Hi, thanks for asking. :) My brain has come up with several ideas:

Max-Ernest and Violet

They are children who are compelled to serve as a parent for their younger siblings. Although they love their siblings deeply and embrace their role, this burden makes them grow up far too quickly and forces them to shoulder a responsibility they can hardly carry. I picture them bonding over sharing stories and slowly realizing how much this strain has cost them. They understand each other's sacrifice in a world that mostly takes it for granted. Owen and Olaf

Okay, hear me out. They would absolutely hate each other as people, but imagine them sharing their love for disguises and personas. Can't you see them spending a drunk evening obsessing over their greatest stunts? "You really pulled that off? You disguised yourself as a receptionist named Shirley T. Sinoit-Pecer?"

The older generations of the Midnight Sun and the VFD

Again, they couldn't care less for one another and would probably deny ever having anything to do with the other organization. But I wouldn't put it past their early leaders to profit from each other's experiences in securing their most valuable resources: children. I can see them meeting in some fancy drawing room, sipping wine and comparing their checklists: "Kidnap them while they're young. Check. Isolate them. Check. You do realize how vital it is to drill into them that they are nothing and their only purpose in life is to serve us, do you? Check. Tattoos? Well, maybe."

OWEN AND MR BAILEY CRUMBS..... ik they say mr bailey is older than owen but in my mind they are college buddies who did shakespeare productions together. that is my headcanon if rsimon destroys it i'll be sad
