meinnnn gott i was like boy this song can't be 8 & a half minutes....well the first 6 minutes of the video are phyllidia krampington loosing george salazar the krampus on everyone & their asshole (here her cousin, b/c although i swear on my life i have seen [phyllidia seducing the krampus via baby it's cold outside] photos, in this 2018 show that sequence is definitely about her trying to fuck melvin cooterstein in the ass. (note that she mentions the xmas villain's long-lost daughter harriet, as the [why are you so evil? / i don't kneauuraeaough....but it definitely doesn't have anything to do with xyz] but no long-lost presumed dead spouse, who would've been already mentioned in the 2019 show at this point though that's no incontrovertible evidence it's not relevant in this show. & my hypothesis is that if melvin is a long-lost anyone, phyllidia would be His long-lost daughter. but 50/50 could go either way! a beautiful relationship ft. the convenience of all these colonoscopies he keeps scheduling)) and then we meet the fancy tree! and don't get around to singing until phyllidia's exit & the krampus's partial sendoff to go feel better having some snacks (i.e., mingle & meander)

my mom has been cooking a lot the past few days i've been eating so well for the first time in ages. yet again i'm reminded one of the key pillars of happiness is tasty nutritious food ~____~ v happy

Second attempt at homemade, air-fried plaintain chips and these cooked beautifully!

Actually i could have cooked them sightly longer to ensure they were all crispy since some came out still a little soft. But i didnt mind bc it was rlly good.

The plantains (or what I think I bought) tasted almost like a root? Very reminescent of a potato chip since I only used oil and a tad bit of salt.

I tried to sprinkle some brown sugar on the surface of them but that didnt rlly work since it didnt stick. Only 1 or 2 chips came out sweet with my failed technique lol. But thats ok! Even though my sweet tooth was wanting (and I mainly cooked these to satiate the craving), they rlly didnt need to be extra sweet, esp not like store bought.

The things I did right this time (to remember for later)

Greased (and lightly salted) the baking tray

Lightly greased the plaintains themselves in a mixing bowl

Baked one side for around 10 mins on 375; fliped them then baked on another side for around 10-7 mins

Things I'll improve for the next time:

Ill experiment using the basket that came with this air fryer so I can just literally flip them in the container instead of flipping them one by one on the baking tray (the basket is still p greasy and stained from the previous owner so i gotta figure out how to remove all of that).

Either cook both sides around 5 mins longer or cut the plantain a bit thinner (tho i think the former is best since the more thin slices cooked early

If I want more sweet chips, ill prolly melt the sugar into a sauce and drizzle it on the cooked plaintains in a mixing bowl. Initially i thought adding the sugar either in the grease on ontop of the plaintains while they cooked would suffice, but i quickly abandoned that idea when i realized the sugar would prolly just burn rlly bad and make thepan rlly hard to clean lol.

Im def buying plaintains more often to make this! This was just a very small snack batch from 1 large plantain. Once i perfect the cooking techniques and instructions, i wanna make larger batches for later and to share with friends, family, and my coworkers. :-)
