Most of you don't realize the limits of creating pjsk ocs are literally just "Hatsune Miku has bestowed you with a world from your feelings. Enjoy." So, I've come here once again to remind you guys to be creative.

Here are some parameters I rarely see being played around with while creating pjsk ocs:

Age: project sekai was created for a younger audience. However, characters in project sekai are a representation of the music producers (as in they create songs for Virtual Singers to sing), and a composer can be any age desired. This is not a limitation.

Character nationalities: yes, it would make the most sense for your setting to be Japan. However, seeing as vocaloid are international idols, that is not a limitation. 99% of those that read this have listened to vocaloid, only 1% if not less are Japanese. This is not a limitation.

Speciality: a common misconception is that, in order for Miku to become interested in you, you have to be a singer/composer. This makes sense, but had been proven wrong by canon itself: Rui is a director, Ena is an artist, Mizuki is a capcut editor. Heck, it's never even specified anyone outside of Nene sing in wxs. This is not a limitation.

People per unit: FOUR IS NOT A LIMITATION. PLEASE. If you're a perfectionist, you might want to have your card sets make sense, but I've seen people figure it out with groups of 3 or even 6. This is not a limitation.

I'm so tired of you guys saying it's not possible for an Urdu 70 year old lady to discover Hatsune Miku and go "oh! I like this :)" and then wake up in a parallel pocket dimension with a Japanese man pretending to be a cowboy, a Samoan Mozart-in-the-making twelve year old and Kagamine Rin.

It IS possible and if it's not, it would be FUN AS HELL, and that is PRIORITY.

Fuck shit up. Go crazy. Cringe is dead and you'll be too in a few years. Carpe diem til it kills you.

We don't know what a Sekai is, and we don't know what a fragment is. How are songs made? We don't KNOW! And even if you would like to abide by the pjsk worldbuilding rules, there's still so much you can play around with!

And don't even get me started on what you can do with SEKAI!! It's a world created from your feelings, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, especially because we don't know ANYTHING about them!

By the rules we're given in pjsk, Sekai could solve world hunger. By the rules we're given in pjsk, you can technically bring an unlimited amount of cats into your world. And if you take in the Miku Lore about her being from the future, A TIME TRAVELING SEKAI IS SOMEWHAT POSSIBLE.

This post you might know me for was actually a recycling of my own ocs! And guess what, by the rules we're given in the game, THIS COULD VERY MUCH WORK.

Etymology Of Name: "���" means history (specifically in reference to a textbook or document of history), and "希" means hope (specifically something that is dim or fading). "菊" means chrysanthemum and "森" means forest. Together, it could be read as chrysanthemum forest.

Background: A boy who comes from a prestigious family. During the final week of grade nine, a confrontation with two classmates led to him losing his eye and being sent to boarding school for the entirety of his grade ten year. His desire to get revenge for the permanent marks on his record and the loss of his eye was amplified by finding the two former classmates who were involved in the incident going to the same school as him. While writing in his diary about his feelings, a notification on his phone displaying a song called "Untitled" popped up: after clicking it, he was transported to a strange and dark mansion known as "Manor SEKAI". After being welcomed by a mysterious Miku, Shiki resolves to uncover the secrets of the Manor and of his own mind.

Etymology Of Name: "幾" means "how many?" (as in asking about the degree or severity of something) and carries the additional meaning of "omen" or "wish". "朗" means bright and cheerful, but can also mean a clear or loud voice. "鈴" means bell. "居" means "to exist, reside, or stay".

Background: A very friendly and outgoing boy who hides many personal secrets. Around two or three years ago, he was in a romantic relationship that was very unhealthy (to put it lightly). After several months of doing everything he could to earn the love of his partner (including putting himself into uncomfortable situations), he was dumped leaving him with a deep feeling of personal inadequacy. After that, he resolved to make himself someone that people would like: disregarding his true feelings and interests for the sake of better suiting the people around him. As a member of the School Community Committee, he was tasked with helping some students with bad records (Shiki, Momoka) with acclimating to Asakura. Ikuro vowed to help Shiki however he could, and soon entered Manor SEKAI.

Etymology Of Name: "桃" means peach and "歌" means song or musical poetry. "能" means talent and "村" means village.

Background: She lives alone with her father, who is rarely around due to work. From a young age she was a "difficult child", as she'd often lash out at people over trivial things. She didn't have any friends and if she did she'd end up sabotaging the relationship somehow, leading to her having a very lonely upbringing. In her early teenage years she began to face bullying, ostracization, and coldness from peers and teachers alike: as her emotional stability got worse, everyone started referring to her as and treating her as "a lost cause". She became severely depressed and spiralled into paranoia and hatred of others. In her first year of highschool, she was sent to work with a member of the School Community Committee (Ikuro) to help her adjust to the school. Upon discovering Manor SEKAI, Momoka regains some hope of salvation for herself and decides to use it to help herself recover (something the others would soon follow).

