oh my, you are meannn but this is DELICIOUS can you imagine max just going about his day like usual. the kind of day that he's used to moving on muscle memory. wake up. shower. coffee is brewed. the right mug already out, not filled because max likes his coffee scalding.

laundry already folded, shirts soft and sorted. groceries restocked like magic, like time never passed. like someone was always a few steps ahead, smoothing out the chaos, cushioning the cracks.

and then-- suddenly-- it’s not.

coffee isn’t made. blinds still drawn. air stale. there's dust on the floor and max stumbles half a second, irritation spiking up. and it doesn’t even hit him all at once. rather, it creeps in, like a cold. like guilt that takes its time settling into the space behind his ribs. he doesn’t even realise he’s expecting things to be in place until they’re not.

because oscar’s not up. oscar’s not moving, not managing, not keeping the world spinning on its axis.

he’s curled into charles on the nest, pale and wrung out, like every part of him has come undone at the seams. like the crash left him so hollowed out that he’s still trying to remember how to breathe.

and max-- max just stands there, slow horror climbing his spine, because when did this all become invisible?

how long had they expected the world to stay soft and warm and clean around them without once asking who made it that way?

and then max opens the cupboard.

he reaches for that one chocolate bar-- oscar’s favourite. the one he always had after his heats. no matter how many times he claims to be non superstitious-- his ritual. his quiet thing. a moment carved out just for himself.

something to comfort amidst the mess that had been the past few days. but-- it’s not there. not in the box. not in the drawer. not in the stash he always kept at the back, like muscle memory.

and that should’ve been fine. people run out of things.

but something in max panics.

so max checks the grocery bags still on the counter-- half-unpacked, a list on top, scrawled in oscar’s handwriting.

he reads through the list and bleeds. painfully slowly.

charles’ comfort foods. heat packs. wet wipes. that one chamomile tea max likes, the one he never remembers to buy for himself. everything thought of, everything stocked in doubles.

except for oscar.

no chocolate. no heat snacks. no easy meals. nothing indulgent. not a single item that says i thought of myself too.

and max just. stops.

and the world tilts, just a little.

because oscar went out. oscar planned. oscar remembered them. provided for them. cared, even when he was crumbling, even when he had nothing left.

and he forgot himself.

not out of carelessness-- but out of habit.

because maybe somewhere along the way, oscar stopped believing he was allowed to matter.

and that’s what does it. not the missing chocolate. not the cold kitchen.

but the sheer, bone-deep realization that oscar had been running himself thin for weeks, months, maybe longer. and they just-- let him.

max grips the edge of the counter like it’ll keep him upright.

his hands shake. his eyes burn.

because how could they not have seen it? how could they have loved him and missed this?

It felt like the world was ending when Mikey disbanded Toman. It was so out of the blue, so out of nowhere, so random, you couldn't understand why he did that or why you were so upset in the first place because it's not like you were ever officially a member anyway. You were simply a glorified nurse for the captains of the gang. You Mikey’s childhood friend, both of you training at his father’s dojo, close to Baji as well. When Mikey created Tokyo Manji Gang oh you pissed off. Girls weren’t allowed in biker gangs. It was annoying but you were an unofficial member by affiliation somehow. Somehow. 

Mikey was acting weird after that. Or at least on a particular day when shit really came crashing down on you. He came over to your house, knuckles bloody, a blank look on his face. As usual, you patched him up. Took care of him while your phone was buzzing with calls from Mitsuya, Draken, Pah and all the former captains. As you answered, Mikey grabbed your phone and threw it at the wall. In one swift move, Mikey pinned you to the floor. He had left you for last after pushing away the old squad leaders, giving you a beating that you were certain could have killed you if you didn't fight back. He wanted to move on. He wanted nothing to do with you, nothing to do with Draken, or Mitsuya, or Pah, and he was always someone who got his way in the end. 

