Lost Fic #312
1. I’m looking for this fanfic. I don’t remember much about it but it was a very short one that I read years ago. Here are the two thing I remember: 1. Aziraphale and Crowley cuddling on either a couch or a tiny bed in the bookshop that can barely accommodate both of them but Crowley doesn’t mind. 2. Aziraphale keeps promising Crowley that he’s going to get a better (or bigger) bed but he keeps procrastinating. 3. The fic ends with a line that ends with the sentiment "Aziraphale could be slow, but he always kept his word". I think it may be explicit or mature but I’m not 100% sure. I’ll be forever grateful if we can find it 😭 - anon
2. Hi! I'm looking for a fic where Crowley and God are siblings and Crowley had his own "test garden" dimension in heaven where he created things like dragons and unicorns and stuff and his true form is actually a dragon, and he has his own army in heaven that still answers to him only and there is another war between the archangels on one side and God and Crowley on the other with Aziraphale as Crowleys soul mate. And I'm pretty sure it was a "Crowley was Raphael" story. And I'm pretty sure God and Crowley were a single entity before the beginning in this fic. And I can't find it anymore - @zanylawyerdeanbakery
3. Hello, so happy to have just found you! What a wonderful service you're providing, thank you! I'm looking for a specific fic, (it might've still been a WIP?), but I feel fairly certain it has disappeared/ been taken down. I hope you can prove me wrong! Rated E, human Sex Workers fic, both Aziraphale and Crowley work at a brothel each with their own assigned room they work in. They fall for each other, but the employer doesn't allow coworkers to date. The one chapter I vividly remember that sets this apart from similar fics was that a client books a threesome, and wants those two. I think the client asks to watch A&C undress each other (though that tidbit might be from a different one, not positive). Ultimately, they have the client on all 4's between them, I think Crowley is giving him anal from behind, client is giving oral to Aziraphale. Meanwhile A & C are making major eyes at each other and it's like a sex-by-proxy thing happening. After the client leaves the room, they're in dressing gowns, and they finally give in to their overwhelming attraction and kiss each other. For a very very long time (because kissing isn't allowed w/ clients and they both find it's the thing they crave the most). (This part I might be confusing with another fic, but they might also be neighbors? And they each have teenage kids. I think Adam is Crowley's little brother or adopted kid, and Pepper is Aziraphale's sister's kid who he lives with, something like that. The kids' friendship gives A&C some plausible deniability to hang out.) If you're able to find it, I'll be so grateful! (My AO3 search skills leave much to be desired!) Whether you find it or not, or answer this or not, I hope you all have a very lovely day! <3 - @laudaddysmitten
4. Hi! Im looking for a fic I read in 2023(?), I don't remember much but i know: It's set during season 2. Beelzebub is more honest with Crowley when asking about Gabriel. It's in Crowleys POV and basically a more in-depth fic about Crowleys and Aziraphales reaction to ineffable bureaucracy/boxfly. I feel like I'm going insane trying to find this, so thank you in advance! :)) - @bru1sed-apple
5. Hellooo! First I want to thank everyone here for this account, seriously, it's a blessing! Secondly, I've been looking for a fic I read, probably about a year ago but I can't seem to find it but I also don't remember a whole lot about it. It's similar to (I'd rather be) in the palm of your hand, which I read around the same time. All I remember is that Crowley made webcam videos, but I'm pretty sure that this one was a human AU because what I remember from the entire thing is that after the video was filmed, Crowley went on to take some pictures for later when everything was "still fresh" and he didn't have to fake it with coconut oil. I know that's really not a lot of information but that's all I can remember for some reason. Thank you so much in advance! - @flerken-is-not-a-cat
If you know any of these fics please include the number in your reply! Thank you :)

This year as part of @renegadeguild’s event for FanFic Writers Appreciation Day (FFWAD), I had the honor of binding @isnt-it-pretty‘s fic “Fingernails The Colour of Rust” with art by @pigeon-noises! Both of them received a bound copy of the work, shown below :)

You can view Pigeon’s beautiful art Here and Here!
This project was super fun and I learned a lot along the way, more photos and description below the cut :)

This project saw a lot of late nights battling the printer, but equally as many nights excitedly experimenting with fonts and designs and layouts. The end design featured lineart tracings of the in-game Scarab and Nilopata Lotus materials, and in total is 312 pages long (284 of which are the fic itself). Making the case was by far the most challenging part of this process - using a foil quill was especially fun to learn, I owe so much to the Renegade binderary presenters. Unfortunately, the dust jacket would not print to size so it’s a bit small, but overall I think the books came out really great!

Thank you again to @isnt-it-pretty and @pigeon-noises, your works are so beautiful and I’m so grateful to have been able to make these books for you!
Be sure to check out the tags #FFWAD #renegadelovesfic (and their variations) to see other’s amazing fanbinds from this event!

