#I've been having trouble doing my t shots#it's really bizarre trying to override my instinct to not in my home#i'm used to putting aside my fears in a medical setting#but at home I'm used to having what I feel comfortable with and what I consent to align#so it's been tricky#and weirdly triggering#but it's always interesting to learn more about the feeling itself#getting to know what feels safe and what doesn't#right now#the solution is to go to a walk in and just do it in the doctor's office#I can do it myself#I just need the context#if anyone else is struggling with the injection side of stuff#it's nice to be able to do it independently#and I feel better when it's done#even if i'm really warm lol#rlthoughts