But you were stubborn and held grudges. So when you wake up from your two-day coma and can stand without wanting to pass out, you go to Mikey’s place with a switchblade in your pocket and your left wrist in a cast. It isn’t hard to barge into his room since you have a spare key. He was doing something. You didn’t know exactly what but before he could turn around you flicked open the switchblade. Just as he turns around you take the chance and lunge at him, sending the both of you to the floor of the shed and you press the short blade to his throat. Mikey makes no move to try and defend him. Instead, he’s looking like this amused him. Like he knew you would come back because no matter what he's put you through, you always had in the end. It was almost humiliating. “A knife?” he murmurs, his hands coming up to hold your hips while you straddle him “That’s cute, still can’t beat me just like when we were kids?”

That angers you. The tone he was using, the memories he was using against you. It wasn’t fucking fair. You had never been able to beat him during sparing sessions when you still used to go to the dojo. Even now, you can’t. It wasn’t fucking fair. You give him the nastiest look you can muster and press the blade a bit harder against his throat. “I’ll kill you. I swear I’ll fucking kill you Manjiro” You hiss angrily at him “You think you can do that shit to me and get away with it?”

Mikey however, laughs. He fucking laughs. “Yeah, I do think that”

You feel annoyed. Mikey’s hair is out, not in the usual half-up half-down style. His dark circles were prominent and he looked paler than usual. But fuck he was still so pretty. “You’re a fucking asshole Mikey—”

“—Manjiro” He says in a way that corrects you, squeezing your hips “not Mikey… Manjiro”

“Shut up!” You yell and use your half-casted hand and punch him in the jaw

Mikey doesn’t even flinch nor does he make a sound. He rolls his jaw and stares up at you with a blank look and squeezes your hips even tighter. “I’ll kill you! I swear to god I’ll kill you!” You yell at him “Why the fuck did you do that to me?!”

You could feel yourself getting emotional. It was your weakness. You tended to cry when you got too angry. It was embarrassing and the reason you didn’t get angry as much and right now you hoped you didn’t burst out into tears while you were holding a knife to the Invincible Mikey’s throat. But you start to tear up anyway, your vision going blurry. “You gon’ cry, baby?” Mikey murmurs, a hand coming up to hold your cheek so carefully in comparison to last time when he almost killed you with those same hands

It’s humiliating. This wasn’t how this was supposed to go. You were supposed to hurt him the same way he hurt you. But you had always been weak when it came to Mikey. Even after he hurt you like he did, even after he almost killed you— you were weak. “I hate you…” You sniffle as tears start to run down your cheeks “I hate you so much Manjiro”

Your tears drip down your eyes and onto his face due to the way you’re hovering over him. But Mikey doesn’t waver nor does he change the condescending expression or tone he has. It was embarrassingly easy for him to pull the switchblade out of your hand. You shiver as he drags the blunt edge of it against your cheekbone while you continue to cry. Mikey sits up and you slide down from his hips to his lap, straddling his thighs now. “Poor little baby” He says softly but in the same mocking tone, now dragging the blunt edge of the blade against your jaw

Tears run down your cheeks and you sniffle, shuddering nervously each time the cool metal makes contact with your skin. “Manjiro…” You cry like a damn child “Why did you do that to me?”

Mikey however smiles as you cry. He leans over and licks up your tears. It’s gross. You cringe and flinch away from him but his free hand that wasn’t holding the switchblade has a firm grip on your waist. “So pretty, hm… My pretty baby” 

He wasn’t taking you seriously. This was fun to him and it was making you even more mad and then anger was making you cry like a damn child. “This isn’t fair” You cry as he lowers you onto the floor on your back

Mikey has the blade pressed to your throat now, your hand lay limp on either side of your head. “It isn’t?” his tone is mocking “It was all just a test… Wanted to see if you’d always come back to me just as you said you would. Now look baby, you passed my test”

He sounds oddly cheery for someone who has a switchblade pressed to your throat and almost killed you about a month ago in your own house. “I’ll devour you whole like I want and you’ll let me like you always do” Mikey whispers as he presses a kiss to your forehead and presses the sharp edge of the blade slightly harder against your throat “You’ll let me won’t you?”

You were weak. Always too damn weak for Mikey. You sniffle and desperately grasp at his shirt. It was always like that and it would stay like that. You would let Mikey hurt you, kill you, bring you back to life, eat and devour you whole and spit you out as he pleases because… Because you were weak. “Yes…” you choke out through helpless and heartbreakingly sad-sounding whimpers

Mikey smiles and his free hand slides under your shirt. “Good girl… Now let me get a taste”

Can you help me figure out how to transition fully?? I know my main blockage is that I keep subconsuosly looking for symptoms and changes and gaslighting myself and j catch myself doing it so I try to stop and focus on my breathing or a song associated with my dr!

