Anyway food costs too much im super deck gardening now
#gonna train grapes on my balcony railing#big rasperry that i can winter in my garage#tomatoes and peppers of various kinds always grow nice there#lotsa lettuce and kale#and strawberries#and whatever i can direct sow now that winter is over#my peony and lily came back and i nabbed a sad lilac no one wanted so hopefully theyll draw the pollinators up#and i will plant ALL the herbs#i gave up on my mini citrus trees#lemon grew nice for 2 years but kept getting a Bug even indoors so shes gone#lime just didnt wanna. may try that again limes fucking rock#hope my cilantro does better this year#no matter what tho i will ways have jalapenos they love that direct sun that destroys everyone else#i wish i could do brussels sprouts and broccoli but. the bugs 😬. for some reason my kale hasnt been touched thank fuck#anyway i hope the grapes shade it a bit so the wimpier plants do better#if these do well i can genuinely live on salads all summer#may add stuff here and there if theyre on clearance but stuff from seed is my main goal

Are raspberries a nightmare to eat for anyone else?? Like the seeds are always unexpected no matter how prepared i am so the texture is always too much and they’re so fucking flavourful like there’s SO much flavour in a raspberry it’s just too much for me. I can kinda see why people like the taste but god i cannot do raspberries
