of a performative bad guy. heel_turn_2.mp3. i love him so much
What I like about their appearance: the hell kaiser look is still just absolutely top notch yugioh outfit design. the black and silver...the ref stripes down the legs, it's such a kickass color palette that really compliments zane's dark teal hair (i also love how he and syrus really do have the same shape of bangs it's really cute)
Do I prefer their dub names or original names? going to be a Zane Truesdale preference-haver until the end of time i fear....it's just such a badass name it suits him so well imo. i do also like calling him ryozane after seeing a twitter oomf do it. the beautiful bridge gap between a dub and sub liker in conversation: just shoving both names together into one word <3
OTP: it has been a hot minute since ive gone insane about them but know zatticus/idolshipping is still an all time fav ygo ship for me. there is so much love there and also they are a fucking mess. ideal zatticus dynamic is a bit this to me i must say. they need a little sprinkling of divorce in there. they came like that

NOTP: idk man i think if you ship him with his little brother you should get a really big rock smashed over your head tbqh
OT3: do also enjoy the zane/atticus/fujiwara Elite Trio.... three guys who are mentally ill and nonbinary in three different directions. i need them to play dnd together so bad
Favourite card they use: tossup between Chimeratech Overdragon (such a cool as hell monster,) good old Cyber End Dragon (probably my favorite ace monster in all of GX and top three for all of yugioh period,) and, of course, Power Bond (*thinks about the truesdale bros and starts crying sobbing wailing etc*)
Favourite moment they were in: gotta be the zane vs possessed!jesse season 3 duel/zane's last stand of course. everything about it. when gx had a lighting and color budget and it shredded like hell. when zane goes out having summoned Cyber End, his ace and oldest friend, instead of using the Cyberdarks anymore, and all the thematic weight to that. the dub exclusive of zane telling syrus he's proud of him immediately before dying. absolute S tier yugioh.
Least favourite moment: HM. LIKE. i dont even hate it i think it's an engaging and fucked up duel but i will say the zane vs syrus s2 duel because it makes people absolutely fuck up comprehending both of these characters like. atrociously badly. see me after class.
im gonna replace the FKM last question with 'something you associate with the character' (song, animal, flowers, etc etc)' instead: hisuian samurott :^) the hell kaiser pokemon ever to me
#ygo posting#asks#joevo#tysm!! have been thinkin about zane again recently....love him so fuckin much. truly one of my all timers

Now, for my own safety because people don't know how to simply scroll past salt. I'm gonna say it now if you like Dragons The Nine Realms Scroll Away now. This is a rewrite of the series because of its wasted potential and god-fucking awful ending.
Now that the Nine Realms is over, I can talk about a rewrite my brain has been brewing up since the show began.
Now, there are two ways a rewrite can go after I witnessed the finale.
A series of episodes that showcase dragons being found again and again by humanity, and in the end humanity always deciding to leave the dragons alone once again. Because after that ending, my brain immediately thought of it happening before, of humans and dragons always meeting and bonding again and again and again, only for humanity as a whole to prove unkind that the humans who care for the dragons have to hide them once more
A general rewrite of the series. I'm bias to an OC I crafted when the series started, but to keep things simple I'm going to be using the same characters and just tweaking their stories to better fit the whole idea the series was trying to get to
The cast is first aged up to be around young collage age, and they're at the Icarus base as part of an internship as per their varying majors. This would explain Alex's skills with tech and hacking and shut because she's majoring in it.
