Before I show off the winners, let me explain how the next 2 rounds are going to go!

There are 5 winners from each group. This had the advantage, in the event of a tie, of having a spare competitor. However, as close as some polls got we didn't have any ties! So the spare competitor (chosen at random) will automatically be moved to the final 3 way round!

Bug:

Their a bug that falls in love with a human they rescue and becomes human, but even when they don't get to keep their human body, they still get to be with their love. It's a sci-fi fairytale musical.

Little Mermaid meets Starship Troopers musical starring awesome puppets and the most trans coded main character ever. Please. Please vote Bug Starship I love him. Go watch Kick it Up a Notch from Starship. Go watch Status Quo from Starship. You will understand.

He's a bug and he lives in space on a bug planet but he really wants to be a starship ranger which you can only be if you are a human and then one day a spaceship lands on his planet and so he goes to an evil bug called Pincer who then helps him become a human. And Bug falls in love with a human on the spaceship and it's very sweet. The musical and storyline are based on the little mermaid story, the creators themselves called it "the little mermaid but in space". Bug wanting to be a human/a starship ranger and achieving that and falling in love with a human is very much like the little mermaid

Starship is a musical that can only be described as The Little Mermaid meets Starship Troopers. It follows Bug, an alien bug who dreams of being a Starship Ranger, a galactic explorer/soldier, but the rigid confines of bug society keeps him trapped in a job he hates. He reaches a Starship Ranger named February from the hive and immediately falls in love with her. In order to be with her and pursue his dream, he makes a deal with a giant scorpion named Pincer who through sci-fi bs gives him a human body. Near the end of the second act he sacrifices his human body and returns to his bug body, and saves the day and wins February's heart. It's truly the ultimate Little Mermaid. He has multiple songs, and his bug body is portrayed by a puppet!! Vote for Bug!!

They are the purest little mermaid adaptation done in the most unuque way. An alien insect gets turned into a human, a race he has always loved and admired, to be with the woman he fell in love with. Also just a great musical.

Bug's whole arc is so so in tune with that of the little mermaid. He is an alien who has fallen in love with humanity through a crashed spaceship and trades his place in the hive for a chance to be with both with the human he's falling for and to be a Starship Ranger. He body swaps with human in a cryogenic pod! It's literally sci-fi Little Mermaid!

Least Rizz Round 1: Phum (We Are) vs Winner (Pit Babe)

Phum: "Okay, I know not many people will agree with me, but Jesus Christ this man, he gets me in stitches all the time cos of how bad his rizz is. I've not seen all episodes yet, but throughout the EPs I've seen his way of flirting is to ask the guy he likes to… Clean for him? Just do a lot of chores? Telling him to eat with him in the least smooth way possible? They end up kissing, almost making out, TWICE yet the dude he's pursuing still has the impression that they're just "really close" cos Phum is just so bad at making moves. Like, yeah, he does say some rizz like things, and he triES, but his performance of them is missing something for it to work on his oblivious man. He gets jealous and tries to bribe a child to stop his love interest from talking with another dude. He steals his love interest's coffee Infront of the other dude. Just- I'll give him some effort for trying but for real, the rizz is so bad and I am still shocked Peem is falling for it. Phum got pretty privilege for real"

DAMON/ELENA BRACKET ROUND 1 CHAMPIONSHIP

1.19 Damon just told Elena about Stefan’s blood binging, and now Stefan is MIA. Elena’s name is called, and she descends the stairs in her beautiful gown, nobody waiting at the bottom for her. Damon, standing in the crowd, looks around, realizes what is happening, elbows his way to the front, and smoothly steps up to wait for her. Her face softens in gratitude, he gazes up at her. She takes his hand and whispers, “Where’s Stefan?” “I don’t know,” Damon whispers back. And then, together, they step into the light. Jenna watches them walk by and asks, “What is she doing with Damon?” Alaric answers, “I have no idea.” “What are we gonna do?” Elena asks.  Damon answers, “Right now we just have to get through this.” And then they dance. Damon starts to smile at Elena, and then after a moment, she starts to smile back. She’s not panicked anymore. The soundtrack provides telling commentary: “Can you still see the heart of me? / All my agony fades away / When you hold me in your embrace / Don’t tear me down for all I need /Make my heart a better place / Give me something I can believe”

1.14 Elena goes alone to the Salvatore boardinghouse to try to get Damon to trust them again. “I’m gonna have to change the locks,” he says when he sees her. She tells him she’s not going to apologize for getting the grimoire without him, because she was trying to protect the people she loves - “But so are you, in your own, twisted way, and as hard as it is to figure, we’re all on the same side because we all want the same thing.” “Not interested,” Damon says. “Yes you are, because you were willing to work with us yesterday!” Outrage and hurt fly across Damon’s face before he settles into wry self-deprecation: “Fool me once…shame on you.” Elena switches tactics abruptly: “Okay, when we were in Atlanta, why didn’t you use your compulsion on me?” He shoots back, “Who’s to say I didn’t?” Elena is taken off guard, and says, “You didn’t.” He raises his eyebrows. “I know you didn’t,” she repeats more firmly.  “But you could have. You and I…we have something. An understanding. And I know my betrayal hurt you, different from how it is with Stefan, but I’m promising you this now, I will help you get Katherine back.”  He appears to struggle with this before saying, “I wish I could believe you.”  She takes her necklace off, holds it up.  “Ask me if I’m lying now.”  She puts the necklace on the ground and faces him. Damon picks up the necklace and fastens it back around Elena’s neck, while she looks up into his eyes. “I didn’t compel you in Atlanta because we were having fun,” he tells her softly. “I wanted it to be real…I’m trusting you.” Then his voice hardens: “Don’t make me regret it.”
