Plural people with an anxiety disorder call that nervous system

Note
non disorder systems aren’t going into cdd spaces. We have shared spaces. Also we’re going to use the terms that describe our experience. We’re systems, and we have alters.
(EXTREMELY LOUD INCORRECT BUZZER)
Try again, mate. You and your ntg buddies are ableist. If you can't handle being labeled as that, don't label yourselves as something you're not.
You are not systems, you do not have alters because those are medical terms used to describe disorders caused by trauma. Which you claim you don't have.
You ARE invading our spaces, otherwise we wouldn't have to deal with the headache of seeing your uneducated, toxic-positivity, misinformation bullshit. We never consented to shared spaces!!!! You just keep coming back!!!
But unfortunately for all of us, you lot can't have the common sense and decency to respect the boundaries of literal trauma survivors, so yeah.
"We're going to use the terms that describe our experience" I'm going to dislocate your wrist when I say this; make new fucking terms! Literally no would would care if you used non-medical terms as long as you stayed in your own spaces and didn't constantly imply that your experiences and ours are the same.

how many new logical relation anons have you gotten since posting that 31 minutes ago?
None! I know over the past couple days I've gotten a few, but a lot of the time I can't blame them, especially since I don't see many of them after I assert that it doesn't seem to be that way.
Like, the way they spoke in the message was from a perspective of "hey, I don't mean any intrusion here, but the way you describe things make it seem like a possibility" and, again, being plural isn't something that is super common. In fact, I know multiple people have come to me with resources! It tells me that they're approaching this as more "hey! wanna make sure your blind spots are covered" and less "this is what you are, and i cant wait to see when you finally learn it", which is what bothered me about the egg jokes

Introject-heavy system culture is “I bet if we draw our own system art and post them online, it’ll look like weird fanart in the eyes of people who only know our sources lmao”

My question isn't "how chill are your parents?" It is infact "what kind of chill are your parents?"
Example:
My parents let me get whatever haircut, watch whatever shows, listen to any music, have any hobbies, and discuss any kind of career...
BUT the idea that their perfect, amazing, totally not traumatized (thanks bio father) child could ever be disabled, neurodivergent, mentally ill, etc. NO WAY IN HELL! HOW DARE YOU EVEN THINK THAT! YOU'RE PERFECTLY NORMAL! NEVER TALK TO ME ABOUT THAT AGAIN OR YOU'RE GROUNDED! DO YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO IN PATIENT?!
(Yes, they've actually threatened me with this)

it is genuinely the funniest fucking shit when a sysmed comes onto OUR posts, fakeclaiming us, being a giant piece of shit, and then we reply with literal PARAGRAPHS of proof that endogenic plurality is real, and then they block us 💀💀 like aww, did da wittle swysmwed weawize tat they hav no pwoof ?? awwwww 🥺🥺🥺
[plain text : aww, did the little sysmed realize that they have no proof ?? awwwww 🥺🥺]
like im sorry do NOT be commenting on our posts if you dont wanna catch these hands (and by hands, we mean peer reviewed, published papers about non disordered plurality from respected doctors that specialize in dissociation, OSDDID, and trauma)
so uhhh,,,, if you wanna get a sysmed to leave you alone, just tell them about dr. eric yarbrough, or dr's nijenhuis and van der hart, or the ICD-11, or the DSM-V-TR, or dr richard loewenstein, or a paper published by zarah eve, kim heyes, and sarah party called "Conceptualizing multiplicity spectrum experiences: A systematic review and thematic synthesis" ( https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/cpp.2910 ) or the acedemic article dating all the way back to 1991 that talks about non-disordered plurality (ross. 1991), or like. just reference the lived experiences of hundreds of people and ask them why they think their opinion is more valid then peoples lived experiences
if anyone wants us to make a post compiling all the sources we can find that prove endogenic plurality exists just let us know and we'll try !!! it'll definitely take us a while though lol

Started thinking about how Dick lost the two most important people in his life at the age of 8 and since then death has never left him. It's just so heartbreaking because it will never stop affecting him. He can't stop caring, he can't possibly stop loving the people who enter his life no matter how high the chances he'll lose them too are. He could lose his whole family, all his friends ('s been close both, even if some eventually came back) and yet he would never stop welcoming people in his life because his heart is just so big and he has so much love to give.

hello, system community!
i’m trying to find information/hear personal experiences of systemhood from others, if any of you would be so kind as to help me!
particularly, i would like to hear from those who identify as endogenic or otherwise non-trauma formed systems. of course, i would love to hear from trauma-formed systems as well! it’s just that i am one, and so that’s the community i have been most involved with & heard from already.
feel free to DM me anonymously if you don’t want to share publicly. i won’t post anything. my aim is to hear from others so that i can form my own opinions, figure out the right direction to go for independent research, and to simply understand others more.
thank you very much in advance, and i hope you all are having a wonderful day 💙
(please be mindful & respectful with what is said if you reply publicly. i am looking for open discussion, not arguments or hate.)

okay. this is going to sound like i'm insane but Brook, literally Brook from One Piece, is helping me with my psychosis.
so i have multiple psychosis monsters. sometimes they just stand there menacingly, sometimes i can hear or feel them moving, but i know their presence. one of them is this ridiculously tall thing, he's extremely skinny that it looks like he's a skeleton. literally.
lately i've been trying to think about how to make myself feel more at ease despite the psychosis. and i just realized. i can just think ahout them as other things.
now whenever i feel this fella's presence i think of him as Brook and i suddenly feel safe. i can hear the 'YOHOHOHOHO' there. like he's protecting me from the rest
Tumblr media
thank you silly skeleton man. i am safe from the monsters

sometimes pro endos and anti endos should just. chill. interact. don't limit yourself to only interacting with people with morals that are 100% the same as yours. everyone's all "no one is perfect" until the imperfection is that they don't agree with you on something. like no actually flaws aren't just skills people aren't good at, they're also moral things
tl;dr just chatting with people who disagree with you is ok and not everything is about syscourse