Tom's studies would be more general sciences, with a focus on ecology. It's only a coincidental plus that he's working with his mom since she's a geologist. Tom's here to study how the opening of the fissure has affected the environment around it as whole
Jun's studies are history based, with a focus on archology. As the fissure is around a historic site that she was already interning at. Jun is also a bit of linguist due to needing to translate the old texts they find on digs. The fissure opened up more potential dig sites in the shockwaves after it first opened
Alex is a cyber security major currently at the site as an intern to help manage the base as she also has varying tech classes and certifications under her belt
D'Angelo is a biology major, with plans to eventually become a veterinarian. He's there to study the flora and fauna within the fissure and how the opening of the fissure has affected the plants outside of it
Eugene is currently on a gap "year" and has been simply working during it. But a company he's working for offered him position to basically be in charge of Icarus' food supplies and the like as, due to the uniquely somewhat confidential nature of the project, it would be easier to have someone who already knows the people within the project and thus someone trustworthy to the people within the project, to handle their supplies
The kids are mainly here to help the people they're interning under analyze information the proper project team acquires to do more menial tasks for them. Except Eugene who's main job is to basically ensure stock of mainly food supplies but also other things the team might need
Tom isn't related to Hiccup, he's actually related to the Twins for pure Comedy
Jun is still incredibly fond of myths and folktales, its the reason she's a history major because those tales are a window of how society was at the time (if that makes sense)
Eugene and Jun are still siblings, and their parents are still divorced, but Eugene was left in their mother's primary custody and Jun was left with their father. Eugene was coddled too much by their mother, which left him indecisive over his path in life
D'Angelo's desire to become a vet is because of a pet his dad got him before he would've had to leave for another military assignment. That animal was his best friend, and it died due to an illness that they didn't catch because his dad just got home after months of being gone. Out of grief he could never bond with an animal like that again. Out of a bit of guilt, he's aiming to become a veterinarian
Now I always had an image of the Nine Realms within my head before the show aired that I refuse to let go of
There's a biome of shadows and storms where dragons like the Skrill, Night Terrors, and Night Furys live and thrive within
(Yes, Night Furys. I always thought it would be amazing if Toothless wasn't truly the last of his kind but rather the last of his kind to join them in the Hidden World)
Animals from ages past live and thrive in the Hidden World alongside the dragons. Mammoths, Dodo Birds, Saber Tooth Tigers, Giant Sloths, Eurasian Aurochs, and so many more. The environment of the hidden world is borderline fantasy in how it operates and thrives despite the lack of sunlight
There are eight realms within the hidden world, as the nineth would be where the Icarus base is. Each realm is unfathomably vast with so much nature and creatures living within it. What makes the Fissure so special is that its basically Yggdrasil in that its the point where all of the realms connect
Dragoncite, as a rock, has no use to dragons. At least to dragons in the modern day. When dragons first went completely underground, many of them missed the feeling of the sun against their scales. One day, a Rumblehorn, after consuming a specific diet that only happens in the heart of the hidden world, produced the first Dragoncite. Dragoncite, when heated with dragon flame, radiates a heat similar to the heat of sunshine. Dragons heated it up for survival or addition, they heated it up for nostalgia. As a reminder of times long past. Dragons in the modern day do it because their ancestors and forefathers did it
With ^ in mind, this would also lead to many dragons being very eager to soar into the open sky. Finally feeling the true heat dragoncite was replicating. But the loud machines and once familiar now unfamiliar sky intimidate them, for there is no reason to trek beyond their home that has all they need
The initial earthquake that opened the fissure was a quarrel between a Fault Ripper and a teenage Screaming Death. The following earthquakes are the result of the Fault Ripper attempting to close the fissure
The Fault Ripper is a noble species in the hidden world, they are the dragon that create vast caves and paths between the varying realms. Where Whispering Deaths dig to eat, Fault Rippers dig to serve their environment
Jormungandr, as a dragon, is like the hidden world itself. Unfathomably large. One doesn't even realize it's a dragon unless you somehow find its head/tail. One can find oddly rounded formations in the Hidden World that go through mountains and caves. No one would ever suspect them to be the same nor even consider it to be a dragon because the environment and the dragon itself have melded into one. Jormungandr is in a sort of eternal hibernation, absorbing nutrients through its scales in the varying environments of its segments
Treasure Hunters/Poarchers/Hunters trying to head into the fissure to steal either information, creatures from within, or even just Plants constantly try to go in and is in fact an ongoing issue for the research team because these goons are disrupting the natural environment of the creatures and thus tampering with data!