Overall Thoughts:
Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you’d predicted?
Definitely more than what I thought. I'm lowkey impressed that half of them make any sense as a fic.
What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?
Love And Deepspace. I saw all the ads on TikTok but I never had any interest to play the game. That changed in July and now I think the number of LADS fics and JJK fics are almost equal.
What’s your own favorite story of the year?
I'm not even going to pretend like this is a hard answer. It's Prescription For Pleasure. I put a lot of soul into it and it looks like it paid off based on the interaction I got for it.
Did you take any writing risks this year?
For sure. I was nervous about writing such explicit smut, especially kinky smut (threesomes, DVP, male pegging, BDSM etc) as well as unconventional smut (exhibitionism and tentacles). I was worried people might judge me for the writing, especially when I posted my first fic, The Office Pet. Another one that I was really nervous about posting was the Sylus pegging fic.
Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the new year?
I think it's to slow down and really pace out my writing. I'll admit sometimes if my inspiration is low, I'll make HC's or a drabble but going forward I think I'd rather write longer fics with more details like Prescription For Pleasure. And I'm trying really hard to evenly pace the chapters for the Breeding Clinic series.
From my past year of writing, what was…
My best story of this year:
I'd have to say As You Wish Princess. It took me some time to craft and I did research about old middle eastern culture to write it so I'm quite proud of it.
My most popular story of this year:
Prescription For Pleasure. 7.5K notes.
Story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion:
When The Snow Melts. Granted, there's very little smut in it and it's angst heavy, but I feel like I put in more effort to write it than Prescription for Pleasure.
Most fun story to write:
A Tight Spot. Did some interesting research to make sure it was accurate.
Story with the single sexiest moment:
Oooh...this is hard but I'm gonna say it's Ditch The Condom. All 4 LI's experience a new level of intimacy with the reader and I think that's sexier than anything else.
Most “holy crap, that’s wrong, even for you” story:
I don't think I have a fic like that. Perhaps the Breeding Clinic kind of flirts with the border of human ethics but there's a reason this is all purely fantasy right?
Biggest disappointment:
I think it's how long I take to write my longer fics. I know some people can write such lovely prose in less than a day but for me anything more than 3k words needs planning and a minimum of two weeks.
Biggest surprise:
I think it's how much love this blog has received. I've met some incredible people and really connected with them. And of course I love hearing from everyone in my inbox, I wasn't prepared for all the love and messages of support that I've received.
Fic-writing goals for 2025:
I think I want to really chip away at my inbox requests and hold off on other ideas I have until it's cleared. I also want to write longer one-shots rather than HC's or drabbles.

Quiobi is the most read SW ship on AO3?!
I had no clue! I am flabbergasted!

The most read Quiobi series has 2 398 596 hits!
In comparison: Destiel’s “Twist and Shout” only has 1,491,158 hits!
Only other juggernauts like “Harry Potter”, “My Hero Academia”, “Dream SMP” (that one surprised me), or “Haikyuu!!” have higher numbers. (Their numbers are breathtaking!)
It took some while to tot up all the numbers of the many parts that story has with the original story having 1 085 841 hits and the sequel having 1 312 755 as to date.
It would have been better if the ficcer had just thrown all those parts into one part, honestly. With 81 parts I surely won’t do the maths a second time. LOL
I am somewhat curious how that one Chinese story with only one chapter managed to get over two million hits. But I don’t speak Chinese.

The Secret Keeper #1 (Daredevil Fan Fic)
Word Count: 3140 Warnings: Swearing, referenced drug use, Foggy Nelson being a bisexual disaster Taglist: @loves0phelia, @nowheredreamer, @beezusvreeland, @yarrystyleeza, @bellaxgiornata, @loveroftoomanyfandoms The Secret Keeper Masterlist, My Masterlist Thank you for @loveroftoomanyfandoms for beta reading.
Chapter 1
“This thing is so fucking slow,” I grumbled with no small amount of irritation.
Given the eye-watering amount of money that Columbia charged for tuition, I would have thought that everything would be top notch. Apparently not. Part of my mind wondered what they were spending all that money on. Obviously not on their network.
Or the dorm room furniture. After seeing all those zeroes, I almost expected everything to be real fancy. A four-poster bed made of mahogany with velvet curtains. Fine porcelain cups. Gold toilet seats. Tacky in that way only the really rich could get away with. But what I found when I walked in looked like it came from Ikea.
Nothing wrong with Ikea. It was sturdy enough and didn’t look terrible. Just a little surprising. Or maybe they saved all the fancy stuff for the more public parts of the university. Like the Butler Library.
Or the academics. I really hoped so. I hadn’t busted my ass getting this scholarship for nothing.
Now if only this stupid website would fucking refresh . . .
