Going to pretend that it hasn’t been 2 years since I drew anything red shoes-related.

This is a bit old but I’m sick of it just sitting in my gallery slowly aging. I like that for this version of Gretel people in this tiny fandom sort of just agree that she would have braided hair and round glasses.

I’ve also had the same idea of another F7 that she founded, including: Alice, Dorothy, Goldilocks and the three Tin girls from the end credits. I should really explore it more they’re fun to think about.

You know, despite naming Edda, you know, Edda, I haven't really done that much norse mythology stuff with her (generally preferring to lean in to the Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde or Wise Forest Woman aspects of her). Mostly bcs I only have some general knowledge of the stories and what I know doesn't for the most part compel me enough to knowingly incorporate it into my writing.

That said

Edda would 100% pull some Odin shit and have her own eye plucked out for some of that tasty tasty magical knowledge.

Bueno, no estuve activa en micho tiempo... pero tengo buenas noticias.

Me acabo de dar cuenta que tengo 2 ocs, ahora, para el fandoom de RSAT7D, los cuales presentaré en Wattpad en fanfics:

El primero es Esmeralda, la cual ya es conocida. Para quienes no la conocen es la hija del Rey Blanco, por ende, la hermana de Blanca Nieves, son de la misma edad. Pero ella es considera como una mujer hermosa. El interés amoroso de este personaje es Jack, y si quieren ver esto pueden ir a leer mi historia.

Y después tengo otro oc, el cual no está en el mismo universo que el anterior, si se puede decir. Se llama Grethela, hermana de Hans y miembro de Los 7 Intrepidos, bueno, en ese universo sería Los 8 Intrépidos. El interés amoroso sería Arturo, cuya historia quiero publicarla este año, porque la verdad me gustaría hacerlo.

What are your thoughts (if you have any) on the respective love interests the rest of the F7 are shown meeting in the end credits? 🎤 me personally I never really saw the three tin girls we see alongside the triplets as their love interests, I always thought they built them and are therefore (technically) their daughters; mostly because I think it’s a bit boring to pair up the triplets with other triplets idk that’s just me 🤷

okay, so technically i have A LOT of thoughts, which is hilarious considering we don't know anything about these characters; not even their names. i've just been thinking up fan fiction so long that i've basically created entire oc's around them. so i'll give my initial thoughts and then what i've personally come up with!

little red riding hood has never been a super interesting character to me. rather, her initial persona has never been interesting to me. it's a good fairytale on its own, but nothing about red herself had ever stood out to me. all of the different interpretations of her over the years, however, have been really fun. her "once upon a time" interpretation is probably my favorite, and it plays into one of the BEST tropes that has come out for red riding hood over the years--which "red shoes" also does--is red riding hood herself being the wolf.

i think arthur and werewolf red riding hood could be very fun for various reasons. werewolves are monsters, something merlin states in the beginning that the fearless 7 are called to deal with regularly. arthur also puts a lot of value and his self-worth into his physical strength, and as a werewolf red riding hood would no doubt be much stronger than him. these are prejudices arthur would have to climb over (i don't see arthur as sexist, but he cares so much about being strong that a tiny girl like red being five times stronger than him would no doubt bug him), allowing him to grow as a person and love red riding hood for who she is.

ugh. to be honest, this is my least favorite. it really feels like they just didn't know what to do for jack; i can't seem to find the JPEG anymore, but if what i found was genuine concept art then they were originally just going to make a merman that looks... just like jack? thank GOD somebody said that was a stupid idea (again, if that was real concept art), so then we ended up with this. YES, i know the moral, but i just... don't really see what they were going for with this.

admittedly, i did make up an oc for jack, whom i will eventually put out more art for (because i do genuinely want to write something), and i did keep the water theme. i liked the idea of arthur having to overcome a major prejudice so much that i came up with the same concept for jack by making up a sea witch companion for him.

this is no doubt sleeping beauty, and honestly it is probably the funniest one out of them all. true loves kiss who? no, just make some damn good food and sleeping beauty will come running. making female characters (especially princesses) messy eaters with lousy table manners is absolutely nothing new, and i'm certain someone somewhere has paired them up with a foodie with exceptional cooking skills before, but it's still an endearing duo and a very fitting choice for hans. he doesn't strike me as particularly picky, he and the triplets honestly seem the less vain out of the seven; he just wants to cook and bake for someone he loves. it's very sweet, and i like sleeping beauty's design here.