The goons go missing a lot though, and none of their people on the surface know why because even the search parties they send in go missing
(Answer: dragons and other carnivores but mainly the dragons)
Now, I refuse to believe Hiccup would leave so much random shit in the Hidden World and seem to move his young children and wife to the Hidden World and leave Berk to what?? Snotlout??? Democracy??? Anyways
Either Hiccup himself (with Astrid obviously and maybe the other riders), when his kids are grown and managing the village in full, or (again another bias thing my little wrym brain wants) a child of his (maybe a 3th after Zephry and Nuffink? To match with Toothless also having three kids?) is the one who stays in the hidden world and records their findings. Living out the rest of their days in the Hidden World, hoping that their notes will guide the future. They pray to the Gods that whoever finds their notes is kind to dragons and will show them the kindness of the world
The notes are locked in a container made out of gronkle iron and death song amber
And that's all for now my brain is a pile of water mashed potatoes

(I did not realize how big Imperialdramon’s two main modes were before this, Paildramon like over twenty feet!)
Kirby Right Back At Ya! x Digimon… Fun?
——————————
If someone were currently looking into the giant telescope in Dedede/Dreamland castle, then they might have caught a glimpse. The king and his lackey were the only ones in the know about it as this moment unfortunately… Falling into entry planetside, a mega level digimon found their armor tested. Imperialdramon FM was not merely a two being fusion—they were a bio-merge alongside their cyber sleuth.
Veemon and Wormmon were rather young so they cannot quite work the fusion on their own.
Not that any part of them was thinking rational thoughts while catching on fire!
‘Mastemon, whyyyyyyyyyy?!’
*******************
What the Dreamland residents did catch sight of was a massive meteor(?) burning across the sky. It narrowly avoided the castle and fell into the ocean—sending several tall waves back to batter the shores of Dreamland. While unusual, the experience didn’t shake anyone too fiercely. The event itself was left to the morning to investigate as the Cappies and castle residents were settling down after the TV Monster scare.
…Kirby was not quite idle feeling the presence of a very strong monster. Except this didn’t ring like any of the monsters before?
——————————
King Dedede had just trudged his way back into his throne room after those lousy pipsqueaks ruined his television scheme. Safe to say, he was rather surprised to see the Monster transporter system already engaged. “What’s big idea?! I’m trying to keep my business hidden like.” The penguin-like king huffed, storming up to his throne to see the Salesman looking oddly serious on the rightmost monitor.
“Sorry, Triple D!” That green haired, sunglasses wearing man expressed. “But, us at NME enterprises wanted to inform you of a serious danger coming your way. A monster not of our stock who, well, has a propensity for making craters out of castles.” As soon as the Salesman dropped that bomb, a video of a freaky dragon creature blowing up a castle played. “Unless you want to handle this one?”
The penguin-like king felt largely conflicted over this sudden monster. On one hand, it was looked powerful enough to vaporize Kirby in an instant. On the other? It was blew up a castle—he preferred his castle not blown to bits! “It ain’t one of yours? Then, where’d this menace of a monster come from?” King Dedede demanded to know given it was dangerous.
Dangerous to him that was.
It took a moment as the Salesman turned to speak to someone offscreen. Whispering was heard until he turned back to the Dreamland Royal. “A competitor of ours raises these—the Big Boss ran ill of King Drasil centuries ago and bad blood has flowed ever since.” He explained, citing the name of another king. “Before you get any ideas of changing your business, Triple D. King Drasil’s monsters take months to years to power up. NME’s monsters are ready to go moments after your purchase!”
“That so?” King Dedede commented, though part of him was largely tempted to see if this King Drasil’s business was cheaper. But then he would have to wait months in order to stomp that danged Kirby! “Too much trouble. I’m not waiting years to clobber Kirby.”
“Glad to hear you remain a loyal customer!”
———————————
‘Uuuuuuuugh.’ Archaic might currently be part of a mega level digimon, but not even Imperialdramon could walk away from going through re-entry unfazed. ‘You two okay?’
‘Define okay, miss…’
‘You’re not the one who’s scales got baked…’
The cyber sleuth huffed from within the confines of the shared bio-merge fusion’s mind. Her two partners were being a bit dramatic.
Not that she blamed them.
‘We aren’t missing any limbs so I’ll count it as a win. Remind me to punch Mastemon later for transporting us into Dreamland’s orbit.’
Nightmare would know about Digimon to an extent. Even digital lifeforms can dream and experience nightmares. Though Eaters coming to Dreamland would be horrific especially considering how many powerful relics are found there.