“Goddammit, come on!” I growled. “Load!”
The computer ignored me. I was giving the computer a piece of my mind when I was interrupted by a knock on the door.
“What?” I called out, unable to keep the annoyance out of my voice. I heard, more than saw, the door open.
“Excuse me,” said an unfamiliar voice. “Is this room 312?”
“Yeah, who are you looking for?” I said, reluctantly turning my attention to the visitor. And felt like I had been hit in the face with a hammer. Stepping into my dorm room was the hottest guy I had ever laid eyes on. Not even that little grimace or that he was wearing sunglasses indoors could diminish just how pretty this guy was . . . so pretty that I almost missed the cane in his hand.
A long cane, white except for the red bottom section.
I resisted the urge to smack myself in the forehead. Blind. Cute guy was blind, not the kind of weirdo who wears sunglasses inside. “Oh . . . sorry.”
“What for?” asked Cute Guy, stepping further into the room and closing the door behind him. There was an olive green duffel bag slung over one shoulder.
“You’re blind, aren’t you?” I asked.
“So they tell me,” said Cute Guy, moving toward the second bed. I wondered if I should warn him about it when the white cane hit it. Cute Guy didn’t seem upset about that. Just leaned forward and stretched out his hand until he found the bare mattress. Apparently satisfied with this discovery, the duffel was slid off his shoulder and dropped onto the bed. “I hope that won’t be a problem.”
“Why would it?” I asked, confused about what this Calvin Klein model was doing in my dorm. Then it clicked. Man, I was slow on the uptake today. “Oh! You’re my roomie!”
Cute Guy nodded, turning toward me. He took a step in my direction, holding out his hand. “Matt Murdock.”
I got off my bed, willingly abandoning my computer. As much as I wanted to get into that class, Mama Nelson hadn’t raised a caveman. I took his head and shook it. It was a good shake. Cute Guy (Matt) had a solid, firm grip but didn’t try to break my fingers like some guys did. Immediate brownie points.
“Foggy Nelson,” I introduced myself, trying not to grin like a loon. I had the feeling that I failed. Cute Guy (Matt) was even prettier up close. Square jaw, good cheekbones still round with the last traces of baby fat. Not that I had any room to talk about baby fat.
Dropping Matt’s hand, I tried to remember where I had heard the name Matt Murdock before. I tried to chase my thoughts into some semblance of an order but I kept getting distracted by things. Like wondering if his hair was soft and fluffy as it looked . . .
Maybe that joint earlier had been a bad idea. I had been nervous about meeting my roomie and had smoked a little to steady my nerves. It had worked, setting aside the tooth-grinding at the slowness of the class registration portal. But I have been reliably informed that I was a bisexual disaster when I was stone cold sober. High? I just couldn’t stop myself from telling people just how pretty they were.
And damn was this Matt Murdock pretty . . .
And just like that, I remembered. But surely this wasn’t the same guy. It couldn’t be. Stuff like that only happened in movies. Matthew wasn’t an unusual name. Neither was Murdock. Especially not here. Irish surnames were a dime a dozen in New York. It couldn’t be him.
But there was only one way to find out.
“You’re not from Hell’s Kitchen, are you?” I asked.
“Born and raised,” Matt answered, his head tilting slightly to one side. It was rather adorable . . . Focus!
“So am I!” I said, feeling amazed. It was really him. Wow! “I heard about you! When you were a kid! What you did! Saving that old guy crossing the street!”
Matt ducked his head, turned back toward his bed and started feeling out for his duffel. “I just did what anyone would have.”
“Bullshit!” I immediately retorted. “You’re a hero!”
“I’m really not,” Matt said, fidgeting with the zipper of his bag. Was he embarrassed? Bashful? It was hard to tell with those dark glasses hiding his eyes and the way his shoulders were hunched, hiding even more of his face from me. But there was the faint tinge of pink dusting those cheekbones and creeping down the back of his neck. Which was also really adorable, dang it.
“Come on,” I pressed, not wanting Matt to downplay his heroism. Because, no, he hadn’t just done what anyone else would have done. I had read all of the articles about brave little Matty Murdock. Probably still had the newspaper clippings somewhere. “Of course, you’re a hero! You got your peepers knocked out saving that old dude!”
That got Matt to turn back toward me.
“They didn’t get knocked out,” he said, sounding incredulous. Like he couldn’t believe what had just come out of my mouth. Not an unusual occurrence for me. My brain-to-mouth filter had these giant holes in it.
Good. Because that would be a little . . . freaky,” I said. Then I realized how that sounded and wanted to smack myself on the forehead. Again. Case in point. Way to put your foot in your mouth, Fog. “No offense!”
“None taken,” Matt said, then smiled. It was a little one, barely even a smile but it seemed more real. I mentally gave myself a pat on the back. I loved getting people to smile for real instead of just smiling politely. “Most people dance around me like I’m made of glass.”