Etymology: "廻" means "revolve" (as in go around in circles) additionally "turn" (as in to change direction), "留" means "detain" (stop or keep stationary). "土" means soil, "子" means "child" (as in offspring or descendant).

Background: A girl with an average family and home life. From a young age she displayed exceptional academic talent, and was easily able to rise to the top of all her classes. As she grew older, the expectations of her parents, teachers, and peers began to rise: although she could keep her grades and behaviours steady, those rising expectations soon made her usual efforts "not enough". As she entered highschool she was pressured into join the student council, and very quickly became the president: giving her a bunch more responsibilities. Feeling suffocated by the expectations and duties that once brought her pride, she adopted the persona of "the perfect student" to dissociate her real self from the person others want her to be. A new classmate of hers with a bad record (Shiki), begins to act suspiciously and hang out with an unusual group of people (Ikuro and Momoka). Meguru decides to follow Shiki to see what he's been doing, and accidentally discovers Manor SEKAI in the process. She puts together a plan that they, as a group, could help eachother through their issues using SEKAI and the power of music to express their feelings.

have I ever delved into Aki’s backstory well. I will now :3 cws for sh mention + mh struggles

Aki is a girl who’s very.. ‘happy’ as others would describe it. She purposefully acts bubbly and carefree to seem happy. In reality, she’s often very anxious about her connections and how people think of her. She’s very passionate and empathetic but that is partly because she feels she has to be.

Her parents argued a lot when she was little. She hated the way her dad’s voice would boom when usually he’s very quiet and soft, the way her mother would scream one moment then cry the next. These little fights aren’t memorable to her parents, they’ve taken a very deep rooting in Aki’s mind, especially after the divorce when she was around 7 or 8. Nobody was really at fault- the two just realized they weren’t working after all. Both parents did their best to communicate this. And yet, part of Aki noticed how everyone reacted. How her mom worked late, how her sister began to become more bossy and tired. She figured if she was happy, or seemed like it- maybe it would cheer others up. So that’s what she did. Told herself she’d handle the “bad feelings” later, because she wanted to see her family smile first. Learning how to keep her room clean, asking Ema to teach her how to do chores. Helping her dad with his woodworking even if the sawblades scared her at first. Picking out little trinkets she’d find at school to bring home and give to her family- anything to bring back the same full warmth she had. She comforted her family best she could, and eventually life moves on- but her family is never the same, and she can’t find that same exact feeling again.

middle school hits and she keeps doing this. Trying everything she can to help, all the while a goofy ass smile on her face. Yet somethings. A bit off. She pushed herself to do all these things, yet gradually began to feel.. nothing. No little spark at helping others. Nothing when her sister asked to hang out- which was getting rare as they grew older. Nothing at making her birdhouses with her dad, nothing at cooking with her mom. But she didn’t want to worry anyone, so she kept it in. She knew these things brought her joy at one point, so why aren’t they now? Is she not trying hard enough to enjoy it? Is she not good enough at it??

soon she began to hate it. hate the way she felt, wondering why she was like this. She didn’t want anyone to see, but at the same time she did. She researched stuff that might help- and some things did. Music, cold showers, alone time to herself. Yet nothing ever truly drove the feeling away. so she turned to other means. maybe if she hurt enough she’d feel like it was enough, she was enough, and move on. maybe if she let it out in another way she’d be able to forget about it and go to the next thing in life. maybe if she struggled, she’d feel like she was doing something- not just letting it consume her. there were craft supplies in her room, and while she wasn’t proud of it.. It felt real. the marks felt real even if all her problems had a chance of being nothing but teenage hormones. it felt real, like something she could do. like her problems had substance now.

So every now and then, when shit hit the fan.. she’d do it. Just enough to make a scab. Just enough to reassure herself that she was struggling.

By the time highschool hits she’s clean for a few months. She’s discovered how to change things up so she won’t spiral so badly again, and part of her has even forgotten that time. She hasn’t gotten better to the point she’s happy with herself- god, there’s so much she can do to be better- but she uses that as a springboard for her ambitions moreso than a reason to hate herself. She tries to be everyone’s friend because she’s afraid to be alone, afraid to be left behind. She still acts happy, even if shes not who she was, even if she can’t have that same joy. Because if she doesn’t, that’s like giving up to this feeling that won’t leave and she finds it easier to almost fool herself that she’s happy rather than face the mountain of feelings she’s been bottling up over the years.

Here is my project fanmade band, F3lis•Cl4ws !

This group officially has 4 members, however, only 3 appear on stage and sing. The group has been formed by a cat lover !

