Homemade Pine-Sol

I used leftover pine from Christmas to make a natural cleaner.

While boiling water, I stuffed each glass jar with pine needles. Once the water was ready, I filled each jar about 3/4 full, and then added vinegar to top it off. Both white vinegar and apple cider vinegar will work!

Let the jars sit for two weeks, then fill a reusable spray bottle.

uhh thinking about maream to recover from The Angst.

blaze tells marine about this rabbit girl she met in sonic's dimension. she says something about how they would get along, but all marine hears is that there's another kid who thinks she's good enough to be best friends with the princess. not on her watch!

what no she's not jealous she just wants to... make sure this rabbit knows who blaze's real best friend is! that's all.

anyways, marine agrees to go on a "playdate" with little miss bunny lass, grumbling the whole way. she's loudly complaining, even as they walk up to ms. rabbit's cozy-looking house, but all the words die in her mouth as she sees the prettiest girl in the world open the door.

she calls out to her mother, the cutest of smiles on her face, and marine can barely say a polite "hello" to vanilla, utterly transfixed. blaze and vanilla exchange a look, knowing exactly what's going on in marine's head.

cream takes marine's hand in hers, practically dragging her inside. she's so excited! she's never had a playdate with a girl before! only with charmy or tails, and those two are... well, it's not like they're bad! it's just that charmy doesn't like her "girly" toys, and tails tends to do his own thing most of the time. and marine was blaze's friend, so surely they'd get along!

surprisingly, marine behaves herself throughout the whole playdate. she didn't even threaten cream once, like she had planned! well. that doesn't mean she likes her or anything. she was just... caught off guard by how chipper she was! yeah, that's it. next time, she'll make sure cream knows that blaze is her best friend.

but then the next playdate comes around. and then another, and then another, and then suddenly blaze is asking her if she wants to have a sleepover with cream and she barely breathes before saying yes.

and so here she is. laying on an inflatable mattress next to cream's bed. having never once saying anything about her and blaze. and she's... nervous? excited? she couldn't tell. but her heart was beating so fast, it felt like it was going to burst out of her chest.

this was all cream's fault! why did she have to be so nice, so friendly? it was infuriating!

with a huff, she stood up from her mattress, standing next to cream's bed, and...

wait. what was she even going to do?

...dang it. cream looked so peaceful, so carefree, her fluffy blanket wrapped around her, cheese resting right next to her. how could marine ever hate her?

with a sigh, she laid back down, shutting her eyes tightly to try and go to sleep. she ignored the insistent thumping of her heart, the way her tail wagged when she thought of cream, the way even the thought of her smile was infectious. marine was supposed to be better than this! she couldn't let this rabbit affect her so much. even if she was pretty.

cream's eyes snapped wide open as marine laid down, doing her best to keep her breathing slow and even, pretending to be asleep. this was such a bad idea! why did she invite the raccoon over for a sleepover!? playdates were fine, she knew marine would have to leave eventually, so she could ignore the weird feelings. but this? how could she ever go to sleep, knowing that marine was right there!?

eventually, the two fell asleep, battling their own unfamiliar feelings for the other. blaze picked up a sleepy and cranky (when she got out of range from cream) marine, and vanilla dealt with a tired cream. blaze and vanilla exchange another look, silently agreeing to continue this. they would figure it out eventually. maybe.
