Batman, for whatever reason, stealthily takes both of their DNA, finds out Ellie is a clone and captures her to question her like "do you want to kill your original, who made you and so on" since their experience with clones, superman's and Damian's clones have almost always been "made to kill their original and replace them"

Danny either hears Ellies cry for help or goes searching for her or maybe even the JL call him to tell him, and he gets all mad like " I knew she was my clone, I love her, how dare you, you are the same as her creator taking my DNA without consent who knows what you have planned for it"

Danny and Phantom were always separate beings, and Phantom becomes the Ghost King.

BUT Phantom's ghost species is a phantom, which Danny didn't know when naming him (inviting him to the Fenton family thing through a ghost pun)

And phantoms collectively haunt a region in the infinite realms. Specifically, what DC calls The Phantom Zone.

The cherry on top? Phantoms are genuinely malicious ghosts; Phantom just favors Danny enough to act like a hero. He only seems innocent and kindhearted when Danny looks his way, then second he turns his head, he's all creepy and evil looking.

And it all comes to head when there's a summoning.

Bonus: Danny is edging closer to insanity.

Mad scientist, traumatized to villainy, one seriously bad day away-

Extra bonus! Phantom doesn't care about mortals and he's the one holding Danny back and keeping him from falling to the deep end.

Throughout the years, Danny and Ra's get into fights. Unfortunately for Ra's, Danny's a biter. Unfortunately for Danny, biting immortals are never a good idea. Especially when your own DNA is beyond messed up

Imagine the look on Ra's face when they guy he likes fighting shows up with a baby in hand and says, "congratulations, you're a father"

Repeat it two more times because Danny just doesn't learn

Ohohoho, now this is quite fun. And this could be completely new children, or, this could be the three Al Ghul children. Which if it is? Is hilarious. And hey, Dusan even has Danny's white hair and green eyes!

But seriously I love this. Logically, Danny should learn to not bite, in fact? He knows how to fight, and can do so without biting. He's just also a petty little shit who will go feral when fighting this one asshole [insert relationship here].

Even more hilarious if Danny shows up throughout time too. And it's not like they exactly explain to anyone on the outside of their [insert relationship here], which definitely leads to so many misunderstandings and rumors.

Love the idea if this is even a semi-normal ghost thing. Just, usually the mixing of ecto is done on purpose, and not usually having to be worried about happening via blood. But Danny? Is a halfa, meaning that he is half human. And if he bit anyone else, it would probably have no effect, except for the fact that the human mouth carries quite a bit of bacteria and en ecto-contaminated one more so. So for anyone else, biting is an actual good option, but Ras? Also ecto-contaminated via Lazarus Pit.

Which is a different type of ectoplasm, like comparing saltwater to freshwater, but is still ectoplasm. If anyone else bit anyone else, it wouldn't happen. But no, Danny just has to have the habit of biting his immortal sparring asshole of a rival-buddy. And said buddy better be fine with co-parenting otherwise he's taking child support.

i’m a big misunderstanding/miscommunication trope (when done right) kind of guy, so just hear me out:

they get eddie out of the upside down, he’s recovering in the hospital, all your good usual s4 fix-it fic hallmarks. eddie’s heart monitor starts going berserk every time steve is in the room, especially if steve gets close to him.

steve is convinced that he makes eddie uncomfortable, that the tension between their respective in-groups in high school is still a very prevalent problem for eddie, so he avoids eddie’s hospital room when possible so that eddie doesn’t have to go through any unnecessary discomfort. after all, eddie’s been through enough, and steve feels like he shouldn’t be adding to that, even if he’s starting to harbor feelings for the guy. even if it kills him a little to pretend like everything’s fine when he knows eddie can’t stand him.

eddie, however, is convinced that, because of the stupid goddamn heart monitor giving it away, steve has picked up on his utter infatuation, and that must be why steve keeps avoiding visits…right?

WIP idea

Starts with a Rift opening at the watch tower. Jon tumbles out, he's like 22(or something). He never should have gone with his gramps but he made it back

First people he sees are Batman and Kon. Kon hasn't changed a bit, Batman is a bit shocked.

Before anyone can say or do anything the red lights of the Watch Tower blaze with an emergency. Injured sidekick and some other hero (GL maybe?) show up in the Zeta tube. Kid is in crit condition.

Rushed to the medical ward. Batman calls for a doctor to come. Voice sounds a bit different but hard to tell with voice modulator and honestly Jon's been gone for a while he's probably forgotten how Batman sounds.

Blood everywhere Jon having a bit of PTSD, tries to help Kon escorts him away. Jon gets a glimpse of someone in a white coat. There's a comforting scent he had missed, silent footsteps, a familiar heartbeat.

The figure disappears into a room, a little light shines on top of it, the sign reads "surgery"

Jon uses his x-ray vision. A brown skinned man in medical scrubs is working on the kid. Steady hands, steady heartbeat, intense green eyes. It can't be.

Kon is calling Superman and Lois. Letting them know.

Jon is shocked, the world he thought had stopped when he saw Kon interacting with Batman had actually moved on without him. He isn't sure if he's relieved or devastated.

Damian enters after a while with Batman (whose cowl is off idk who it is, maybe Tim or someone else). He stands there in his scrubs, smelling of blood, eyes wide, welling with tears that threaten to fall.

Damian is older. Older than he was when Jon left, older than the 2-3 years he should have been compared to Jon.

Damian left the cowl, decided not to be Batman. Took Leslie Thompkins' place, followed his (both) grandfather's shoes. Decided he could help more people by being a Doctor. Found his calling.

Jon thought things would go as they should when he returned. His hope lay in being with his family, in meeting Dami again. His life was supposed to slot in place, they were going to be the world's finest together, but things have changed too much.

Ideas about Damian Wayne.

Damian has a problem, he just doesn't tell people shit, at all he's not trying to keep secrets, because if he was the family wouldn't find out, he just doesn't because it's a family of detectives they'll figure it out if they want to, right?

Leads to some heavy misunderstandings about how well Damian is adapting to being outside the league of assassins. Especially with him having friends because the family thinks he only has Jon but really he has like a good handful. A small gang if he wanted, his family just doesn't know because they feel too poor when they come to the manor and they have a detective club at school so that's where they hang out most of the time.

DC x DP Prompt/Idea

Amity Park has always been haunted; everyone knows this but didn't care as long as it didn't disturb their lives. However, they didn't realize that they made up a third of the beings haunting it.

From the moving trees to the animals with blackholes for pupils. Amitians didn't care if the clouds moved and made themselves into shapes in a way that didn't seem natural, or that the streets always looked so odd or changed as they walked about.

They ignored the mushroom rings at the park, it's not like their dogs were interested in them and joggers tend to stick to the sidewalks. They ignored the people who looked familiar but just a bit off, like their too long arms, their claw or talon-like nails, the lack of facial features, their sharp teeth, and too wide smiles.

The humming and singing at night, the dancing ladies around town, the fog that had a figure just behind it- It wasn't their problem.

Until Wes moved into town and almost Immediately got out and called the Justice League.
