Might be a stretch, but could I please have a bit of backstory?

Anten, the setting of Deck 52, has four Kingdoms: The Hearts Kingdom, the Queendom of Clubs, the Kingdom of Diamonds, and the Kingdom of Spades.

Hearts Kingdom are all happy lil guys who spread and celebrate love and joy. They are somewhat religious, revering an entity they refer to as "The Sixth".

Queendom of Clubs are all robots living in a city created by their Queen where EVERYTHING is robotics: Wires and metal. The Queen is very hateful of flesh and will capture any intruders and trespassers and convert them to robots.

Kingdom of Diamonds live in a tundra-surrounded city, an eternal winter, and are magic practitioners. They live in fear of a creature that lurks out in the tundras they call "The Devil", but revere a deity called "The First".

Kingdom of Spades are a dystopic ruined land ruled by a tyrannical Queen with an iron fist. The people are suffering, malnourished and forgotten by the monarchs, all while the Queen is a raging alcoholic who detests everyone, even her own family, and might even wage war with the other Kingdoms.

I've been pondering this for a while. I've noticed that a lot of Deck 52 characters have these silly or weird fears or phobias, and sometimes i've seen their for-real actual terrifies the crap out of them fears, but the only one I haven't seen in this category is Atrocitus. So my question is this: What GENUINELY scares Atrocitus? Not the silly stuff like "He's scared to sit still for too long", or "He's scared of Jezebell", I mean like a BONE RATTLING, horrific, makes him scream and cry like a child type fear. Something that could give him nightmares and keep him up at night. Something that is always on his mind, even if just for a few seconds. What genuinely scares the LIVING HELL out of Atrocitus?

Jezebell.

That's actually not some silly joke.

Jezebell is capable of instilling legitimate fear into him, her mere presence making him feel unsettled and uneasy, and so far it's her and ONLY her that does this to him, for reasons I currently cannot explain fully yet.

...he also kind of becomes a bit unnerved at the mention of the Arcanas, trying to deflect topics about them or refusing to take part in conversations about them.

Especially when the Fourth, Eleventh, and Twentieth are mentioned.

His full name is Leviathan "Levi" Kraakman.

Despite his name, he can't swim for shit.

He's close friends with Mr. Radio and knew each other back in college.

He actually has no body, his entire form there is all tentacles all the way up to his neck.

He can taste anything his tentacles touch, even his feet. But he's not easily grossed out so, yeah.

NEW: He can see very well in the dark. How he does this without visible eyes is a mystery to everyone else, but no one questions it. Specter finds this handy: No need for active lights at his stations, at least.

I looked through your blog and those were the only two I couldn't find. If not, that's completely fine, just thought I'd ask just in case!

Hey, been thinking about this... What was life for Rondain and Atropos before they became the King and Queen? And what we're their families like?

Atropos, being the youngest of her litter, was a somewhat spoiled brat that almost always got what she wanted from her father, King Kontos. So much so that when she realized she was not the one destined to be the next Queen of Spades, but her eldest sister, Clotho, she felt robbed of something she truly deserved, and was more than willing to do anything to get what was "rightfully" hers, through any means necessary.

Rondain, meanwhile, came from a family that had a good connection with the Thades. After hearing of the untimely deaths of King Kontos, Clotho, Lachesis, and Thanneus, he felt for the grieving Atropos and consoled her and kept her company as much as he could. He was among the many courtiers chosen to marry the soon-to-be Queen of Spades, but Atropos had chosen him almost immediately, and the moment she took the crown, so did he. The hastiness of the procedure always did leave a mildly suspicious feeling in Rondain's mind, but he thought none of it at the time.

Rondain's own family wasn't heard much of, but it is said that their elders were close friends with King Kontos, and even knew of his late wife. Hearing of his passing was a tragedy to everyone, but some developed a distrust for Atropos, feeling her survival was perhaps... a bit too convenient.

Can we get some more facts about Fauchard, Voulge, and Trident please?

Voulge and Trident are already answered so he's Fauchard:

Fauchard is Pike's little sibling, and much like him, she is also trans, and goes by she/her pronouns.

She had dreams of being a performer or even a court jester for the Royals back in the day, and in a way still holds onto that dream, believing she may have a chance after this whole war thing dies down.

She lost her leg not exactly because of a direct attack from anyone, but because during an escape from a raid, she found herself trapped in the ruins of a smoldering building, her leg caught between rubble. Unable to flee, she faced practically Death himself as the Ace of Spades approached her, but luckily was distracted by Pike attempting to defend his sister. Fauchard initially asked to be left behind, that the others' lives are more important than hers, but Pike refused to leave her behind. After a difficult decision and an ill-timed argument between the two, Voulge was hesitantly ordered to sever her leg so that she may escape with the others.

Despite what happened, Fauchard holds no ill will toward Voulge, and is even appreciative of what they did for her. But what concerns Fauchard more is what Pike thought of the event, and fears that Pike may be blaming himself for her injury.

Fauchard always tries to be positive and uplifting for everyone else, and as a result, frequently prays for The Seventeenth for guidance and support. She even prays to The Eighth to try and give her brother the emotional strength he needs to lead his people to the peace they all deserve.
