So.. What am I doing?

In a simple sense. I have little OC ideas that I want to yeet into the world. Ideas that relate to my current life and inspirations. But I'm not really into making webcomics, or writing detailed scenes, or animating it, or just blabbering about it. So I thought... Why not do it all in a dedicated side blog?

I was inspired by Puuung's Love is In The Small Things yt shorts, the character dynamics in Loveless by Alice Oseman, and my current relations with my friends and queerplatonic partner.

"So... Am I basically making a romance series?" Not exactly. I want to create something with queer representation from my aromantic asexual perspective. Exploring the idea of alterous relationships and ideations, if I might add. If you don't know what that means, neither do I. Alterous attraction is a strange thing and isn't easy to define. I say it's the "unknown attraction" or the "wtf attraction" because you can't tell why you like someone. After all, alterous is defined as "outside of platonic, sexual, and romantic attractions." But what does that mean? Well, I can't say, but perhaps I can show you. A Quiet Story is a visual tale of Zephyr Dagger and Amanita Forrest. From strangers to whatever they are now, you'll see their relationship bloom over time. I plan on making little comic strips, written scenarios, a snippet of a memory, short animatics, etc. I will also be sharing doodles, concept art, and headcanons from myself or others.

7. what scares you the most and why?

Needles and emotional vulnerability! The needles are just a phobia I've never gotten over, and one time I got my heart broken when I was younger and I was like "I'm NOT doing that again" :0c

12. what’s some good advice you want to share?

It feels sooo uncomfortable to rely on people, and sometimes that uncomfortable feeling never really goes away completely but it's super necessary to let people help you regardless. Especially if you're someone who gives so much of yourself that you're being pulled in every direction, having even one person you can ask for something even small will make your stress and anxiety way lower. It's not a panacea but trying to go at it alone all the time is never the answer.

39. youtuber you’ve been obsessed with and why?

This is a toughie cause I don't usually do youtube unless its for asmr or music...Puuung has the cutest animated lovey videos set to pretty music that make me feel all warm and fuzzy. I like to watch them if I wanna write something soft too to get in the mood.