Then, more softly but with a lot of feeling, he added, “I hate that.”
Pity is a four-letter word. Suzie’s familiar voice rang through my mind like she was actually in the room. She had said that with the same soft but bone-deep tiredness that Matt just said ‘I hate that.’ And, not for the first time since we got our acceptance letters, realized how much I was going to miss seeing her everyday.
“Well, you’re just a guy, right?” I said, trying to distract myself before I got mopey. “A really good looking guy.”
Good looking was an understatement. Matt was one of the prettiest people that Foggy had ever seen in person. Maybe even the prettiest. So pretty that he almost didn’t seem real. He had the kind of face that you expected to see staring back at you from a magazine cover not from across the dorm room. Not that Matt was staring at me. Since he couldn’t. And wouldn’t if he could . . . I cleaned up good but I was solidly guy-next-door. Aka practically invisible to people this pretty.
And it wasn’t just his face either. Matt’s clothes were kinda worn and a little ill-fitting but I could still see the hints of a lean, athletic body . . . the broad shoulders that he hadn’t quite grown into yet . . .
“Hmmm . . . I . . .”
Awwww, that blush from earlier was back. And brighter. Be still my heart. He looked even cuter, flustered and sputtering . . .
And that’s when I realized that I had just hit on my roommate. My roommate who could very well be straight. Or homophobic. Nevermind that I was bi, not gay . . . And then compounded that by checking him out so blatantly that even a blind guy who could tell I was doing it . . .
“Girls must love that!” I said in a rush, giving a silent thanks to my drama teacher Mrs. Wilde. All those improv skits and learning the yes-and style of comedy was paying off. Again. Thinking on my feet, turning flirty comments into a joke had saved me from many an ass-kicking. “That whole handsome wounded duck thing? Am I right?”
“Yeah,” Matt said, recovering his equilibrium quickly now that we were on (I assumed) more familiar ground. Though his cheeks were still faintly pink. “It’s been known to happen.”
“This is gonna be awesome!” I said. Maybe it was just the weed talking but I have a good feeling about this.
****
A month later and I was still feeling good.
I was doing well in my classes. My professors were knowledgeable. Most were at least decent at teaching and a few were really good. The class discussions had been interesting. Still hadn’t worked up the nerve to talk to that hot girl in my Punjabi class but the semester wasn’t over. I had plenty of time.
Matt was fast becoming my best friend. No offense meant to all my other friends. They are all awesome but I’ve never clicked with someone this quickly before. It felt like I had known Matt for years instead of just four weeks. A feeling that seemed to be entirely mutual.
I hope it was mutual. I really liked Matt. And not just because he was unfairly pretty. He was smart. Really smart. Getting a full-ride scholarship out of Columbia was no easy feat. I would know. He was funny. Especially when he relaxed enough to let that sarcastic, smart mouth come out.
As a roommate, I couldn’t have asked for a better one. He stayed quiet when I was asleep or studying. Matt never took my things without asking first. Which more than I could say for Theo. And while he was meticulously neat, he did not demand that I conform to the same standards. His only requests were that I keep the walking paths free of clutter and if I borrowed anything of his to put it back exactly where I found it. Which was more than reasonable.
Granted so far that had applied more to the former than the latter. Matt hadn’t brought a lot with him that weren’t necessities. A nice rosary and a few non-school books seemed to be it. And I didn’t know braille so which nixed borrowing quite a bit of Matt’s things in the first place. But, out of pure curiosity, I did pull one of his books off the shelf.
It was surprisingly thick. Thicker than any of my books. Maybe it was the paper? It looked and felt more like card stock than paper. And those lines of dots were not as pronounced? . . . on the page as I had imagined. I could feel them but not very well . . . how does -
“What are you doing?”
I jumped. I hadn’t even heard Matt come in. If there was one downside to being Matt’s roomie, it was his cat-like ability to walk silently through walls. But my mind was soon distracted away from that by losing my grip on the book. It fell right on my sock-clad foot. “Ow! Fuck!”
“What’s wrong?” Matt asked, concerned.
“Just dropped your book on my foot,” I explained, rubbing my foot with one hand and picking up the book in the other. It seemed even thicker and heavier after hitting my foot.
“Oh . . . which book?” Matt asked.
“One of your textbooks,” I said, straightening back up. And putting the book on Matt’s desk, well away from the edge, before it ended up on my foot again.
Matt’s brow furrowed. “I didn’t know you knew braille.”
“I don’t,” I said honestly. “I was just curious, never seen a book completely printed in braille before. And since you weren’t trying to study, it seemed like a good time to be nosy.”
Matt made a thoughtful humming noise, his fingers running over the cover “And what was your impression of the Frontiers of Science Part I?”