I was doing a guided meditation and after it ended there were wind sounds playing in the video and I could like acc feel the wind and I remembered that in my DR i have a window open, and I started hearing my maid humming and cleaning and NO it couldnt have been anyone in my house because I was home alone. Anyways I started feeling my clothes and stuff so I decided to do a random ass method where I'm trying to shift from my dr to something else with limiting beliefs (since they ground you more in your reality) and I swear I smelt vanilla and wind chimes in the distance, I could feel my memories coming back but when I opened my eyes I was Back here... 😢 have any tips? I feel like I can't fully transition, even if I try just floating away or breathing or relaxing deeper or just giving up and letting my subconsuos take the wheel (which gets me close but not fully) I just can't kick it fully, perhaps its the looking for signs or perhaps something else - either way I would really appreciate it if you helped me💗 tysm!!! ‼️‼️❤

i think one thing that may hold some people back is that they're focusing on shifting "from here -> to there" if that makes sense, to the point that they unintentionally shift back and ground themselves here. does that make sense? ie, the whole time they're doing their method and trying to shift to their DR, what they're focusing on is not their DR, but the fact that they are here and trying to get to their DR. so they are focusing on being here. you're looking for signs here. you (cr self) are searching for sensations or signs that your awareness is in your DR, and your CR self will never get that. your CR self stays riiiight here, so it is focusing your awareness here.

and maybe try reframing the idea of "the process of shifting" in your mind. while some of us use methods, get into a meditative state, etc, the actual moment of shifting isn't a long drawn out event that you have to push through fully. there is no "close" and "fully," either you shifted or you didn't.

while obviously there's no physical 3D movement with shifting, if there was it's less like a train ride where you board the train, ride it, and then have to get off at the right stop... its more like instant teleportation. we may have a process for how we get into the state we want to shift from, or how we want to trigger the shift, but the actual shift is not a process. so after you've done your method or gotten into the state you want your CR self to be in, maybe try not focusing on that any more after that. focus on being in your DR, not on shifting. because focusing on the idea of shifting like "from here->to there" might be you grounding yourself in the "from here" stage.

Okay so, gather up everyone. Schools started, I suddenly have to study and memorize two latin texts within a few days, history, and ancient Greek philosophy analyses and translations. Not fun, kinda! I don't have as much time as I did during summer and I can't finish a full drawing within a day. *But* ideas are as vivid as ever. And honestly I really want to do some of the stuff I'm imagining. Some are already in the works !!! These are mostly gabbro/time buddies related. Sorry fans of other characters but I spent the entire summer only drawing slate </3

Sooo... What to expect from me? Well:

• I'm writing a short fic! Which is close to being done- Without saying much- a replay of certain memories before the eventual death/creation of everything.

• I am currently doing an OC piece with two owlks ::D this should probably be next post if I finish it soon!

• More short animatics. Cus I have... So many songs... That I want to draw with the time buddies. Short ranging from a couple of seconds, to maybe a minute, so don't expect much. All I'll say is- guhhh y'all better enjoy flower face because all of these are with her songs lmfao..

These have a priority list ofc, but the way I work is pretty much spontaneous. So whatever I'm up for will take priority. It'll take time but I hope to have finished all of these within the next couple of months. We'll see how things go... I also have to balance other things and art in-between so blehhh. It's a mess.

I didn't think people will like my stuff actually. Thank you for 100 follow ʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔ. I first started this acc just to post random fan arts back in 2020 ish. I've only posted a few and this account went abandoned for a good 3 years or so. When I discovered ranfren, I've search all web for a warm, welcoming community. And I've stumbled back to tumbr. I started posting my fan arts here and finally got the courage to put up my oc here. Interacting was scary at first but with the help of that one mutual, I've made lots of mutuals and nice memories

Maid - Usually plays those free battle royale shooter games and is weirdly good at them. I imagine her sibling got her into it and it has been a sort of stress reliever for her, when she is winning of course. I'd imagine she's the type to quickly get mad and start cursing out the entire team when things dont go her way. And because of her financial situation she doesn't want to buy games because she'd rather use it on necessities rather than entertainment.

