tonix what do you think about today’s instagram post from an observer?? it’s from a picture of Louis and Zayn at the Heathrow airport, march 2015. this feels like a big step but i don’t really know in what type of direction?? do you have any guesses?

I'm in a weird mood these last few days! I'm mad a lot and it has something to do with people telling me (or us) we're not allowed to enjoy or shouldn't interact with The Observers accounts and I really really hate the absolute audacity from some people in this fandom to tell others what they can and can not do or say.

Aren't we allowed to have some harmless fun? And don't come for me - It's harmless fun. It's not reflecting bad on larries at all! Even if it's a scammer the person just gives us riddles and cryptic tweets, let's us dive into queer history and all. It's not like heszh (and others) it's thought out, it's well made and enjoyable. But if we're going to police each other as larries I am also allowed to say that I think it's reflecting more badly on us to post the wildest reaches and takes onto the TL or seeking fights with antis on a daily basis, literally begging to interact with us Larries.

But what do I do? I scroll, mute, or block (you could even block the word 'Observer' if you think it's necessary). But that's not possible for some. Why do we have to fight inside our fandom about such stuff?

The hypocrisy and double standards of some people (on twitter especially)....they really get so nasty if something doesn't fit their beliefs & narrative they think is true.

I am gullible or naive because I think there could be a possibility that H&L could have secret accounts for interacting and having fun with Larries?

THAT'S REALLY SO RIDICULOUS! THEY WOULD NEVER EVER DO THAT! HOW COULD ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND THINK THIS COULD BE MORE THAN A SCAM?!

I think it's not at all naive, that they may come to do that again because I feel like IF maybe the bbg narrative REALLY changes & results into ending this shit show finally - wouldn't that be a perfect time to start RBB 2.0? To help the fandom and maybe even distract us from the shit show that has to happen in order to get rid of bbg?

I'm okay with being sceptical and not wanting to get your hopes up - but I will stay optimistic, because I think we as a fandom need optimism. 🕯️🤞🏻🙏🏻