i also agree with you that these automatons are not meant to be girlfriends. hell, the triplets seem content in their dwarf forms. i think the automatons are just assistants that happen to look female. to be honest, i think it'd be hilarious if somebody, maybe arthur, joked that they couldn't find anybody they each clicked with so they just made companions, and the triplets just go "what, no, we needed help in the workshop since you're too afraid of little oil and grime."

Doodle 2: my OC for a game I wanna make one day. Their name is Chel (pronounced: shell).

Doodle 3: a character I considered making my Supernatural OC. They’re based on the wisps or dead lights in various folklores.

Doodle 4: character from an MV I hope to put out eventually!

Doodle 5: Fiona, my OC for Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs. She’s based on the frog prince/princess and the frog. She is not a princess, so when the frog prince asked her to kiss him, he ended up cursing her as well. Now she turns into a frog at night.

Doodle 6: another OC from another game I wanna make one day! Her name is Maya! She’s an experiment and a streamer!

Btw, the dots and arrows are because I had to download them off Instagram oops. This is the second set of doodles I’ve posted.

Doodle 1: my main Twst OC, Ciel! He’s twisted from Captain Hook! You can’t really tell, but it’s more his lifestyle than appearance. Lowkey I designed him before I knew who I wanted to base him on and was too attached to the design to change it. But y’know what? If Riddle can have red hair, Ciel can have blue. Also, yes, his name is Ciel because, again, before I fully decided his whole thing, I thought it’d be funny to name my MC Ciel because Yana made the game. For context, Yana made Black Butler and the MC in that is Ciel Phantomhive. Then the name stuck because it’s cute. And it fits Octavinelle’s color themed names lol!

Doodle 2: very early design of my Yuusona. They look WAY different now.

Doodle 3: a character I saw in a dream once. Their name is Siu.

Doodle 4: a reaper OC of mine, Piko. Idk what to use her for yet tbh.

Doodle 5: My magical girl OC, Violet. She finds that outfit to be very impractical.

Doodle 6: Twst hates me and I needed to express it.

Doodle 7: another character I saw in a dream. I think his name was Tamaki. I hope to use him for something one day cause I love him.

Doodle 9: Angel Sebastian! He is my precious boy (OC).

Doodle 1: the monster girl I saw hammering away in a dream. She’s actually my Villainous OC now and her name is Gambit! She’s an ex sidekick who was fired because the hero she worked for is a dick. Gambit didn’t match their aesthetic enough anymore.

Doodle 2: Viper, a second gen character I made for Helluva Boss. She’s Striker’s kid. Clearly.

Chapter 1: The Cloaked Seer & Rainbow Fire

“The seer is here your majesty”

As the guards step aside to reveal a woman in a green dress with a brown cloak.

“You called your majesty?”

The woman bows to pay respect.

“Miss Cassandra, thankyou for coming” King White smiled.

“Shall we get started your majesty?”

“Yes Cassandra, follow me.”

The seer & the king walked down the hallway and into a dark room filled with many unlit candles.

As the seer enters, the candles start to crackle & light up into different coloured flames. They know their master's here for they can not be lit by normal matches.

In the middle of the room there stood a table, and on the table was some freshly brewed tea & some snacks.

“I hope the tea & food is to your liking miss, make yourself at home. I've heard about your work, your readings show the future through your flames.” King White scanned the room slightly anxious, as he looked at all the possible fire hazards around him.

“Do not worry my king, I don't wish to inflict harm.” Cassandra assured.

“What do you wish to forsee King White?”

“I just want to know what happens in the future. I am unsure of what's to become of me and my family...”

“Go on...”

“My wife, the queen has fallen ill and... I just want to know... If she's going to make it?” King White's expression was desolate. (Poor man...)

“Oh, and Snow!” but his expression lit up when he mentions his daughter.

“I want to know what would happen to her in case the unimagineable happens to me or her mother.” (Oh, now it's back to sad again...)

