i watched the dont lie svt mafia game (the first two links u sent) and it was so fun!!! i love how you dont know who the mafia is until the end so it’s like youre playing along too :) also seungkwan was so smart!!! gradually building everyones trust and gathering allies around him!! i was so sad when he was killed off tho, he literally was abt to catch the mafia 😭 and hoshi REVEALING HIMSELF AS THE MAFIA was the funniest thing ever but also really smart like he turned everyone against mingyu (who honestly i thought was the mafia too), and in the last round hoshi was just openly like “who should we kill today” IM DEAD 😂 also can i just say that jeonghan looked so GOOD in that game...he’s such a sexy mafia 😏 i cant wait to watch their second dont lie mafia game!

u already know for 127 jaehyun was my first bias and now mark is my ult <3 and for dreamies if u dont count mark (since i knew him from 127 first so kinda unfair) i think jaemin was prob also my first and current bias?? he was my first bias and i just never stopped 😂 for wayv i think my bias is yangyang hehe :) im trying to think abt what similarities in my biases are - it might just be the smiley happy funny ones with the best laughs as we talked about before (this is weird but i think when i first meet someone i notice their laugh?? like i love ppl who have laughs that you can tell are just truly from their heart if that makes sense) i might also have a slight bias for rap lines but i think that is not as concrete as the smiley/funny thing!

omg thats so cool that you know so many languages!! youre so cool hehe :) i always have so much respect for ppl who learned languages (idk i dont count me knowing canto as learning a language bc i kinda passively learned it thanks to my parents hahaha) i took french and spanish for a bit in school but i didnt continue and have thus forgotten most of it D: (which i kinda regret, i want to try learning french again someday) also i totally get that about chinese and japanese being intimidating...ive always thought it'd be so cool to learn another asian language (and one that is more widely used than canto) but they are quite hard, esp for chinese/japanese where the writing system is a lot harder to learn!! i learned korean hangul so i can sound out words veryyyy slowly but i dont know what they mean 99% of the time 😂 i havent seriously applied myself to actively learning a third language but i've always wanted to! i can understand basic korean phrases tho since i watch so much korean content ahahaha

Roadtrip With Svt

Scoup Map man. While he may have the map that doesn’t mean he's any good at it. Basically because he is the oldest he got the front seat, which means map duties landed on him. Pointed driver gyu the wrong directions so many times Mingyu asked for a new map guide every three minutes. Did not give up the front seat and will never give it up.

Jeonghan Literally just napped the whole time. Like he just crawled into the nearest rv bed, even pushing some people out just so he could sleep. Of course, yes, he did get pushed out later on but hey, its jeonghan, through the yelling and car sickness he just found a different place to sleep, even if its on the floor. When he isnt asleep, hes taking selcas and laughing at mingyu

Joshua Poor guy, this poor guy. Third oldest and still ended up pretty close to the back so the car sick kids could sit closer but he somehow ended up getting smushed against the window and hasn’t been able to move for the past thirty minutes someone please help him, he was super excited to go on the road trip but now that he is in the car he is second guessing himself because he is trying to keep the bickering down and make sure no one throws up from mingyus crazy driving.

Jun Jun knew this road trip was going to be wild from the start. Sat down and buckled up with a snack and sat back to enjoy the show. Anyone who falls asleep, watch out jun will take the ugliest picture possible of you and laugh at if for five years. Gets out to go to the bathroom every time they stop but never actually asks to go to the bathroom.

Hoshi Is the person that asks to go to the bathroom every thirty minutes and like literally how, he hasn’t even had anything to drink ??? also there is a bathroom on the rv why can’t he just use the bathroom in the rv ??? loud af at one moment, passed out with his mouth open the next. At one point did get sharpie all over his face and didn’t notice until the next rest stop.

Wonwoo His rbf has never been so real. Has actually yelled at every single person in the car, a few of them twice. Ate all the food in the car with no regrets. Has eavesdropped on everyone's conversations, a bit salty he isn’t up front with mingyu and helping him get there faster cause coups sucks but also kinda happy because mingyu can be just as annoying.

