Brew is a medicine cat in this AU and Grill and Chill are young warriors. Wolfomen (Brew) was given his suffix (-omen) as he is unsettlingly knowledgeable about death. Similar to a Goosefeather situation in canon Warrior Cats, Brew receives prophecies constantly of situations not in his control, and it drives him into fits of paranoia.

Wildburn (Grill) and Quietbreeze (Chill) trained together as apprentices, and while Wild was initially a bit of a bully, he has since matured and made right with Quiet. The two are very close now. In fact, it seems the two may be a bit closer than friends, but that's for them to figure out.

I plan to draw more of the cast at another point (and actually clean them all up and give them proper designs rather than just color splotches), but for now this will do.

"Ughhhhh. How much longer until break?" Jax woed tiredly as he looked at the clock above, Zooble busy at the Grill station. It was the lamest possible adventure: minimum wage work. To make matters worse, Gangle was the authority around here, and she became a total control freak with that new mask of hers. Zooble shrugged, saying that Gangle didn't schedule any breaks for them. "That freak is torturing me on purpose," Jax began, tapping his pawfoot in annoyance. "She knows I'm the only person here who can still feel hunger, and there isn't even a lunch break! I'm about to just raid the stock supply and-"

"Absolutely not, Jaxxy maxxy!" The woman with the ribbon body marched from around the corner towards the hare, causing him to grimace. "The food is to be served to customers, not for personal consumption! You can eat when the adventure is over." She strode back towards her office, Jax pulling his ears in frustration.

"Zooble, please get your girlfriend to stop this crap!"

"I would if I could... or maybe not, it's lowkey funny to see you this cranky." Jax was seeing red at this point, and he stormed away to his own designated work station. His stomach was growling so much he could hardly think straight, and having to hand off perfectly delectable chicken nuggets and fries and so much amazingness to NPCs was too much. He slumped against the counter, gnawing on his own arm until he saw you from across the way. You were a tiny little thing, digital body being only around a foot tall, if that. Bored with the work but glad to not be in some dangerous hellscape style plotline, this time. You were awaiting for the next driver to pull up to the takeaway window when Jax inched his way over, eyes wide.

"Jax, what do you want?" You weren't exactly at odds with the lapine boy as much as most were, but that didn't mean you liked him much. Personality wise, at least. He was more awkward than usual, trying to put together some semblance of a conversation. "How, uhh, how's the work so far?" "... fine... are you good, you're kinda spaced out." Jax tippy tapped his fingers on the counter, chuckling to himself. "I'm just peachy! Peaches sound good right now..."

*Grrrmmrrll*

Jax's face was beet red in embarrassment, his signature smirk replaced by a small thin line. You didn't know if he got on that stupid sauce or what, but he was somehow both weird and cute. His belly rumbling reminded you about the lack of break time here, and you felt kind of bad about the fact Jax would be this hungry all day-

Suddenly he snatched you right up in his handpaws, eyes still large. "I have no impulse control, you're my lunch now." "Wait huh!?"

Shoved unceremoniously into his agape maw, his fangs poked at your skin as you squirmed about in fear but moreso anger. He quickly clamped his mouth shut with you entirely inside and swallowed hard, sending you down into his stomach. Jax sighed and leaned against the wall, eyes back to normal and hand rested on his now slightly rounded middle. "Wellllll, have fun keeping my tummy full until my shift is over~"

"JAX YOU [BLONK]" Your fists pounded at the soft walls of his guts, and while you knew you wouldn't be digested in there (if his stomach even could digest food), that didn't change the fact Jax had effectively imprisoned you. The walls moved in and outward when he breathed, and you could feel the jostle as he laughed at your pitiful attacking. Giving up, you slumped back and just tried to relax inside. The happy gurgles of a full belly traveled between your ears, almost.. comforting.. soon enough, you fell asleep and would sleep for some time.

Jax on the other hand lazily did his tasks, trying not to admit how much he loved having you in there. You were just the best available snack, that's all! Soon enough, Gangle came back around on her usual check-in with the employees, and noticed your absence. "Jaaaax, have you seen your work partner? They aren't playing hookie, are they?" Jax mumbled a confused grunt before focusing on his manager, a smug look on his face. "Oh yeah, they're toootally doing that. Worst service score of the day, I fear." Gangle was about to write up a strongly worded note, but her eyes noticed the shape to Jax's tummy. Frowning, she came closer to inspect, poking at Jax's midriff. "Hmmmmm! It seems to me that you've been eating on the job, Jaxxy. And considering your coworker is nowhere to be found, I must deduce that you ate them!" His eyes shrunk into pinpricks and he laughed nervously. "You aren't gonna report me for this, right?"

She proceeded to forcefully heimlich you out of him. Weirder things have happened before, but the fact you didn't want to be out yet was probably the weirdest aspect of this entire scenario.

... Later that day ...

"So, how did everyone enjoy today's normal, perfectly average adventure!?" Caine looked expectantly at his cast of characters, each with a different form of dread plastered on their faces. It was safe to say that nobody wanted to speak of this experience again. Jax, peeked at you with a strange sense of.. fondness? Memories in the making for a new relationship? You couldn't be bothered to sort through your own confused feelings. After all was said and done, you tailed Jax back to his room's door and sat in silence with him at the entrance. Things would be different between you two, and it wasn't exactly a bad thing 💜

It's a university round! On the docket, we have Kepler Le Coeur and the newest townie-turned-playable, Gina Quinn!

