Through Social Media Marketing Scoop Whoop is a one-stop place to discover and share everything Indian that's going on the internet. Also known as "Buzz feed Of India." It also generated 25 billion monthly impressions through the Social Media Platform.

ScoopWhoop's primary focus is on increasing their audience.It is one of the companies working on the fast-growing business in India, i.e. Digital advertising currently accounts for 23 percent of the total sales of the entertainment and media industry. 

It was able to generate Rs 26 crore from Kalaari Capital alone and 10 crore revenues from Bharti Softbank. It is now handling its regular funding, which is expected to generate 10 crores of revenue by the end of March 2016 without any marketing effort.

STRATEGY

In this era of the WTF, i.e. Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook, where everyone is surrounded by social media platforms, maybe mobiles, tabs or laptops, people have created their own online world, where everyone battles to make their location. Maybe they'll post something funny or sarcastic, or maybe they'll post a nice video of a cat jumping out of a window, or maybe they'll publish news. 

What ScoopWhoop has done is to amalgamate all of this and make a network a source of entertainment. A one-stop destination for online users to gather knowledge and have fun at the same time.

We're getting addicted to the scoops posted by them by the way they're curating it and showing it to the public. Their main strategy is to target the 15-35-year-old audience and serve them news with a pinch of entertainment. They use a lot of pictures to convey the story and a catchy caption respectively. 

A story gets published in ScoopWhoop if the topic is trending in social media, then that story has to go through the content team with the main motive of getting maximum views and share and easy to consume by the audience as well.
