Well, that makes sense. Homestuck is a marvel of storytelling and world building; the endeavors of one guy with an insane vision. It’s incredibly unique, but it’s uniqueness keeps it from being viable mainstream. A lot of those animators and comic artists were just the right people to have an interest in Hussie’s brand of storytelling.

Though, it’s funny to think what the world would be like if Homestuck and the Simpsons trades places. Karkat being featured in butterfingers ads...