Woozi The next person who breaths to loud is going to get shoved out the window. About to throw coups out of the front seat because of his dumb directions, back seat driving even though he doesn’t know how to drive. One of the people who drew all over hosh, was also trying to draw on people who weren’t asleep. This did not fly. Gave up on that and put headphones on, turned it up super loud then just focused on writing lyrics

DK Rolled the windows down and made everything fly around; reason #38432 why mingyu made the wrong turn. Actually the loudest person out of all 13 people, like seriously the people around him are wearing earplugs the poor souls. The guy who get half way through the drive and suddenly remembers the ten most important things he needed to pack.

Mingyu Designated driver. Did NOT want to be the driver, like he just wanted to sit in the back seat and stare out the window but nope, he is driving, and it’s not like he is used to driving an rv, its much bigger. Between the loud screaming of half the people squished into the rv and coups crappy directions they got lost so many times he’s lost count. Just wants to get there so he can take a freakin nap and eat a good meal.

The8 Danced in his seat for like fifteen minutes until he knocked wonwoo’s drink out of his hand and split it over everyone. Has roasted everyone under his breath at least three times. Almost made mingyu cry by commenting on his driving. Laughs every time they take the wrong turn. Laughs at everything and everyone. Tbh everyone is just trying to make sure thughao doesnt make an apperance.

Seungkwan Loud, intense singing to every song, until vernon took over and then he started crying. Told himself he wasn’t going to eat some of the candy vernon got at the last rest stop but he ate about half of it in the end and honestly he doesn’t regret it. Has asked if they were there yet at least two hundred times. Got stuck between woozi and vernon and almost died when the two of them got in a fight over music. Has sassed everyone in the car.

Vernon Somehow got control of the aux cord and poor dino has never heard so many bad words in the same sentence. Catch joshua screaming and covering the babies ears. At one point the music was so loud the rv was seriously shaking. Hasn’t eaten so much sugar since he was in middle school and this is a problem because now he is aggressively dancing in the back seat.

Dino The poor baby, just trying to make it through the road trip in one piece. Not enough seats and since he is the baby yes, he did have to sit on someone's lap. Everyone takes turns with him because he is heavy. Woozi almost punched hoshi when he tried to shove chan onto him and poor chan had no control. Most content on shuas lap because he is the one who doesn’t complain as much. Simply just trying to make it through the dang road trip. Did not sign up for this tbh.

Intro to Seventeen

I’ve realized many don’t get into Seventeen because A. they’ve never heard of them, or B. they are too big. WELL… Allow me a few moments of your time to try to break it down for you… Let me introduce you to Seventeen, the sweetest group you’ll ever meet, a group who is large but not intimidating, and whose music will make you cry rainbows and sunshine.

Yes… they are a large group. DON’T RUN AWAY YET THEY’RE JUST LIKE A FAMILY SIZE BAG OF CHIPS. BIGGER CAN BE BETTER.

They debuted on May 26, 2015

Ent. Company: Pledis Entertainment

Fandom name: Carat (as in the carats in a diamond)

Fan colors: Rose Quarts and Serenity.

Greeting: “Say the name, Seventeen!”

They consist of 13 members, ranging from ‘95 liners to ‘99.

Their name is Seventeen because they have 13 members, 3 units, and 1 team. 13+3+1=17

It may be a little confusing at first, but trust me the concept of the units will help you differentiate them! They refer to the different units on the daily.

Although they are one team, they perform solo unit songs, and can have separate unit interviews and video clips.

~OKAY UNIT TIME~

First unit: the Vocal Unit. This unit consists of Woozi, Joshua, Jeonghan, DK, and Seungkwan.

They specialize in the obvious, vocals! They write, arrange and produce their music themselves! *People forget this way too much tbh*

They also all play an instrument, making up what we call the Seventeen band!

