So I understand people saying that ROFT retconned Miles' court behavior regarding forged evidence, but I think it might not have. He still says several times he'd do anything to get the win, just not forge evidence. This still leaves:

Paying someone off for an updated autopsy report (1-2)

Witness coaching (1-2, 1-3)

Witness intimidation (not shown but could have been part of his witness coaching)

Technically, the updated autopsy report was from having someone redo the autopsy, which is legal. You can have a private autopsy done and counter the original results with its findings - if he happened to pay them a substantial amount of money... well that's not quite evidence tampering (from his potential pov).

Witness coaching is just preparing the witness. Witnesses are foolish after all, he just needs to make sure they don't act on their stupidity and manage to aquit the defendant with their foolishness (from his pov)

This all also makes sense because we only ever see Franziska engage in witness coaching, not falsifying or tampering with evidence. The only one we see directly and intentionally engage in evidence tampering was Von Karma. Its very possible that his kids don't (willfully) engage in that particular behavior.

Remember, they are to run a perfect trial with the perfect evidence. Evidence which is falsified is not perfect, and if they cannot prove the defendant guilty with the evidence available to them, then they are imperfect. I think it slots in very well with what we're shown.