Well it seems like the big winter storms are over for awhile. We just have single to negative digit temperatures to deal with now... Oh boy. It’s annouying but not as bad, I do wish some people actually got there driveways/walkways cleared, now there just sheet of ice and very difficult to get down. This one lady “want it in the back” but did NOTHING to clear a path for me to get to it. I can’t pull in to the drive way because Ill get stuck and its a small road so even pulling as far over as I can doesn't leave a ton of room for other cars to get by if one does come down. On top of that there is a clear out section to the front door for the mailman... so I thought Ill just leave it in the front till the driveway becomes passable, but no, she bitched about that. So you know what, next time I nearly slip and fall, Im not going to try and keep quiet, Im going to say, "oh fucking crap" as loud as I can. Other places are annouying as well but for them I just toss them as close to the front door as I can, no one else has complained so far. One guy was like, yeah just toss it in the yard my dogs will get it, since he lives on a pretty steep hill thats hard to climb in dry weather.
On other news I got my glasses fixed, took all of 5 minutes. i do eventually need to get a new pair but for now they are fine. I need to stop falling asleep in them. I have a bad habit of turning on a youtube video or something, wrapping up in blankets and then just falling asleep. It's cold out... blankets are nice.
I also stoped in to gamestop to look around and picked up a few games. One was Digimon story: Cyber Sleuth. I have always liked Digimon, well the 1, parts of the 2nd (the ending was trash), and the 3rd seasons at least, but I have never played any of the games and I have heard really good things about this one. It fun so far, I'm only about an hour in. I chose Terriermon as my "starter" because the other choices where Palmon Who I have never liked till you get to Lillymon and some gear looking digimon. It is odd because the "digital" world or at least the starting area looks like Summer War's Oz, which is weird since Summer wars is basically just a reimagining of the Our war Games Digimon movie (the middle part of the english digimon movie aka the best part of that movie.) So it kind of looks like a rip off but really isn't. I want to have a Wizardmon on my team... for reasons....
The other game I picked up, because I'm a huge Hyrule Warriors fan I finally decided what the heck. So @aglet-ampersand I got Fire Emblem Warriors for the switch. It's pretty good, they have improved a lot from Hyrule warriors, an AI characters are actually good for example. And they even got in the FE weapon weakness system to work very well in this style of combat. It does seem to favor characters from the awakening and fates though. there are a few new OC characters as well like a brother and sister though they did something similar with the Dragon Quest Warrior game though it was called Heroes instead of using warriors, that would of been a fun call back to the english names up to 8 but whatever, thats might be why they are hero instead of warrior. but yeah the only 3 game that have a lot of rebs seem to be the 3ds ones and the first game/it's remake. I know Lyn is in the game as an unlock but I think she's only in the title is for the english speaking fans as her game was the first one we got. Like Roy and Ike aren't in the game at all. Speaking of smash, one thing I noticed was, their are a lot of characters but a lot of them have the same movesets from one another. So yeah, a couple of "clones", must be a FE tradition at this point. Still a fun game and there does seem like a lot of diffrent play styles even with the few clones, just a bit disappointing since HW has like over 40 diffrent play styles over all the characters and diffrent weapon types. FE does seem to be more balance though so thats the trade off I suppose.

Watch Dogs 2 Critical Review
I don’t post many reviews of games here, mostly ‘cause you can find reviews everywhere and in any format. So why make one for Watch Dogs 2? Because they went the extra mile and they deserve more than what they got.
After the failure of the first game, it’s understandable why the sequel sold so poorly. Not even counting the amount of solid games that came out around the same time, but people have been burned by Ubisoft’s marketing far too many times. Take The Division, which I actually like and play, the downgrade wasn’t just in graphics but gameplay. It was far more interesting in the original trailer than what we ended up with. The Division is fun but also boring, and to a point you can say the same about Assassin’s Creed Syndicate (another game I like). Syndicate however has the benefit of having the twins, Evie and Jacob Frye are really fun characters and the Assassin’s Creed formula has its moments. But one thing was clear, Ubisoft was making cookie cutter missions in their open world games and that gets boring fast.
