For @aurorawest, a Northern Saw-Whet Owl. I just love the color patterns on the juveniles so that's what I went with here! And I went a little experimental with the cedar tips in the foreground but I kind of love the contrast they bring. Thanks for donating to the Waymakers challenge!

The other day I saw a post requesting fun facts about Cassandra that are canon but not really mentioned in the show. I don't remember who asked it, but I think it was maybe @sweetmariihs2?

Anyway, here are some that I've collected through the years:

The tan shirt she wears in S1 and most of S2 is an old training shirt of the Captain's. In fact, she scraped her whole outfit together, piecemeal, from things she found other places.

While not directly about Cassandra, Owl is a western screech owl.

She's ~5'6" tall.

They wrote an unused song for Cassandra called "Lady In Waiting." Glenn Slater gave us the lyrics for Tangled's 10th anniversary.

Similarly, Glenn shared the lyrics for a second verse and chorus of "Crossing the Line."

Fidella was not Cassandra's horse until the very end of the series when she left Corona with her. Up until that point, she was a palace horse, like Maximus, and Cassandra was permitted to use her frequently.