“Of course it was a science book,” I said. “Science has had it out for me since chemistry.”
Matt’s lips twitched. “Aside from that?”
“It was foot-crushingly large.”
Lips twitched again before spreading into another small but real smile. Totally worth the aching foot. “They have to be. You can’t emboss thin paper. It will tear. And cells take up more space on the page than standard typeface. The result is thicker pages and more of them.”
I nodded to myself. That made sense but there was something else that didn’t . . . I thought back to the foundation core requirements . . . “Part I? I thought Frontiers was a one-semester class.”
“It is,” Matt confirmed. “But you can only make a book so large before it becomes unwieldy. So a lot of the time, the braille version ends up split into multiple volumes.”
“So that’s why you have twice as many textbooks as me,” I said. “I thought you had found a time-turner or something so you could take twice as many classes.”
Matt laughed. “Afraid not.”
His little smile got that mischievous edge. “You should see my copy of the Bible.”
I hadn’t been to church in years. My parents weren’t especially religious. But I remember the Bible Nana has. Which I had also dropped on my foot. It felt just as crushing as Matt’s book . . . then I thought about the size of my copy of Frontiers and did the math . . . .
“Holy shit! I bet you could build a decent size fort out of that many books!”
This time Matt laughed. I loved getting Matt to laugh. There was something so satisfying about seeing that almost somber, distant expression on his face transform into something delighted and happy. And it usually left him smiling wide enough for that dimple to show up. Because, of course, Matt had a dimple. He wasn’t already cute enough.
“Never tried,” Matt said. “But I can almost hear the exasperated ‘Matthew!’ I’d get from Sister Maggie and Sister Beatrice.”
I laughed, picturing a pair of stern-faced old women dressed in black with that head-veil thing scolding a younger Matt.
“Did you bring Fort Bible with you? And if so, why am I only hearing about this now?”
Matt laughed again. “No. I left it with Father Lanthom.”
“I think you mean Fort Commander Lanthom.”
Another laugh from Matt. Maybe it wasn’t the funniest joke in the world but it was funny enough to leave Matt smiling and his shoulders relaxed. I gave myself a mental high five. After getting him to laugh the first time, I had promised myself to get Matt to smile and laugh as often as possible. Seriousness had its place in life but it seemed to me that Matt needed more joy in his.
Even if it turned Matt from a ten to a solid twelve on the cutie scale. Which made keeping the flirting to myself difficult. Matt had taken my chronic foot-in-mouth disease in stride. Seemed to like how candid I was. That I didn’t tapdance around things. Especially things like his disability. I had seen first hand how thin and hard Matt’s mouth got whenever someone else did, the wall that immediately went up between Matt and the offender.
Well, another wall. My roommate was rather guarded. What little of himself he had shared were things anyone could find out with some googling. I hoped that one day Matt will discover that it’s safe to let me behind those walls of his.
Part of that was curbing the flirting. Matt never got mean or even complained about it but it was pretty obvious that it made him uncomfortable. So I was trying to avoid doing that. Even if Matt wasn’t my roommate, I’d be trying. Continuing to hit on someone who very clearly wasn’t into it wasn’t cool.
And, as previously noted, Mama Nelson hadn’t raised a caveman. If my mother didn’t kick my ass for pulling creepy shit like that, Suzie absolutely would. That the top of her head barely came up to my shoulder was irrelevant.
It was still a work in progress so sometimes the flirtiness slipped out. Usually I turned it into a joke. It helped that Matt seemed to find my dumb jokes funny. Or I distracted him with one of my many dumb questions about being blind. Not that I demanded that Matt do all the hard work of educating me on how not to be an asshole to a blind person. I had the internet. And some pretty decent Google skills. Most of it was common sense if you started thinking about it longer than two seconds.
The only thing that really surprised me about the advice was learning that apparently many people felt they had the right to grab a stranger and try to haul them off. I hadn’t quite believed it but then every single list mentioned it . . . and then I asked Matt.
***
“Hey, Matt?”
“Yeah?” He said, taking off one earbud.
“There’s something I keep seeing . . . have strangers actually grabbed your arm? And started dragging you along?”
“Yes,” he said, his voice terse. Angry. I couldn’t blame him. “And not just strangers. People seem to think that I cannot get around on my own. Which, for the record, I can.”
“Never doubted that, buddy,” I said. Suzie had broken me of that particular ableist habit - of assuming what a disabled person could or could not do - before high school. I made a mental note to get her a very special gift for Christmas this year. She had earned it.
“You ever hit anyone for it, give ‘em a good wack with your cane? Yell loudly about kidnappers?” I asked.
“Maybe,” Matt said.
“I saw that smile, buddy. You absolutely have.”
“I plead the Fifth.”
***
I shook my head and realized the time. “Hey, Matt, wanna get some dinner before hitting the books?”