Finally they made a game that breaks away from the GTA clone Fed Ex formula (mostly anyway) and people weren’t buying it. Gaming sites were more concerned about getting hits, so while most of them praised the game, it was mostly as “it’s better than the first” which we all knew would be ‘cause that one was terrible. So why did I ignore the game? Well, to be honest it was Marcus. Don’t get me wrong, even without playing it I prefer Marcus over Aiden any day, but the promo videos kept showing Marcus as this dull character, and his clothes are something I wouldn’t wear even if I was cosplaying. I knew you could change clothes but have you seen the outfits they chose for the promo? he looks like a clown most of the time.
What I’m saying is, I couldn’t find myself in Marcus. Thankfully, they decided to offer that 3 hrs trial which I took. Played the hell out of the game to get a feel for the clothes, missions, characters and story. So I’m going to start my review with that, click keep reading if you’re interested.
The 3hrs Trial

OK so the first mission was kind of hard, but it was fun. Talk about a tutorial in the middle of a war zone and with a timer no less. (trial timer, not mission timer) I had to learn fast to make the most out of it. The script is... well have you seen TV shows lately? yea not great but not as bad as some people make it out to be. The gameplay was solid, animations were pretty good and graphics are impressive. I was unimpressed with the characters, even Sitara which I liked from the promo material. I did a couple of main missions, stole the Cyber Driver car, played some co-op missions and 1 of the events, opted out of PvP ‘cause I’m not interested in that. I don’t go to the Dark Zone in The Division either so yea, PvP is not my thing. I did a lot of the ATM side quests which are quite fun and funny. By the end of the trial I knew I really wanted this game. It was already on my list, but I was going to buy it as cheap as possible. I talked to my friends (the ones that played the trial with me) and we all liked it, they bought the game before I did but we all got it. Not only that but we bought the Gold Edition, which is still on sale at the time of this post.
Gold Edition
Why the Gold edition? Well, it comes with the Season Pass and it was $60 for the whole thing. So technically, it was finally priced right, the whole game for the price of a full game, I’m OK with that. It’s probably the only way I would recommend the season pass of any game.
Characters
Like I said before, during the 3hr trial I wasn’t impressed, but they slowly grew on me and I prefer that. In Life is Strange it was the same, I didn’t like Chloe until the third episode.
Marcus
Look at those clothes... wtf is that? He looks like TV static or something. Anyway, took a while but the guy grew on me thanks to moments like this one
youtube
Wish he had had more to do outside of doing the impossible. Also wish he had more interaction with Horatio.
Sitara
She’s cool, the Sombra of the group (a lot more serious though) and more of an artist than a hacker, even though she’s brilliant. She knows the power of a brand and works hard to turn Dedsec into “celebrities”. Just don’t wear a man bun in front of her.
Wrench
Cynical, sarcastic, weird af and with a short temper. This is Marcus’ best friend in the crew. Throws tantrums every now and then, I can relate to this guy a lot more, except for the thongs... yea... can’t relate to that.
Josh
The walking super computer, he is a bit stereotypical as well as cartoonish but I still like this guy a lot. There’s a lot of potential with this character.
Horatio
And Horatio, you barely get to talk to this guy and that’s a real shame. The few moments he had with Marcus were great. With the amazing animations and expressions, their funny scenes were actually funny.
I’m pretty sure this is the first time Ubisoft went with this approach on the characters. We’ve seen games where the companions are just as important as the main character, games like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Fallout 4 and of course the Saints Row series. I can say this was just a few interactions short of being as good as Saints Row’s. I applaud Ubisoft for this and hope they keep evolving this part of their story telling, with gameplay to support it.
Gameplay
This game has variety, to the point where I haven’t tried everything it offers yet. Sure some of it is mundane, but I do love to have some mundane stuff in my open world games. As long as I don’t get a call from a cousin every 5 steps asking to go bowling. Still, the mundane stuff gives you an excuse to explore the beautifully crafted map. Same with the collectibles which help you unlock some skills later in the game.