Characters introductions :

Hideki Suzuki (He/Him, AroAce) : Hideki is the leader and founder of F3lis•Cl4ws. He’s a huge cat lover, with a lot of energy. He also loves fashion and makeup/face paint. He thinks it makes him look cool. He has ADHD. His dream is to make a place where animals, especially cats, can have help and love, while also mixing his dream with music. His ultimate goal would be to go professional so all of his gain would go to animal shelters. He’s also the one who makes the group’s costumes !

Hotaru Suzuki (She/Her, straight) : Hotaru is Hideki’s twin sister. She is a reserved girl, who also loves animals. She has autism and depression, which makes her mental health difficult sometimes, but her bandmates are always here to help. She is a huge VBS fan. She also is the only members who does not sing and doesn’t show up on stage, because she is too shy to do it, and she’s definitely not confident enough, but she still has a very important job : She is the composer of the group and loves supporting the singers behind the stage ! Their voices make her music alive.

Ryota Miyamoto (He/They, Bi): Ryota is often seen as cold, but hides a big heart when you get to know him, he can be affectionate and supportive his own ways, despite not being very expressive. He is the lyrics writer of the band ! He loves poetry and littérature, especially horror novels. He also has a crush on Hiro, but he is totally oblivious about it. Who know, maybe one day, he’ll find the courage to confess…

Hiro Fujimoto-Williams (He/Him, pan) : Hiro is a very energetic and optimistic guy who loves sports a lot ! He’s also very affectionate, a real golden retriever who gives the best hugs. However, being very tall and strong, people tend to be impressed, but soon realize how friendly and sweet he is. Hiro is the choreographer of the group ! He’s half American, on his father’s side, but prefers using his mother’s surname, since he lives in Japan. He’s fluent in English. There’s a mystery around the scars he has on his face, while he actually had them out of total clumsiness…

All of these OCs are actually old OCs that I recycled to make a band and I love them, I’m so happy to have given them a new life ! I hope you will love them as well !

Here's an old oc of mine that was supposed to be a concept for project sekai ocs in 2024 summer BUT might change the story into own original story rather than project sekai original oc.

Still couldn't finish the actual recent art but I had been a little too busy with school and been unmotivated for a while.

[oc talk] my oc vs tsukasa fic would be called 1 - 2 - 3! Blonde Frenzy! because

a) comedy

b) the numbers are a 1-2 combo reference, with 3 being the intruding number

c) my oc is also an annoying blonde who becomes infatuated with rui

the premise is a new student transfers to kamiyama in the middle of the school year. he's an upcoming young model who recently started an acting career, and has all the third years talking. he gets put in class 3c everyone immediately feels sorry for him, even the teachers

tsukasa hears "acting" and is immediately interested in talking to him, and rui decides to tag along as well

(rui: maybe he'll be put off by our reputation ^^

tsukasa: eurgh...maybe......but that's why i should show him who i really am!)

the transfer student has already heard of them, and is little wary at first because of it...rui can kind of sense it, but doesnt do anything abt it lmao.

but the transfer student's guard lowers when he realizes they're troublesome but ultimately kind. he gets to talk about his upcoming career as an actor, and proudly recommends a short film he starred in. tks, in turn, brags/gushes about wonderlands x showtime. he mostly brags about himself, but he includes nene as their songstress, emu as their hypeman, and rui as his director

when they have time, they go and check out each others works, and

1) tsukasa finds out that the transfer student is a very mid tier actor. he's not mean about it, mostly like "oh he has no idea what he wanted to do in that scene." however, rui sees potential; he went ahead and searched up his modelling gigs as well, and sees how the transfer student has that it factor. he's just untrained, and more than likely started acting recently.

2) transfer student is a little mortified when he finds out wxs is Really Good. wonderlands x showtime is a well loved staple of phoenix wonderland, tenma has had multiple lead roles that he absolutely killed at, and kamishiro was behind every set up that looked like it was done by a professional. kusanagi had more talent in her pinky finger than he had in his entire body, and the other girl was AN OTORI??? WHO COULD ACT???

anyways the transfer student becomes jealous of wxs, but is shown overwhelming kindness in return. things happen, blah blah blah, plot stuff, whatever whatever, here's the yaoi

transfer student quickly falls for rui because rui brings potential out of him with small critiques and words. his jealousy turns from wxs to just tsukasa, because tsukasa has rui's undivided attention at all times, and rui is tsukasa's director

meanwhile tsukasa paces his room like 'im better than this im better than this im better than this" because he gets a smidge 👌 jealous. then he self soothes like "but it's okay because rui is With Us, wxs" and calms down. then he sees transfer student looking at rui a certain way and the cycle starts again

rui is flattered that the transfer student seems to value his words, meanwhile is "?" because tsukasa has weird moments where he's lost in thought while staring at rui (not the first time that had happened though...)

anyways it becomes a one sided competition who gets rui. tsukasa was always gonna win because he didnt even know he was in a competition + rui and him match each other's freak
