Ou, como nós chamamos: o Lê

O Lê tem a mimosa mais bonita de São Paulo — Ção Paulo, se você faz parte da piada —, e ao mesmo tempo também tem a pior mimosa da cidade. 

A Boate chegou a conclusão de que o problema tá na proporção laranja-espumante: a parte da laranja é um gelo, que simplesmente não derrete a tempo de ter o ratio correto de suco de laranja e espumante. Então ou você bebe espumante puro, ou você demora 1 hora e meia pra beber uma (1) unidade de mimosa.

Era outubro e tava muito frio na parte externa, mas também não tinha muito o que fazer sobre isso. Se não tivesse frio talvez a Blue não tivesse pedido brownie com sorvete e um mocha pra acompanhar.

Mas de todos, um dos melhores em relação à comida, e meio que já tivemos outras 4 edições.

Mesa: 3 mimosas

Nicolas: Pão de queijo + breakfast sandwich no muffin inglês, e um éclair de sobremesa 

Acho que o único ponto negativo foi o eclair. Visualmente horroroso. Ninguém lembra do gosto, mas pela tradição do Le Jazz, com certeza tava gostoso.

Talks: Ovos beneditinos com salmão e molho hollandaise, e um cinnamon roll.

Os ovos beneditinos estavam deliciosos como sempre, não tem muito onde errar pedindo um clássico no Lê. O cinnamon roll estava muito seco e eu estava passando por pragas do egito além da imaginação do leitor nesse dia, não terminei.

Blue: Danish de espinafre com queijo de cabra, e um brownie com sorvete de sobremesa com um mocha pra acompanhar.

O danish era pequeno, mas nem por isso me deixou menos satisfeita. O espinafre e o cogumelo estavam uma delícia, faltou um pouco de sal e chegou meio frio, mas num geral achei muito gostoso e o segundo melhor brunch to date.

I looked out the window and thought to myself, “I've gotta take a pic.” Unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure of getting up close and personal with the Torre Crawford Tower in Calabria, Italy, but it’s the first thing I plan on doing on my next trip to Italy. This tower was originally built for coastal defense and is named after the writer Francis Marion Crawford who once owned the place and lived there to get away from the modernity of the 19th century and focus on his writing. However, before he settled down at this tower described by his sister as “inconveniently isolated,” Francis was a world traveler and learned several languages.

my grandmother's house (it sounds weird ik, but most of my best memories are here and it's like my favorite place to be)

San Antonio, Texas (dope place to walk around)

Rockport, Texas (went here once and had a blast)

Corpus Christi, Texas (why i went to rockport - the USS Lexington is here and FUCK it's the coolest aircraft carrier to tour)

Do Not Disturb Spa: Luxe Recovery

After my Lagree class today, I visited Do Not Disturb Spa in Atlanta, and it was everything I needed. The space was stunning—calm, modern, and totally luxe. I did the 25-minute cold plunge and sauna session, and my muscles were beyond grateful.

The cold plunge was intense but refreshing, and the sauna melted away all the tension. By the end, my body felt amazing, like I hit a full reset. If you’re in Atlanta, this spot is a must-visit for some serious self-care!