They also added events, now since I locked my game as a single player experience (except when I join my friends in co-op) I’m not sure if the events are part of the co-op experience or if you have to open your game. You can choose to open it so that only friendly players show up in your session, however that doesn’t mean they won’t troll you, there are a lot of asses out there. But that’s another positive, the ability to lock the game as a single player experience or open its multiplayer options in ways that work for you. In any case I had a lot of fun with these events when playing with my friends. Especially one that has low tolerance for stealth (it was kind of hilarious as I was marking enemies and studying the locations, then suddenly he was blowing people up with traps)
I do recommend that if you don’t want to participate in PvP, that you turn off Bounty Hunter and Invasion but leave the friendly options open. Why? because even though there’s a chance trolls might find a way to hinder you, you also miss out on unscripted events that can only happen when some crazy dude has the cops or gangs on his tail. You can help them out or troll them yourself if that’s your kink.
One last thing, I know I’m keeping the gameplay details very vague but I prefer if you found out everything you can do in the game on your own, the drone and remote car are fantastic mechanics. I love it when a game introduces a mechanic that suddenly every game after it should build upon. Not unlike the Last of Us with their bow and on the fly crafting which was arguably improved by the competition in the Tomb Raider games.
Missed Opportunities
The game is VERY good as is, so if you can afford it, go ahead and buy it ‘cause unless you hate Open World Games, you should like this game a lot. Remember, there’s a 3hr free trial if you’re still unsure, it’s not a demo, it’s the full game and you have access to it for 3 hrs.
That being said, a few things could have turned this game from very good to great (at least in my opinion)
1- No way to donate money
A- can’t tip performers on the streets B- can’t give money to beggars C- can’t even donate to bank accounts of people you know have some kind of illness or problem
Sounds pointless, but if you do it often enough in a game, the reason why you did it may carry over to the real world. A pebble in a pond or whatever but I think it can work.
2- Chatting NPCs
A- it’s only used to deliver low level context B- should have an “affection” rating tied to it, even if the reward is some spray or clothing item C- can’t use intel from NPCs (unless scripted) to prepare better for a mission
You can talk to your crew and get their thoughts after every mission, but that’s ultimately pointless. I understand they didn’t want to lock people out of content, nor wanted to force people into something they didn’t want to do but hey, I didn’t talk to Garrus every single time after a mission and he still became one of my favorite characters of all time. Same with Liara and Tali.
3- Tone
A- too serious at times B- it should have been more about their branding, at least most of the game (it kind of is but they already have the main game’s goal from the start) C- after a particular story event, some missions should be locked for a substantial amount of in game time
Saints Row games know they are a parody and work with it. Yes they shift tone in a way. From being funny and satirical to Ling, Carlos, Gat and even you dying, but it still felt within the themes of the game. In Watchdogs 2 you can have a gang after you, then you’re joking about some stupid shit. It shifts too abruptly sometimes. It’s not annoying just something that could be ironed out in the future.
4- HQ Hackerspace
A- you have your main hideout in a game store and you didn’t Gwent it? B- no hideout customization C- Marcus can’t recruit for Dedsec
Seriously, why didn’t you make a game within a game? You could have made a table top game and go all Gwent with it. And not being able to customize at least one of the hideouts is kind of a first in a Ubisoft game. Also, for story purposes I wish that Marcus had his own recruits. This could have been a game of its own where you could recruit the wrong person and then having to deal with that. Of course this wouldn’t be scripted, the NPCs are out there, (I call them trigger NPCs) if you recruit those that are under cover or from P8 or whatever, then that’s on you.
5- Social Locations
A- no interesting NPCs in most of them B- they serve no purpose other than one interaction and as a fast travel point
Something could have been done with these, especially if tied to the whole Marcus being able to recruit for Dedsec thing. A little initiation or test could have been done here.
6- Canon vs Player Actions
A- Marcus can kill a lot of people if the player wants B- at one point in the story Marcus does kill some people but gets no reaction from the crew
This is the same problem I have with the new Tomb Raider games, killing is not a big deal for these characters. It should be, like I said with the change in tone. They are hackers kind of having fun exposing the big corporations and the corrupt. They like to feel like super heroes but then the game is designed to have lethal weapons that the player can use, which is fine, that’s a gamified action which doesn’t have to be canon. But when it does happen in the story I expect more, taking a life shouldn’t be as uneventful as changing clothes
7- Clothes
A- nobody cares what you wear once you buy pants B- changing your outfit doesn’t affect in any way the follower multiplier
When you start the game, right after your initiation, your first mission is to buy pants. People react to what you were wearing before, taking pictures and laughing at you. But that’s where it ends. Also when you buy your first set of clothes, your follower number (XP) rises, would be nice if it had some kind of multiplier tied to it. The only game I remember that went through with that was GTA San Andreas.