To Recap: Kepler is the son of Chastity Le Coeur and Laura King in Windflower Bay. We recently spent a round with his older brother and struggling musician Tycho. Kepler is a through-and-through Knowledge sim with a zany secondary Grilled Cheese aspiration to keep things interesting.

Gina was a longtime and much-lauded teen employee at Weatherby's. She always had a bit of an alt streak, but when I posted my high school cliques photoshoot, I gave her a proper gothy makeover and fell in love. I knew I needed to upgrade her to playable status! So she's newly aged-up and ready to hit the books.

Although he's quite the selfish and capricious prince, his dignity and wisdom extends further due to his long life, making him an existence best suited as a leader. He is also weak towards anything sweet and will at times show his childish side.

When he was about to be sent for execution, Dia came and saved him. From then on, he swore an oath out of his gratitude and admiration and to live on for Dia's sake, staying in Kingdom of Colchicum as his subordinate. Usually calm and collected, his cool facade will crumbles when he gets overly worried over Dia or when he gets thrown off by Fiori's selfishness.

As the very cute princess, Dia and Espada often get thrown off by the princess' whims. With high communications skills and the mood maker, the princess is very considerate even towards someone new.

Formerly a very weak existence acting as the bait for the Devils, they now begin their move to change the world's power balance with their military prowess supporting them.

The three who are fearless of other races - Claude who is of imperial bloodline and leads the military as the commander at a young age, Eric who holds a very high idealism, and Oscar who fights on despite having a complicated past, marches on to expand the power of Humans.

A descendent of Aquilegia imperial family as well as the smart commander of its military. Having a very low possibility to inherit the imperial throne, he moves in accordance to protect and solidify the empire's position. On top of being someone very smart, he owns an overwhelming power over the military and has achieved many great feats through his strategies. He usually acts like a gentleman, but he holds a very high expectations for himself and his subordinates to go above their capabilities. He is also feared as he will be very ruthless in order to carry out his operations. In contrast to his gentle first impression, he is inwardly very suspicious of others and no one has ever seen his true self.

Stubborn and hates losing, he works very diligently so that he will be able to confidently take on his position. He has a strong sense of justice and tends to get thrown off by Claude and Oscar who are more unrestrained.

He is strong and is always supportive of Claude and Eric who are prone to dangers.

They watch over both the Devils and Humans, and will at times intervene to maintain the harmony of the world.

Through Mere who loves and accepts all and every thing in the world, Kai who can't escape from his feeling of sadness, and Tis who indulge in the fleeting freedom, the three of them will fulfil the grand mission given by their God.

A Principality that is born as the seraphim to the emotion of [Love] in the Heaven Realm and one of the Twelve Angels that rules the world. Given the mission to [Fix the world order] by the God, he asserts control over both Devils and Humans. Giving unconditional love to all regardless of their race, he pours an unusual amount of "motherly" love to all "children" that he created. As a result of not understanding love correctly, in the end he is merely just imposing his values upon others. On top of having thought process that are different than normal, he is also an existence shrouded in mystery.

However, he also has quite the harsh and sharp tongue, which comes as a surprise to those around him; and if he is angered, he will refuse to help out. He treats Tis who is created later than him out of Mere as akin to his younger brother.

Governed by [Belladonna Family], one of the [Six Devil Families], where people are allured by the void luxury and grandiose, where the Devils' schemes and betrayal swirls. As the Devil Realm exists underground, the residents tend to come out only in the night.

Through their oppression of fear, they - Adder the devil who plans to rule the world and threatens the Human Realm, Rosé who immersed himself in questionable research, and Vanis the fallen angel seeking refuge after escaing from the Heaven Realm, will dominate the world through any means possible.

The current head of Belladonna Family, one of the devil families ruling the Devil Realm. With a father who is the Devil King and former head of Belladonna Family, he is expected to be the next Devil King in line for his strength, wits, and charisma. He takes action for the sake of protecting the position of being the strongest among the [Six Devil Families] and with his hatred for Humans and Angels, he begins his plan for Devils to rule over the world. Being someone who is very prideful, he has a wall that keeps others away from him and is arrogant in the face of others. He has others obey him through the fear from his overwhelming presence.

His thoughts are unique to himself and his erratic and frenzied words and action throws those around him off. That said, his strangely charming and captivating behaviour earned him quite some enthusiastic admirers. He dotes on his weak and cute younger brother, Espada, a lot.

Good at having others wrapped around his fingers, he established his position by charming people with his words. Adder allows his stay due to their common interest, where he will bring in useful information from somewhere. He may seem frivolous and soft-hearted at first, but he is in fact a very smart man and it is difficult to gauge him. As someone in the middle of nowhere who is neither a Devil nor an Angel, he is in quite the unstable state both physically and mentally.

The Crawford Family Album: Volume XXII

Today we're visiting what I think is probably my game's most popular family.

The Green kids are always happy to find new ways to have fun, and a snowy day provides plenty of opportunities.

Meanwhile, Green Bean is getting spruced up for dinner. There's a perfectly functional shower in the next room, Green Bean - and some privacy! 😯

It seems to have fallen to grandparents Henry and Lydia to introduce Octavius to the facts of life.

I suspect it comes as something of a relief when mum Frances gets home from work.

Octavius in particular Loves the Outdoors, and thinks nothing of frolicking in the snow in his undies. But I'm not sure this is such a good idea...

Hmm, definitely not! Snowbert doesn't know what all the fuss is about - it's perfect weather, as far as he's concerned.
