Ingredients: 1 head broccoli, cut into florets. 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons curry powder. Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil and curry powder until evenly coated. Spread the coated florets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through. Once roasted, remove from the oven and serve hot.

Reverse seared beef tri-tip tonight seasoned with @fogocharcoal The Rub and some olive oil. Served with roasted broccoli tossed in chopped garlic, evoo and lemon juice and some smashed Yukon gold potatoes seasoned with @meatchurch Garlic & Herb. Tasty meal! The beef was cooked on the @kamadojoe Classic 2 over FOGO charcoal at 350 then 550 degrees.