Gardener - He doesnt really understand video games.. he doesnt really understand technology in general. He would rather watch his family play them than play them himself. But if he had to play he'd enjoy cozy farming simulators, mostly because of his profession. He is very slow at the games and always mixes up the buttons but he enjoys that someone took the time and energy to create a game of an activity he is passionate about

Experiment - I imagine the first video game he'd ever played was an arcade game because he found a working arcade machine on the outskirts of Heisenburg's factory, and this memory of entertainment stuck with him. I loves old retro arcade games for sentimental reasons and even if he was able to find more modern video games he'd still favor the former.

Assistant - Puzzle games, any video game that requires this man to think is something he geeks over. He loves it when he has to think outside of the box, and he loves the feeling of fulfillment when he solves a puzzle that took him hours to figure out. He may not look like it but he is the definition of a nerd.

Villager - Just like the gardener he doesn't understand video games or technology, and likes to watch his family play than play it himself. The only video games he ever played was horror games, and this is because he was given the controller after his relatives were too scared to continue. He was able to adapt quickly to the controls and wasn't scared of a fictional story on a screen so he was the perfect candidate to dump the responsibility to. Even so, he actually enjoyed playing it, mostly for his family's reactions of course.

I’d like to start out by saying that I’ve loved these comics for so long, probably since like the 2nd or 5th came out. Actually, the 5th was the first one I read! I’m kinda sad that they didn’t include piggy and chunky and bub but I get it, there wasn’t exactly space. For one movie they put together a bunch of stuff really well, and it only felt slightly rushed! Also um random but Petey canonically has green eyes! So do I hehe >:)

I cried. I cried at specifically the part where petey’s dad is being a turd and making fun of petey for crying and lil petey says ‘that’s not nice’ like 😭

This is gonna be weird and personal but I have alot to learn honestly and dog man is a really sweet way of teaching people stuff and like… I don’t know it’s just so beautiful ! Like that one part where it says something about kids who sucked at school and went on to make comics aaaaaaaa that one was a tiny lil thing but I cheered haha. Sorry I’m reallt bad at summing up my thoughts but basically— it’S one of those little things to cling to and give hope and stuff ! Because shit is hard but if you look at it from a different perspective and be less hard on yourself it’s actually better- I dunno I’m being a little bit of a hypocrite to say that but

DOG MAN IS GO!!!! It defo gave laffs too btw the comedy wasn’t *quite* as good at the books but I liked it!! Then again im humoured pretty strangely so I dunno if y’all should take my word for it.

But there were so many times where I just went YES! Because my bootycheeks has read all the books multiple times. It’s kinda sad I’m now fanning over dog man alone- I used to have others to be a fan with… oh well :’)

Okay okay but why Sarah and chief?? I literally yelled out “what about nurse lady??!” Like I don’t mind most of the creative liberties even as a dog man og fan and like I usually don’t like it when movies change up what happens in the books but I was acc fine w this one except for this. Like I’m not pissed or anything it was just pretty funny

Um anyway my memory isn’t the best so I can’t remember all my thoughts but I think that was pretty good! It’s still unreal to me that this even came out but I’m so very glad I got the chance to see it!!

I started this account not really expecting to use it but since July I have been apart of the ever growing Fable smp community.

I started Fable smp late, while everyone was on s3 I had just started s1, Fable smp was the first thing I started my account on and I will not be stopping any time soon, I still have a huugggeeee list of the characters I want to draw and redraw as I definitely did Rae, Isla and enderian dirty before

Since then my style had expanded and I still need to learn how to colour in my pieces correctly ;-; but I'm learning as a somewhat beginner artist.

Since the end of summer the roleplay accounts started. I started the perix accounts because I saw a centross and enderian account needed one and I thought, 'well I do like roleplays' and joined in, it was soo late at night when I begun but it was possibly the best idea I've ever had, since then the roleplay accounts grew so much now I'm basically 2 oc's (not counting sirena I'll get into her in a second) all of the casus accounts, perix and now Alerion! (I have my work caught out for me 😮‍💨)