“I suppose.” He didn’t sound particularly enthusiastic but I didn’t take it personally. The food on our meal plan wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. But brains needed fuel so off to the dinning hall we went.

LIAR! UNCOVER THE TRUTH ARCHIVAL HELP

Hello if you've been looking through the liar uncover the truth tags, you may have heard of some discord servers currently working on archiving Liar before it shuts down November 30th. I'm a part of those servers and I'm reaching out to tumblr to see if anyone has what we've got left
Common Reasons for Being Unable to Archive That I'm Just Gonna Get Out of the Way Rn
I can't get audio on the recordings
not a high priority
depending on your device, we can troubleshoot that/find alternatives
I don't have time to record right now
While most of it is recording, yes, we also accept screenshots especially for missing events and data file info!
I can't get the app again/the app doesn't work for me on IOS
We have an APK pinned in our discord that can allow you to play Liar! again on an emulator. We have a couple of recommendations for specific emulators in our discord!
(You will have to set up a transfer account though)
I don't have the disk space
We have multiple resources to help compress videos in our discord!
If you have no problems w/ helping with archiving after me going through that then
The following missing files/stories are categorized as follows:
Missing Data Files: we have absolutely NOTHING on these files - no cgs, no data info, no recordings of story (if applicable)
Missing Data File Stories: goes along with Missing Data Files but we are specifically missing the story recordings of these files
Missing Event Stories: events are unplayable but we'll take clips, screenshots, or short versions of these routes from data files (and if you somehow have the full thing then 👀we'll definitely will take that)
Update: we're also trying to take as many screenshots of sprites and backgrounds as we can for a project we're doing!
Under the read more, we're missing the following stuff:
(this list will be updated as time goes on so please check the most recent version of this post to see what we're missing)
November 30th update: the game has finally shut down
As the game is now officially shut down, the majority of these files cannot be recorded or obtained but if you still have screenshots or already existing recordings of these, then we'll be happy to archive them!

what are your absolute favorite robin panels from each arc/island?
This got so long that I hit the image limit, so this is part one of a five part post!
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5
Whiskey Peak
Chapter 114
This is the first time we have a clear full-body shot of Robin! She barely moves from this point on until she leaves on her turtle friend, not even raising a finger to take down the Strawhats.
Chapter 114
I like how cheeky she is here, not only stealing Luffy's hat but putting it on top of her own :)
Alabasta
Chapter 170
An absolutely iconic panel. She's just showing off her power here to mock Pell and Vivi.
Chapter: 173
I enjoy this one simply because it kinda looks like she has two weirdly long and skinny legs. Milkwalker
Chapter 200
This is just delightful. It's the first time she's laughing and smiling without being sarcastic or mocking, and it's because of Luffy's stupid "Water Luffy" move.
Chapter 217
Another iconic panel. She's just beautiful here - look at how her hair flutters in the wind. Ever since she showed up as a surprise stowaway for the second time, she's been smiling.
Chapter 218
Godddd just look at her... look at her smile...
Jaya
Chapter 219
Robin rarely performs hands-on archaeology, so this scene is very cool to see. She gets to show off her smarts, too, by figuring out how the person died and using the hole in his skull and the ship's cargo to estimate how old the ship was.
Chapter 221
After the moment where she states that her specialty is assassination, this is one of the first times she and Usopp become a comedy duo, and one of her first morbid comments after joining the crew.
Chapter 229
She's just very cute here and the reading pose is #relatable
Skypiea
Chapter 239
This is one of the first times she starts to realize what the Strawhats are all about, and when just being around them gives her a new lease on life, psychologically instead of literally being dragged away from death. She's not joining in the romp, but she's just happy to watch her new crew have fun, and I'm sure this was the beginnings of when she fell in love with them.
Chapter 253
And speaking of falling in love with the crew...
Chapter 255
Not only is this hilarious, it's a cute moment between Robin and Chopper :)
Chapter 268
This is just a nice scene. She's spent a couple hours now not only searching for the lost city, but fighting off enemies on the way and literally digging into the ground to get there. She deserves a break.
Chapter 296
Another moment of her loving her new crew, whether she wants to or not. No matter how much the Strawhats might bicker, they follow Luffy to the end.
Chapter 301
Another wonderful smile from our favorite Robin
Long Ring Long Land
Chapter 307
Very amusing to me that she somehow keeps a book in that outfit, and that she's taking the time to read it while there is a dire situation on their hands
Chapter 312
Women supporting women we love to see it
Chapter 319
This is the first time we see Robin really vulnerable in front of her crew. This whole scene is a great moment for her character, showing the normally calm and collected woman suddenly so scared she's fallen down and frozen in fear (though not literally just yet), and it does a good job setting up her character growth in W7/EL.
