“The key to victory is mastering modern tech, emphasizing unmanned vehicles for real-time intelligence and precision strikes.” ~ Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi 🇺🇦💙💛🇺🇦
#Repost @weareukraine.info with @use.repost . . . Ukraine’s Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, has highlighted the changing face of warfare in a @cnn article published on Jan. 31, 2024. Zaluzhnyi stressed the uniqueness of each war, shaped by tech progress, politics, and economics. Challenges for Ukraine, according to him, include diminished ally support, depleted stocks, and potential distractions of international attention from Ukraine by Russia. The key to victory, Zaluzhnyi said, is mastering modern tech, emphasizing unmanned vehicles for real-time intelligence and precision strikes. In conclusion, he stated that the main priorities for 2024 include establishing a system for high-tech asset provision to the armed forces, introducing a new philosophy for training and warfare that accommodates asset limitations, and rapidly mastering emerging combat capabilities.

✈️ The B-2 Spirit: America’s Ghost in the Sky | Stealth Power Behind Operation Midnight Hammer
posted by: @rtanjirr | #b2spirit #stealthbomber #operationmidnighthammer #usairforce #aviation #militarytech
“You won’t see it coming—and that’s the point.”
Meet the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit, aka the B-2 Stealth Bomber—a flying shadow that’s shaped the modern era of strategic airpower. Built for missions where failure is not an option, the B-2 is the aircraft behind some of the most precise and high-stakes bombing runs in U.S. history—including the recent June 2025 strikes on Iranian nuclear sites in Operation Midnight Hammer.
Here’s what makes the B-2 a legend in the sky:
🔍 Quick Overview
• Role: Strategic heavy bomber, capable of deep penetration into hostile airspace to deliver either conventional or nuclear payloads.
• Design: A flying wing—no tail, ultra-smooth curves, radar-absorbent materials. It’s built to disappear on radar. Literally.
• Stealth: Ultra-low radar cross-section, minimal infrared signature, and almost no electronic emissions. It’s the closest thing we have to an airborne ghost.
📐 Specifications
• Crew: 2 (Pilot + Mission Commander)
• Wingspan: 172 feet (52.4 m)
• Length: 69 feet (21 m)
• Speed: High subsonic (~Mach 0.95 / 630 mph / 1,010 km/h)
• Range: ~6,900 miles (11,100 km) unrefueled – refuel mid-air to go global
• Ceiling: 50,000 feet (15,240 m)
• Payload: Up to 40,000 lbs (~18,144 kg):
• Precision-guided bombs (e.g., JDAMs)
• GBU-57 MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator, used in Iran 2025 strikes)
• Nuclear bombs (B61, B83)
🕰️ Operational History
• First Flight: 1989
• In Service Since: 1997
• Combat Use:
• Kosovo (1999)
• Afghanistan (2001)
• Iraq (2003)
• Libya (2011)
• Iran (2025) — Used in Operation Midnight Hammer to strike Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear sites.
💵 Price Tag?
Roughly $2.1 billion per aircraft (1990s dollars, including R&D). Only 21 were ever built, with 20 still operational.
They’re based at Whiteman AFB, Missouri—America’s stealth nerve center.
🧬 What’s Next?
The B-2 will soon be joined by its stealthier, smarter sibling: the B-21 Raider. But for now, the Spirit is still the go-to when the U.S. wants to strike with precision and complete surprise.
🌍 Why It Matters Now
In June 2025, B-2s flew undetected deep into Iranian airspace to deliver bunker-busters on high-value nuclear facilities—proving once again that stealth and reach still define 21st-century power projection.

AUC3I - Daily Briefing 06-17-2025 On the WAR in Ukraine
Understanding The War In Europe _ Analyzing the situation on the ground with by way of an introduction, 3 points, and a conclusion #militaryoperations #modernwarfare #blackops
"Combat Briefing Number 1212 Summary: Special Military Operation – June 17, 2025" "Prepared by: Analyst Briefing Cell | Featuring insights from Col. A.C. Oguntoye"
"Operational Overview"
On June 17, 2025, the Russian Armed Forces executed a coordinated strike involving precision air, land, sea-based weaponry, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) against Ukrainian military-industrial infrastructure located in the Kiev and Zaporizhzhia regions. All targets were reportedly destroyed, reflecting continued emphasis on degrading Ukraine’s military production and logistics capabilities.
"Northern and Western Sectors"
In the "North", Russian forces penetrated defensive lines in Sumy and Kharkiv Oblasts, engaging Ukrainian mechanized and airborne assault brigades. The fighting resulted in over 145 Ukrainian casualties, with several armored vehicles, artillery pieces, and logistical warehouses destroyed.
Simultaneously, in the "West", Russian units improved tactical positions in the Kharkov-Donetsk axis, inflicting approximately 210 Ukrainian casualties and eliminating several combat vehicles. Ammunition depots were also neutralized, suggesting a targeting pattern focused on sustained attrition.
"Southern and Central Axes"
The "Southern group" achieved new tactical gains in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), battling a composite Ukrainian force of mechanized, motorized infantry, and elite brigades. Russian estimates indicate over 275 enemy losses and multiple Western-supplied vehicles destroyed, including two M113 APCs.
In the "Center", intense fighting led to Russian forces defeating elite formations including the Azov special forces brigade. The toll exceeded 530 Ukrainian casualties. These engagements reflect a Russian effort to break Ukrainian coherence along the central front and isolate key strongholds like Krasnoarmeysk and Novonikolayevka.
"Eastern and Dnepr Fronts"
In the "East", continued Russian advances targeted Ukrainian mechanized and marine brigades across Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia. Ukrainian forces suffered over 210 casualties and lost critical electronic warfare assets.
The "Dnepr group", operating in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, engaged Ukrainian mountain assault and coastal defense brigades. Russian reports indicate up to 60 Ukrainian casualties, alongside the destruction of EW stations, military equipment, and ammunition depots.
"Strategic Strike and Air Defense Results"
Precision strikes by operational-tactical aviation, missile troops, and UAVs hit 142 distinct Ukrainian military nodes, including temporary deployment areas and logistics hubs.
Russian air defenses intercepted 5 U.S.-origin JDAM bombs and a significant wave of 233 Ukrainian UAVs—203 of which were intercepted "outside" the active combat zone, suggesting a proactive layered air defense strategy. " "Operational Implications and Analysis"
The June 17 briefing underscores a Russian operational doctrine focused on cumulative degradation—targeting Ukrainian force structure, logistics, and defensive cohesion simultaneously across multiple fronts. Notably, the destruction of NATO-supplied vehicles and electronics suggests a priority on countering Western support.
This multi-domain strategy—combining deep strike, maneuver warfare, and layered air defense—appears designed to wear down Ukrainian resilience ahead of potential strategic offensives. However, sustained operations at this tempo imply high logistical demand, especially on precision-guided munitions, air defense interceptors, and ISR support.

NEWS ALERT: Staff Sgt. Richard Hunter, a #SpecialTactics combat controller, will be awarded the Air Force Cross for his actions during a fierce 2016 engagement in Kunduz Province, Afghanistan. Hunter was ambushed while embedded with an Army Special Forces team and their Afghan partners. He coordinated close air support strikes, deconflicted airspace, and maximized fire support from overhead gunships. In the middle of the chaos, Hunter led a fire team back into the kill zone to recover a wounded teammate. He directed airstrikes with a radio in one hand while dragging the rescued team member 30 meters to safety with his other hand. In all, Hunter controlled 31 AC-130 and AH-64 danger close engagments that eliminated 27 enemy forces while saving his team, with the closest #PrecisionStrike nine feet away.
