While I understand the reasons for it being due to both the setting being newer than Warhammer 40K and also the ill-will from The End Times...

...I feel like it's a minor tragedy that nobody outside of that scene talks about how Warhammer Age of Sigmar has an entire faction that collects bone taxes for the skeleton war.

Like, that's not even an exaggeration, that is literally what the Ossiarch Bonereapers do!

MVP of today’s battle goes to the daemon princess (bloodthirster of intense rage proxy) Skrycha. For successfully slaying the Mortarch Katakros (apparently he is an infantry unit), his honor guard, and a nearby Morghast in a single charge, as well as getting vengeance for her embarrassment against Nagash a week and a half ago. She faithfully be awarded with the right of having the firebrand heroic trait next battle, as well as having her base decorated a little more.

The Old Bastards!

This, I think, will be the last unit for my Old Guard themed Turnip28 Warband. These are kitbashed with various Napoleonic miniatures and Age of Sigmar Kavalos Deathriders. I really love the Deathriders kit, these "horses" are absolutely stuffed with skulls and various bones!

A ghoul come to steal your bones

Not as talked about but new Spearheads that will apparently be sold alongside the current ones (think), plus updated rules for the format. Looks Fun.

I imagine these 4 are to clear inventories somewhat for the coming waves for these armies. CoS are rumoured to be getting a larger ones, Seraphon I could see getting a smaller wave (refreshing Skinks), plus Reapers and Ogors are due for new things.

The Bone Boyz Kainan's Reapers, out to collect their tithe of bones.

My first Undead, and I'm pretty please with how the bones turned out - it's an undercoat of Bugman's Glow with then a fairly heavy drybrush of Morghast Bone. Really got across the dusty desert bone effect I wanted.

The blue armor ended up a bit cartoonish, but if your skeleton warriors don't have a bit of Skeletor in them, what's the point?!