Chapter 320
Related to the previous one, this is another great look at Robin's character. Here she's already willing to sacrifice herself if it means everyone else will get away, just like she tries to do in Water 7, and I suspect she attacked Aokiji to goad him into focusing on her instead of Luffy and the others.
Chapter 321
Once again we're coming back to Robin and her newfound love for the crew. She's perfectly fine here, but according to the next chapter, it appeared to the rest of the crew that she recovered a little after Luffy, leaving the room after he did. I wonder what she was thinking about while resting - was she worried about the fact that she could no longer leave of her own free will, having become attached to them? Was she preparing to give herself over to the WG should Aokiji alert his comrades? Was she contemplating suicide in order to free the Strawhats from the perceived burden of having her as a crewmate?
Water 7
Chapter 323
Yes we are once more coming back to the "Robin loves the Strawhats so so much" hour. Look at her smile!
Chapter 325
The introduction of a fantastic and iconic outfit, and she's hanging out with Chopper :)
Chapter 340
This is an interesting scene. Robin is telling this to Sanji and Chopper to try to keep them away from her - she's clearly stating that she's leaving the crew, and trying to emphasize that she herself is dangerous to have around to make them stay away. But even though she loves them, it's apparent that she doesn't know them well enough yet, because this only makes them more worried about her and desperate to go after her.
Chapter 340
A continuation of the above - despite that she's trying to drive them away from her, she can't help but leave them with kind words, and thank them for everything they've done for her.
Chapter 347
She's trying so hard to play the part of the villain here, deliberately being vague with her wording to make it sound like she's sacrificing the Strawhats for her own dream when in fact it's the other way around. I'm not sure if it's because she has trouble being vulnerable with people at this point in time, or if it's because she correctly thinks that the others won't accept her actual reason.

From Chapter 359, I had to include this whole sequence because. Augh. Augh. We finally know the truth, that she loves the crew so much that even though they brought back her will to live, she's ready to die all over again just so they can keep going. She can't betray them so she can live this time - it seems like she never even considered that possibility despite doing it so many times in the past. And she just has to tell someone the truth. She might not have said anything if Iceburg hadn't accused her of being on good terms with the government, and insulted her dream. aaaaaauuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhhhhh
Chapter 370
We return to the comedy abruptly! Endlessly amusing how serious and calm she is here while Sogeking is doing goofy things with his arms for truly no reason.

Analysing lines from the Deltarune: Chapter 1 en lang file every two days until the next chapters: #67 (lines 310-312)
* If you haven't gotten it by now… * Your choices don't matter. * Let's go, freak.
<! --
"obj_schoollobbycutscene_slash_Step_0_gml_583_0": "\E0* If you haven't gotten it by now…/", "obj_schoollobbycutscene_slash_Step_0_gml_584_0": "\E2* Your choices don't matter./%", "obj_schoollobbycutscene_slash_Step_0_gml_616_0": "\E2* Let's go^1, freak./%",
-- >
"Your choices don't matter."
Often taken by fans as the game's main theme, strangely enough. Part of that is due to the fact that DELTARUNE is confirmed to only have one ending.
Q: How many endings are there? A: One. Q: Then doesn't that mean nothing I do matters? A: There's something more important than reaching the end.
It seems like Toby Fox believes the journey matters more than the destination, unless this is referring to something else. Perhaps the ㅤfriendsㅤ you made along the way.
Indeed, claiming that this means your choices do not matter at all would be quite foolish.
Another argument made by people who take Susie's line as an absolute law is the line "No one can choose who they are in this world." seen during analysis #9. However, equating those two statements does not quite make sense. One is about your choices not having enough of an influence to be able to change "things" - the world, the people around you or the situation you would happen to be in. Another is about how your identity is only yours and claims that you specifically cannot choose it.
Of course, both are said in villainous contexts* and could easily be statements the game wants to disprove.
(*The "second voice" is still too vague at the moment to really tell "what their deal is", as some would say. Some also believe it to be the same person as the first voice.)
Kris is called a "freak" by Susie a few times at the start of the first chapter. She stops doing that quite quicky. While it is obviously meant as an insult there, it might be worth noting that Toby Fox is known for jokingly referring to his fans as "freaks" or "freeaaaaaaks", seemingly a term of endearment.

20 Author Questions
Tagged by @danielleitloudernow TY!
1. How many works do you have on AO3?
Still accredited to my name? 135. Total works on AO3 that I've written (including Anon & Orphans) -- somewhere around 150?
2. What's your total AO3 word count?
1.1 MILLION!?!?!??! FUCKING WILD.
3. What fandoms do you write for?
Criminal Minds (124). But also have some Thrilling Adventure Hour (4), Grey's (3), and a few other random fandoms where I've written one thing ever.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Caged (Kudos: 635)
The Disposition of Emily Prentiss (Kudos: 511)
I Won't Give Up (Kudos: 441)
A Series of Unfortunate Events (Kudos: 359)
i can't be wrong (to be craving you) (Kudos: 312) OMG I had no idea this fic had that many?!?!!
