PUPPET PROPAGANDA- (Pollrunner's Note: I genuinely wish I could highlight all the propaganda that was written for this character. Some of the stuff I read was WILD. The submitter uses he/they pronouns for Puppet, but I will have to note the character canonically uses she/her)

On their introduction, Puppet was interpreted by everyone in the fandom as a guy. He has a very deep voice no matter the va, has short hair, and wears the boy school uniform (aka a tie instead of a bow and pants instead of a skirt). His sister has an extra song where she sings about being there for her sibling- uses a lot of male gendered ways to refer to them, and the song has a lot of trans subtext in it ("I'm still that little boy to you" (showing puppet as a kid), "it was only me who could see you", "a light will be born in your new world, and that will be your song"). This song's MV shows Puppet as a kid wearing a dress and a bow in his hair. He looks really sad when looking at their reflection in a puddle and they angrily take the bow out of his hair. In the reflection we can see present day Puppet with his chest covered in bandages, smiling. One time when Puppet is placed in a boy's cabin, other characters point out the 'mistake' to him, which he brushes off and says it's ok (in fact, he seems very happy about it). The creator was confused as to why people were calling Puppet a guy. She says that Puppet is not trans and is just a tomboy. When people thought Puppet was trans, [she] got some backlash for showing unsafe binding, so she said that Puppet doesn't bind and is "just flat chested" (which is really weird to me since his identical twin is not in the least bit flat)

ALICE PROPAGANDA-

Alice has a whole scene in the spinoff where someone asks him why he talks like a girl sometimes (uses feminine pronouns when he's flustered or stressed in japanese) and he tells them that his mother raised him as her daughter but he knew in his heart that he was a man and eventually got up the courage to tell her. VERY defensive over his gender as a result of that. Sure he's AMAB. But also considering his situation I think he can also count as transmasc. He's one of us Was in his sister's band and played the drums (he doesn't know how to play them). Can only wear striped things if the stripes are in a specific way and is so picky he tries to get a 17 year old to eat his food. He's very kind and cares for people (especially his younger sister) but is also very cringefail... you should play this game. 🏠 foe Evan (Also I have little to no knowledge on Homestuck, so I may need additional explanation.)

Seer Of Time

Seer: They are surrounded by/surround others via their aspect

Time: Time loops, Repetition, Music, Death, Determination, Fire

So something about Evan that I have neglected to share until now is... He can vaguely see the future, it's not like he's a full out oracle or anything. More that sometimes out corner of his eyes he might see things that will happen. An example being he saw a shadow once that looked like Fredbear with a child in it's mouth, causing him to start to fear the animatronics.

Anyways this neatly makes him a Seer Of Time, within HS seers are some of the few classes shown to have powers before godteiring (aka basically leveling up into a new more powerful form). So like a in comic seer of time would Evan sees things that result in the timeline going the way its meant to.

After all, without his visions he won't have become scared of the animatronics meaning the bullying he suffered would have taken a different less deadly form. This is fitting of the HS concept of a stable timeloop, when action basically causes itself, this can refer to situations like the Bootstrap Paradox or Predestination Paradox and is a intended part of time travel within HS and also within my personal fnaf lore (Evan is not the only case of a Predestination Paradox, just the easiest to track)

Seers can seem deceptively in the role of guidance, only there to inform others but that is far from the case. At first glance Evan seems like someone easy to push around who simply lets the world pass him by, and in life due to the abuse he suffered he didn’t get chances to express his will. But after his death? Regardless of if he's The Puppet or Golden Freddy he is someone who basically has become a guardian to the afterlife that those that died within Freddy's.

Within his Puppet verse he notably gives the other children more time, a second chance within their afterlife.

Evan is also very tied to things repeating, William had tried to make Evan turn out like him, his death in a sense repeated with his visions, he repeated the nightmare nights before Michael had been put though them, and he is one of the few that ever had the chance to see how Freddy's was a cycle of pain eith no end.

I probably should have checked earlier when I was actually writing up the character profiles, but does FNAF HS' Puppet actually use he/him pronouns in the webseries??? I don't speak or read Spanish so I had to rely on cursory knowledge when looking at the wiki and other online resources, and probably shouldn't have taken the submitted propaganda at face value. Pronouns stated in the polls when you vote on a character are taken from what pronouns a character uses in their canon text. It was done for the sake of canon trans characters who do not "pass" as male, but I should have considered that it would also cause confusion for characters like Puppet. Although I stated that Puppet uses she/her in canon, I was not trying to demean or imply that the character's identity or masculinity was lesser in any way. I never meant to upset anyone, and if I've done something wrong here I'd appreciate any corrections.

For Puppet, canonically everyone referrers to Puppet by she/her, even him, but most of the fandom uses he/him or he/they for him, so the information the submitter used was technically correct, don't worry. (I use he/him for him but his gender is and was a whole debate when the series first came out)

I'd like to say that even if Puppet uses she/her there's also a scene where the protagonist encounters Puppet and Mai in the bathroom and asks them "what are you doing here? (The boys bathroom)" and Puppet answers "Yeah, sis, what are YOU doing here?" And that sounds trans to me ok

Then after talking for a bit he says "this is the girl's bathroom by the way 🙄" (fnafhs 2 episode 10, eng subtitles are pretty bad so don't mind them too much)

This episode came out at a time when the creator was a bit more open to the idea of the headcanon, since at first she was very set on Puppet being a tomboy and joked about the headcanon because she wanted characters (mostly Chica) to have bi panics about Puppet (in her own words "you know how sometimes you see girls dressed like boys and you kind of... like it? That's Puppet.")
