For today's #slowfoodsunday , we are highlighting one of our favorite local businesses who makes the "slow food" for us...it's @rightbeecider ! Located in the Northwest side of Chicago, this local cidery is run by our friends Katie and Charlie and they are doing some really great things with cider! I'm more of a dry cider person which is great, because they have some delicious dry cider options for folks like me. But, I also know enough folks who enjoy a sweeter cider and they are very well taken care of, too! With Spring on my mind, thinking of bees pollinating flowers and herbs growing in a garden, Right Bee Cider is my own personal Spring and Summer when I need it. And their Dry Cider in particular is one that I love to play with. Some friends and I checked out @rightbeecider this past Saturday and it was awesome! Not only do I love the name of the cider brewery (Right Bee Cider- get it?!), but the ciders were amazing!