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I respond to every single comment I get!! Since I can't actually reach through the screen and hug every reader who leaves a comment, a reply is all I have!
6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Hmmm, Angstiest ending specifically? I would say 'The Five Horsemen of the Silent Chasm'. (Ends in major character death)
Angstiest overall fic? DEF, DEF, DEF my Jemily saga -- i can't be wrong (to be craving you)
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
I've written so much tooth-rotting fluff tbrh. Some cute shit that comes to mind:
Quiet Love (Jara Wedding Fluff!)
Always You (Temily proposal)
I Know a Place (Jara)
8. Do you get hate on fics?
I get entitled comments sometimes. To which I always reply, because I think it's important for other readers to see how not to behave in a comment section. This recent interaction comes to mind:
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
OF COURSE I DO!!! Lately, I have been writing a lot of smut because menopause has turned me into a 24/7 horny gay. All my fics are Femslash and I also write F/F/F threesomes because I have multiple OT3s 😇
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?
I have written crossovers in the past! Two of my favourites are a TAH x Addams Family one : Beyond Belief: When Family Calls and a CM x Community crossover where Emily and Frankie Dart are estranged twins: Words Left Unsaid
11. Have you ever had a fiction stolen?
Not so much stolen, as I've seen parts of my own personal fanon lore being used in other fics sometimes. Which I find endearing. Me and @otahkoapisiakii have so many Jemily HCs that we often share the same background details in our fics and then, sometimes, readers see these things and mistakenly think they're canon.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Yep! I've had a few fics translated into other languages. I think one was translated to Polish and another to Mandarin. Also, I think there's one in German somewhere too.
I LOVE when people ask to translate my works! It's such an honour.
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
TONS. I think me and @otahkoapisiakii (Phoenix_falls on AO3) have about 6 or 7 we wrote together.
14. What's your all-time favorite ship?
That's an impossible question. My longest loved OTP will always be MSR. My most written OTP is JJ/Emily. My current favourite ships are JJ/Tara & Tara/Rebecca.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
When I retired from writing in 2015, I left behind a WIP (To Catch an Unsub). When I came back last year, I vowed to try and finish it. I re-wrote a lot of what had already been posted and managed a new chapter even -- but after nearly eight years, my writing style now is far different than when I started out in 2015. So I tied up the cliff-hanger and marked it as complete, because I know my heart isn't in it to continue that one.
16. What are your writing strengths?
I have a really good understanding of the characters, I know what makes them tick, their motives, their insecurities and I think that makes them feel more authentic in my works.
I'm also a very fast writer. Both physically (my typing speed is absurd), but also just being able to bang out 10k in a day when I have an idea.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
NUMBERS AND SELF-IMPOSED RULES! I used to have this thing (I still struggle with it, but less so now) where I'd be like 'Every one-shot or chapter can't be more than 4k words'. Or if it's a multi-chap fic it has to be at least x amount of words minimum.
When I started writing completely for myself, those rules stopped holding me back. Now, I write until I'm done writing. Thus why Fooled Around (and Fell in Love) - Part 3 is going to be around 200k long when it's done.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
If I use another language, it's usually French because I at least speak a bit of it and don't have to use Google translate or other horrible tools that butcher nuance.
I have a Spanish speaking character in Part 3 and that made me really have to dig out my limited Spanish speaking skills for her scenes. Which are probably grating to fluent speakers (apologies!)
I think the best thing you can do if you want to use a language you don't speak is to talk to people who do speak it. It helps make the dialogue more genuine.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Bones! During the WGA 2007 strike, I decided to fill the gap of TV hiatus with my own story. I wrote 'She Was My First' (Angela/Brennan) and posted it to LiveJournal (where I was in tons of Bones groups).
Since then, I ported it to AO3 around 2014. And now, it's the most read Angela/Brennan fic on there.
Fun Fact: Someone randomly leaving a comment on this fic last year was the reason I came back to writing!!
20. Favorite fic you've ever written?
I get this question a lot and I think my answer always changes because I love different fics for different reasons. So here are some of my top ones:
Fic I Love Everything About: Fooled Around (and Fell in Love) (Series)
Fics I Consider to be My Most Important: Head Full of Doubt & Journey Through the Silent Chasm (Series)
Fic I'm Most Proud of Writing: i can't be wrong (to be craving you)
My Comfort Fic (the one I re-read the most): Between You & Me
TAG YOU'RE IT: (no pressure!) @storiesofsvu || @gaelic-symphony || @ellegreenawayslover || @tedwinisconfused || @jenny-from-the-bau || @unitchiefs-blackbirdphoenix