Woozi (Lee Jihoon): ‘96 line, Vocal Team leader, lead song writer and producer extraordinaire, and resident “grumpy” cupcake. He’s the shortest in the group, and he’s just naturally adorable. *go listen to iOi’s “Downpour”…cough cough, he wrote it*

Joshua (Hong Jisoo): '95 line, He’s American and a Christian, with the voice of an angel. He plays guitar, and calls himself the gentleman of the group. He’s besties with Jeonghan, seriously these two are glued to the hip. *literally the sweetest ever*

Jeonghan (Yoon Jeonghan): '95 line, Mom of the group, don’t let that pretty face fool you, HE’S A SWINDLER. He loves to make his members do things for him, likes to lay claims to random members as well.*Dino whose baby are you???* He loves his fans, still has a very sweet yet sarcastic personality.

Dokyeom (Lee Seokmin): '97 line, Also called DK, *his name confused the crap out of me when i first found them* he’s considered the “happy virus” of the group. If you ever watch any videos of them, you’ll typically see him in the front with the biggest beautiful smile you’ve ever seen. HIS VOICE THOUGH… too wonderful.

Seungkwan (Boo Seungkwan): '98 line, Also called “Boo-yonce”. He’s sassy, fabulous and hilarious, he is not afraid to spill the beans on any member. He has the voice of a performer with 20+ years of experience, he’s the youngest of the vocal unit.

Hoshi (Kwon Soonyoung): ‘96 line, Performance Unit Leader, lead choreographer and organizer of 13 member dances. He’s hilarious yet sweet, and is a bit of a spitfire. I’ve noticed he’s one member who has to be particularly careful about what he lets slip out of his mouth. He’s known for his interesting eye shape, he jokingly describes them as the hands of a clock pointing to 10:10. Hosh what time is it?? 10 hour 10 minute?

Jun (Wen Junhui): ‘96 line, ½ of the China line, one of the super quiet members, he’s still shy on camera honestly. If you’re watching a SVT video or any VLive, and you see a member walking around aimlessly in the background, there’s a 95% chance its Jun. He also has the smirk of a little devil and the face of an angel, gosh. *Just love him, one day we’ll learn his ways*

The8 (Xu Ming Hao): ‘97 line, ½ of China line, he’s quiet at first, then has random outbursts of complete sass. He looks all sweet, until a member double crosses him. He plays the foreigner card often feigning innocence, but he can roast any member in perfect Korean the next second. *Still one of the cutest members ever, loves his Carats*

Dino (Lee Chan): ‘99 line, making him Seventeen’s maknae. He’s such a sweetheart, and a little dance machine. He’s a sub rapper, not to be confused with any rappers in the next unit. He is Jeonghan’s baby until he is 30. *When he turns 30 though… Jeonghan is so getting slapped*

S.Coups (Choi Seungcheol): ‘95 line, Leader of Hip Hop unit and our humble leader of the entire 13 member group. This boy has a heart of gold, he’s the dad of the group. He accepts responsibility for all the shenanigans and believes whole heartedly in each member. He always feels he is lacking, but he invests and takes time for each member. *marriage material truly*

Wonwoo (Jeon Won woo): ‘96 line, listed visuals, truthfully, I HARDLY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS BOY. I know he loves Mingyu, and he loves his Carats. He has such a sweet personality from what I’ve seen, he is just so quiet, and he really keeps to himself. When he does smile its genuine, so I at least know he’s happy to be there. *When he raps though oh lord help me…*

Mingyu (Kim Mingyu): ‘97 line, Gentle Giant, he is an absolute cuddle bug. He snuggles up to all the members and is willing to do anything for them. He is always complimenting them and dissing them at the same time. He is always smiling and cries when he is touched. He has a very dark exterior, but he will melt your heart. *Whenever he speaks English… dead* “Whaaat? Get out.”

Vernon (Choi Hansol Vernon): ‘98 line, Korean-American from NYC. He fits right in with sweetness and humor alongside the other members. He is literally a little rap god. He eats, sleeps and breathes hip hop. Even his tone of voice is like he’s rapping. *I smell a future solo career with this one.*