Disclaimer
No, I’m not a Ubisoft fanboy, in fact they piss me off sometimes. I signed up for The Division’s beta almost as soon as registrations were allowed but didn’t get a code. Which sure, I can see that you have a limited number of codes to give, but when it happens that you gave away codes to people that didn’t register, that’s when I get annoyed. I had to preorder the game to get in, I honestly was considering skipping the game entirely.
Thank you Ubisoft Montreal
On the chance that someone from Ubisoft is reading this, I want to thank everyone that worked on this game. It was a lot of fun and looking forward to more of it.

Hello!
I’ve been debating on writing a new blog post for over a week. We are living in incredibly challenging and difficult times. Like the majority of people around the world, I have been living in “self-quarantine” for the past few weeks.
On March 23rd, Governor Kate Brown issued a formal executive order instructing Oregonians to stay at home as much as possible to prevent (or at least slow down) the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). I find it comforting to know that our elected officials here in Oregon are looking out for the best interests of our citizens. I have been receiving regular email updates from the governor’s office and several other elected officials (on both the state and federal levels). I appreciate our elected officials keeping us updated on the situation and the words of comfort that they include in their messages. In particular, the idea that “we’re all in this together.”
However, like most people, I have been experiencing a great deal of anxiety, stress, and grief while witnessing the unfolding crisis. For me, it has been heartbreaking to check the news reports as the number of people infected by the virus (both in the United States and around the world) keeps increasing rapidly. My heart breaks for the family and friends of the people who have died during the pandemic.
As I was typing that last sentence, I received a notification on my phone that the number of coronavirus cases around the world is now over one million. One million. (And, that’s just the confirmed cases. There have been reports of a widespread shortage of tests).
I’m sure that I’m not alone in feeling overwhelmed by such depressing news. The lives of millions of people around the world have been turned upside down by the current crisis. In addition to the fear of becoming ill, people are worried about paying their bills now that only people with jobs that are considered “essential” are still working. Worst of all is the uncertainty. There are so many unknowns– how long will the pandemic last? How bad is it going to get? When will things finally start to improve? When will be able to resume our “normal” lives?
In an attempt to counter-balance all of these negative and stressful thoughts, I’ve been attempting to “look for the good.” In addition to staying informed about the unfolding crisis, I’ve also been keeping an eye out for positive news. The following are a few of my favorites so far:
Online Story Time
With most schools and public libraries closed, many organizations have been posting online recordings of people reading children’s books. Two of our local libraries, Coos Bay Public Library and North Bend Public Library, have been posting videos on Facebook and YouTube:
youtube
youtube
For space/NASA/science enthusiasts, you can watch astronauts read stories from the International Space Station:
Storytime From Space
And, local coffee shop “So It Goes” has been receiving media attention for their quirky online storytime sessions:
So It Goes to Host Daily Storytimes for Kids During Covid-19 Closures
Communities Coming Together
I’ve also been enjoying reading online articles about things that people have been doing to help encourage their communities during these challenging times. For instance, some people are putting up Christmas lights to add some cheer:
People Are Putting Their Christmas Lights Back Up to Spread Cheer During Coronavirus
My personal favorite, people are participating in the “teddy bear hunt.” It’s a fun “social distancing” idea based off of the children’s book “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” by Michael Rosen. The basic idea is to place a stuffed bear in a window that is visible from the street. Then, when families are out walking, kids can look for and count the teddy bears they see.
‘It’s Like a Silent Visual Message.’ How Social Distancing-Friendly ‘Bear Hunts’ Are Uniting Neighborhoods Amid Coronavirus
Most of the stuffed animals in my personal collection (I have a healthy inner child!) are either cats, dogs, frogs, or dragons. However, I do have one teddy bear that my niece gave me a few years ago. It’s now in a window beside my desk. (I had to place the bear higher in the window due to the fact that I have mischievous house cats!).
