okay so as i have previously established, in my au / hc c!wilbur's origins are kinda scuffed. she hatched out of the dragon egg on phil's hardcore world n b/c of that, has the ability to mimic.... whatever au puts aur mind to, really. (granted, he doesn't shift At All during the various arcs of the dsmp but i Have A Reason For That. n will elaborate at............ a later date.)

now!! how does this tie into ghostbur? simple!!

while not being All of wilbur, ghostbur is still Part of him, n given that death mechanics on the server are. More Than A Little Fucked, we'll say, she leans more into the glitchiness that wilbur wasn't able to tap into while being alive. vo is a sort of shadow figure that tends to glitch a lot n doesn't have much control over that mimic ability, so their appearance will usually mimic whatever hu's thinking about at that moment. so, in my recent drawing, ghostbur is thinking about her blue, n is starting to uh. well. become it. just a little bit. that's why the glitching effect on his lower half is blue, n why the arm holding the handful of blue is sticking to itself ever so slightly. au is becoming more of a sticky consistency in that moment n will probably become a bit more fluid-like in a couple more moments!! tho none of this shifting hurts, mind you- honestly i think it'd hurt to Not shift- it's just mildly inconvenient when gi is hanging out w/ dear old dad n suddenly sprouts almost-wings when phil. well. doesn't have them anymore. (awkward.)

so i have this concept i'm pretty sure i've mentioned on here before called "living blocks" which are beings that were once mc blocks / items but through magical transmutation (either by divine intervention or by lightning strike) they become alive / sentient!!

in niki's case specifically, i had the thought today of her being a living furnace which i think works Quite well :) some other examples would be skeppy being a living diamond block n hannah being a living rose bush

i'll be honest i don't remember Any lore for disco other than she likes to dance </3 i don't think she was supposed to be a possessed animatronic? but she still leaned towards wanting to murder? from her colors it seems like she's from the toy line of animatronics but i know that's not right b/c a couple pages later in the sketchbook there's the beginnings of a toy version of her. so. idk i guess i'd place her around the security breach era now? i gave her redesign a jumpsuit which. feels about right as a design choice in line w/ the newer games to me

How was the fnaf movie?

i thought it was good!! it didn't take itself super seriously- honestly i was laughing way more than i was being scared- n they definitely took liberties w/ the story but for a franchise like fnaf i think you have to tbh? they had a lot they could use n they had to condense it all into the average movie's runtime so like. all things considered i think they handled it well

1 // a song you can listen to on repeat oh boy. i have a limit on how long i can have a song on repeat for before my brain starts to hate it n needs to listen to something else Immediately before i can listen to that song again. so i'm gonna use the metric of "how many times have i looked up this song lately so i can listen to it?" n when i do That, then i can say the cover of trying too hard by thomas sanders. it gets stuck in my head So Easily n then i Gotta listen to it. it's a whole thing. good song tho!!

30 // a song you recommend i'm gonna cheat here n say an album instead. b/c i can :) listen to the entirety of moth by the narcissist cookbook. In Order. pretty much every song i've listened to by him has rewired my brain chemistry but since it's the first full album i listened to of his i'm recommending moth. if you don't want to listen to an entire album i'd say listen to apple, good love, or castle of rats

:0 i've actually never had honey on toast before..... but i am Definitely gonna try it!!! n i think i have a decent amount of warm colored clothes? but they do tend to lean on the cooler side if i'm remembering correctly. i have a metric fuckton of sweaters tho which has gotta count for Something. n i'd like to think my smile is nice :)

Okay sorry to sound insane but you have an extremely distinctive way of drawing limbs specifically hands and feet. You’re so good at posing them in really appealing ways and to me they’ve always got such volume to them? Even if one of your hands is at an awkward or hidden angle it still feels like it’s there in its entirety. Like if I could reach into the page and grab it I could pull it into full view . Even your smaller pieces hold such a natural air to them ARGGGH I LOVE YOUR ART!!

:0 woagh..... i didn't realize i drew limbs so distinctively!!!! i feel like i either struggle w/ things like hands for Days or manage to somehow draw them Exactly Right in the first sketch, no in-between
