Hello! :)

This is a production of two of my special instrest suddenly getting a common ground in the weird place that is called my mind. So this is;

F1 Drivers as Horse (breeds) (Part 1)

(This is all my own interpretion, please be kind :) It's just for fun)

Max Verstappen

A horse that comes from a troubled background, now with owners that take proper care of him and one of the most successful show jumpers ever :) that’s what I imagine when I think about Max as a horse. And then a KWPN most likely :)

Charles Leclerc

The definition of the ‘different’ horse. Warmblood beauty that everyone in your barn wants with the most unusual coat ever. Comes from one of the best breeders, etc, etc, etc. A lot of warmblood breeds are the same, so pick whatever you like. Likely to compete in eventing, which is dressage, show jumping and cross country because I imagine he looks beautiful but loves hard and tough work.

Lewis Hamilton

Successful racing horse. English Thoroughbred. One of the best racing horses to have ever raced. Close to the likes of Seabiscuit and the others.

Daniel Ricciardo

Our loveable goofball. I know that personality changes per horse, but I just imagine him as a cheery, rescued Brumby horse from the depths of Australia that just loves life and thinks everything is a game but also loves to learn new things.

Nico Hulkenberg

Okay, this is a bit of a stretch~ Butttttt, recently I’ve been seeing some Friesian x Missouri (Fox) Trotter crosses and that’s all I can think about when I think about Nico as a horse :) Definitely a cheeky little bugger that loves to work and play!

Valtteri Bottas

A small, chubby, calm pony/horse with the fullest mane ever that is the fattest in the trotting categories! I imagine a Finnish Horse- Trotter type :)

Logan Sargeant

WTF IS A KILOMETRE> no but seriously, America has a lot of gorgeous breeds and for Logan I imagine an Appaloosa, because they are hard working and honest horses and I just can’t picture him as an quarter :0

Lando Norris

For Lando I imagine this gorgeous, bit smaller yet elegant pony that trots through the arena with pricked ears and a raised tail. Y’know, a bit younger as well, just getting into actual work and just loving it. It just happens that the Welsh Pony – Section B is also from England!

Fernando Alonso

An old hand in the trade. A gorgeous Andalusian/PRE stallion with the longest mane that’s like 17 years old and still competing at top levels with various riders :)

Pierre Gasly & Esteban Ocon

Sorry I had to do these two together because I just had this vivid image of two lovely Norman Cob stallions that are like half-brothers and grew up at the same estate and ended up becoming each other biggest competitors both in competition and in terms of breeding >.<

Lmao yeah I thought of mob!Daniel looking at 18 like he does in Eight is Enough since he really was 18 there…but he looks so young that I wonder if the Don ever thought Terry was into kids considering Daniel at 18 looks like 12 lmao. Who is this creep that wants my son?? Haha.

I wonder what people thought of Terry walking around with such a young looking spouse hahahaha. Poor Terry, people may have thought him a cradle robber. Or worse: a p*do.

What’s worse is that Terry at 28 looks mature and a little older haha. Poor Daniel. Such a precious little thing.

Terry looks quite young given that he is supposed to be in his mid thirties during the third film! And Daniel looks slightly, and I mean slightly, older than Ralph. But oh yes, you can see he is very young. I mean, he was "out", so like about 18 and just about looking it, but the whole courting and marriage thing can easily take a year or two even with the youngest ones so yeah. Terry bagged him as young as is even allowed, making the Alphas green with envy and the betas and omegas huff and scoff. But what are they gonna do, huh? And in macho Alpha culture Daniel is a huge, huge status symbol. A teenage omega! For a man like him! Remember, Terry thought that an omega - at least one that was not somehow forced into sex work and therefore traumatised up to their eyeballs - was completely unattainable. (And with him being almost universally attracted to boys, while wanting a huge family, this is a problem). So the combination of his Danny's age and his genders, and those looks - both the Don and Terry knew a prize when they saw one. The Don was not like, "You want my son, wtf, weirdo!" He was like: "You want war? I think you want this beauty more than that." He put his son on display like a show pony! There's a reason why Daniel was so pissed off in their first meeting! But the Don knew who Terry was, knew that he must have been looking to mate for some time and somehow hadn't, and knew he couldn't win a second war without great sacrifice even if he could beat Silver. He would have never considered marrying Daniele off to someone like him but fuck if that Silver doesn't have a nose for opportunities. OK then. Marriage it is. Silver was not going to get another chance like this anytime soon, either.

First time it watched this, I forgot about the red paint and thought it was blood.

Summary:

That episode was so good. I wasn’t that excited for it but Sasha slowly losing her sanity, Tabii being the best Flower Scout, the not-so-subtle allegory for Instagram influencers, Vera and The Cute Waitress’ return, and a lil bit of Dadvid in there sold me on it. I was wrong about the horror elements, though. This might be up there with my favourite episodes for this season.

Brief Analysis:

The episode pretty quickly makes its message clear, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. It was definitely an interesting topic for the show to cover! I genuinely don’t like Ainsley. Ainsley right from the get go reeks of falsehood, suggesting dieting methods that will starve someone and constantly flaunting her good deeds, but someone who might not be as aware will perceive her as genuine. It creates the question of whether or not you’re a good person if your good actions are full of selfish intent. Notice the constant mention of the in-canon Instagram. All the good deeds she does are broadcasted, but isn’t able to act when things are negative, as she can’t spin that to help herself. We can compare this to David, who knows that the world is bad but tries to change that, simply because if he refuses to, who else is there? Unlike Ainsley, he doesn’t try to paint the world as better than it is, he actively defies it, but is also able to acknowledge the bad (“pretending like things are okay when they’re not doesn’t help anything”) .

I’m currently working on something involving Max and body language, since I noticed a couple of differences from season 1 to four that I thought were interesting.
