Everyone has probably seen these by now, but here are all three illustrations I did for the new Overwatch Pride short story! It was an honor to be trusted with drawing out Jack’s backstory (also win-win since he was already one of my mains in the game).

*Venture is injured after they returned on a mission only to see that Jack is quiet angry at them while everyone else just watches clearly worried* Ana: Jack relax everything is okay and- Solider 76: What happened!? Venture: Look what happened was a...Slight miscalculation and- Solider 76: No your not going on anymore missions... Venture: Excuse me!? Everyone gets injured! I mean yeah I tend to get distracted and all but that doesn't mean I still can't help! Solider 76: Your only putting yourself at RISK Solan! Cassidy: Jack relax what happened was nothing more then a accident, if anything we tried- Solider 76: I don't care they're not going on anymore missions after today! Venture: YOU CAN'T DO THAT! Solider 76: Yes I can! Venture: I'm not a child! I can still fight! Solider 76: *shakes his head getting frustrated* You shouldn't be anywhere near the fight, Your to important! Venture: I AM NOT! Solider 76: YES YOU ARE! *Cassidy & Ana just watching unsure what to do but Venture leans up clearly upset* Venture: NO! I can still fight and- Solider 76: *just removes his visor as angry tears rolled down his face*Why won't you just let me do this for you, Vincent!? *As he said they Venture, Ana and Cassidy just look at Jack with concerned but mainly Venture staring at him with pity* Solider 76:*feels his face burn up a bit as he looked away as he quickly put his visor back on* I-I got to go...Just remember what I said Solan... Ana:*sighs softly* I'll go talk to him. *Venture and Cassidy watched as Ana goes after Jack only for them to look at Cassidy* Venture: I know a Vincent...Vincent was my mentor... Cassidy:...Can I ask what he looked liked Sloan? Venture:*nods* Yeah um h-he had dark hair but had silver strains in it,sharp features, and was tanned...Why? Cassidy:*sighs* Damn it no wondered he snapped at you... Venture: Is everything okay? Cassidy: Not sure but Jack got very emotional here...Not that first time he blew up like that... Venture: What do you mean? Cassidy: He called me Reyes...

Jack’s new short story is surprisingly sweet and good in his life. And I like his back-and-forth with Laurie he really shows to have good balance with other characters in these short stories. Even though it is sad to see him cutting ties to people left and right. I don’t know what is really going on with the Overwatch writing anymore but I’ll wonder if they’ll let have Jack have any support in the end.

And on a minor note, the artwork for the short story it’s good. I just really hate the way. Jack looks in the birth photo. His design I just hate it.
