me, a normal person, talking to myself: two weeks ago i picked a dark blue notebook for my age psychology notes because the color seemed like the most old-looking one to me. i thought that by using this association, i could make finding the correct notebook easier. what i didn't think about, however, was the complete lack of factual backup of my perception of the color; in fact, blue is one of the newest colors from a historical and linguistic point of view. the mistake i made will now bother me forever because my now color-coded notebooks are color coded in the wrong way. furthermore, it's not just the one notebook - if i had picked a different one for age psychology, this one would have had another subject in it, and my other choices would also be affected by this one; therefore, i can't just throw one notebook away and buy a more appropriate one. i will now be suffering for the entire semester, as i deserve after my foolishness

listen i know this is in no way a cooking blog but i just succeeded at recreating a recipe from my childhood and it took minimal effort (i have very little experience with cooking) and i'm so happy. 150 g of chicken breasts (divided into 3 pieces total), salt pepper paprika chicken spices whatever, 2 cherry tomatoes, 40 g light mozzarella of medium density. coat the chicken in the spice and beat with the metal hammer thingy until they're about 1 cm tall, fry each side on oil (medium heat) for 2-3 minutes. while the pan is on low heat, put mozzarella and tomato slices on the chops and pour some water on the pan, salt the tomato slices, pop the lid on the pan, let it cool until the mozzarella really melts and the chicken is cooked. we are done. this is it. boom, you have a whole plate of juicy chicken that tastes like the childhood of some guy from tumblr. what else do you even want from life