“Very well then, let's begin” Cassandra said, as she motions her hands to call upon the flames.

The flames from the candles start to burn brighter & and taller, as if it were dancing. Soon enough, the room was in flames & engulfed the king & the seer in a colorful fire.

1 Diana no tiene ningún hermano/a, no tiene ningún familiar ya que ella proviene de una comunidad aislada que no cree en los lazos familiares ni fraternales (es un culto en varias cosas) su comunidad es su familia y al ella estar en el círculo de los cazadores (son los vigilantes de su aldea) considera a sus compañeros lo más cercano a sus hermanos, en cuanto a su infancia parece por su rostro inexpresivo qué pasó una vida dura pero todo lo contrario, ella estuvo muy feliz con su estilo de vida cuando era pequeña, puesto que era todo lo que conocía, jamás sintió que no encajara o la llegaron a maltratar, fue consentida por su pueblo al verla como la cazadora perfecta por su físico y su inteligencia

2 La verdad es que la historia de mi oc tomo un rumbo inesperado, yo creé a Diana con una conocida de Instagram que también creó su propio oc, y las creamos con la idea que fueran pareja pero actualmente no estoy en comunicación con esa persona así que por ahora Diana estará soltera, a mi me gusta creer que la interacción que tiene con Hans es tierna y que ella lo ve como un niño al cual proteger ^^

3 Si! Ella es de una parte de la isla con temperaturas bajas, pero lo puede resistir porque es descendiente de vikingos que llegaron a la isla mucho tiempo atrás

4 Pues su relación con el cast es variado, Hans y ella se llevan bien aunque Diana no hable demasiado o lo demuestre (le encanta sus postres) con los trillizos está fascinada por las cosas que inventan y cada que los ve les pregunta cosas o si inventan los observa con curiosidad, Merlin le da desconfianza por la magia que posee y por un tiempo le tuvo miedo pero después aprende sobre la magia y considera a Merlin como su mentor, con Jack no tiene una relación estrecha, ella solo lo tolera porque no le gusta que sea tan materialista, pero Jack está encantado con su estilo y su forma de vida, Snow quiere mucho a Diana por su forma de ser y quiere enseñarle el mundo de afuera, mientras que Diana tiene sentimientos encontrados porque por un lado respeta a Snow como líder y monarca pero siente que es su enemiga por conflictos qué hay entre su gente y el reino blanco, a pesar de esa desconfianza Diana no es hostil con ella y con el tiempo le agarra cariño. Y Arthur es un caso muy aparte porque Diana lo detesta a morir por todo, su personalidad, su forma de hablar y que sea crea tan fuerte, y el también se siente así, todo lo que es Diana es despreciado por Arthur, cada que pueden se agarran con la chancla y se dan sus buenos golpes, pero siempre llega alguien para separarlos y que no se maten xd

If I’m not mistaken, in the post where you introduced all of the fairies you’d come up with/headcanoned/etc, you described all of them as having natural (by human standards) skin tones, whereas the queen has green skin (like the Fairy Princess)

I’ve yet to come up with a proper, somewhat logical reason as to why I headcanon some fairies to have green skin where others have “natural” colored skin (it would be too long for me to try and explain it here so I won’t make you go through my lengthy ramblings-), but I wanted to see if by any chance you had any headcanons, I’d love to hear them :D

My personal headcanon, I think, was that the green skin was an indication of fairy royalty. All the other fairies have markings on their skin of their various colours; but the royal family are so ancient and magical that they look far less human than the rest. It's something that they take great pride in, so when the princes see her appearance and treat her with such disrespect.....

It's a bit like the Targaryens in the GoT universe all having white hair I suppose (I don't actually watch GoT, so that is a loose comparison 😅)

I don't write as often as I did back in 2020/21 and frankly I'm still surprised anyone is reading it but thank you so much for you support! I really put a lot of thought in love into Red Shoes Ever After and I'm glad people are enjoying it! (even though my writing was crap back then haha)

I am writing a short story of it and have been since 2021 although I never got around to finishing it. If you like you could send in questions you have about the series and I would be more than happy to answer them! :DD