Some of the other fun ideas that I’ve read about were part of a discussion in our local Nextdoor forums. Since it’s unlikely that communities will be able to host traditional egg hunts this Easter, people are placing pictures of Easter eggs in their windows. Once again, families on walks in their neighborhoods will be able to search for and count the eggs they see.
Other people are hanging hearts in their windows to provide a message of hope to their community:
‘You are not alone’ — Paper Hearts in Windows Gives Message of Hope
***
The ideas above are just a few of the heart warming stories that I’ve read about over the past few weeks. We may be living in trying times and unable to get together physically (due to social distancing), but there is a silver lining to this worldwide crisis. People are finding ways to come together as a community (on both a small and large scale) in order to encourage and support each other. We really are in this together.
What are other ways are people are coming together and supporting each other during this crisis? Feel free to share ideas and links to online articles in the comments section.
Hang in there everyone! Sending you “social distancing” cyber hugs!

91842653: Toon Summoned skull53183600: Blue Eyes Toon Dragon38369349: Manga Ryu Ran15259703: Toon World
Note:You may get Pegasus anytime during the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beat Odion
The best way to beat Odion is to get out Jinzo. Your traps may not work but most of Odion’s deck is made up of traps. From there on just keep hacking at his lifepoints and youll win fast.
Kaiba Mokuba Will Go Into
Some times kaiba mokuba will go in to defense mode if you beat him 90 times. But that only a few times I’ve beaten him over 120 times now & 0 times loss.
Never In Defense Mode
If you duel Kaiba Mokuba you will see that he will never goes in defense mode even when you have a stronger monster on the field. I’ve beaten him over 50 times only twice that I’ve seen him use a Blue Eyes Ulitmate monster. If so restart the game and shouldn’t have it again.
Pyramid Puzzle
To get to the Marik story (the Pyramid Puzzle), you must defeat all of Marik’s Ghouls once. They are Arakana, Strings, Rare Hunter, Lumis and Umbra, and Odion. When you do, Solomon will come to you and tell you Tea’s been acting weird. Tea comes, but she is controled by Marik. She’ll take you to the Pyramid Puzzle, where you must defeat each duelist to get to the end. Tea will be first, but be warned, she’s more powerful than her normal self. After you defeat her, she’ll go back to normal and tell you Joey’s been possessed also. You’ll then face a random Ghoul in the next two rooms, then you’ll face Dark Joey. He’s more powerful also, so be careful. You’ll face one more Ghoul then Yami Marik. After you defeat him, he’ll go back to normal, and take you back to Battle City. Now you can face regular Marik, all the Ghouls, and Shadii will be available as a new duelist, whenever you want.
Mokuba Kaiba Has Cyber-Stein
Sometimes when you duel Mokuba Kaiba, he will have Cyber-Stein and he will have Blue-Eyes Ulimate Drogon in his Fusion Deck. So if he has a card in his Fusion Deck get him down to less then 5000 life points quick!!
Fast Easy Win
After the game begans. You have to battle just a bit. When you see Kaiba Mokuba!!! challenge him he has the weakest deck in all the game. But when he has the blue eyes ultimate dragon you should restart the game challenge him again & he shouldn’t have that again.
Card Codes
If you have real Yu-Gi-Oh! game cards, look in the lower left corner and you will see a number. Enter this number in the password section to get that card.
Easy Way To Deafeat Dark Marik
The easiest way to defeat dark marik in the phantom pyrimad, is to let him set down his limit of magic and trap cards, because he usually does. Also, the most common monster he sets down is vorse raider, like all the other ghouls. The part to pay the most attention to, is let him run out of cards in his deck, and make sure you don’t.(note: try not to SUMMON any monsters, but you can set because you’ll most likely need to build up your defenses, and he could destroy your face up monsters with trap hole, torrentel tribbute, ect.)
Little Yugi
When you fight against Yugi Moto and you lose, when next time you fight with him, he will turn into Little Yugi.
Marik Tranformed!
Some time when you fight with Marik Ishtar he will tranformed to other form.
