It sucks that bad people are trying to take advantage of innocent peoples's suffering by pretending to be victims of the war in Gaza when they aren't, but the existence of these scammers is an unfortunate reality and they've made it singlehandedly impossible to know whether I'm actually helping war victims with my money or simply funding a fraud operation by donating to anyone.

I am creating this post for the benefit of those select few Gazan Tumblr accounts which are legitimate, because if they've put effort into messaging me then I want them to know why I keep ignoring all messages related to donation requests.

PLEASE seek help from a known and properly funded charity organization instead of wasting valuable time and energy here, and please do so on a more secure website. Tumblr was never a good place to look for donations in the first place due to its high crime rate (we have so many scammers and bots, it's not even funny).

I also just don't see him having panic attacks around Vanessa -- he doesn't show many signs of fear or terror during SB, and goes out of his way specifically to free her

Why do people write her like she's 16 sometimes... like cmon its not that hard to write age gap siblings) another part is, again, How Vanessa contributed to his own trauma which would take time and effort to move past no matter how brave or sympathetic you are. Trauma isn't something you can rationalize away.

Honestly if you're going found family, aunt and nephew would still be a better relationship dynamic for them me thinks, but that's just personal preference. Maybe a cool gay aunt if you're including GGY, which is definitely closer than I judged earlier.

From a foreign perspective, this looks downright like it's a kink thing, even though I know that unfortunately it is not. I know conservative white people who are afraid to leave their homes and walk on the streets, and sure, I sometimes grip my keys like a weapon when I walk home from public transportation alone at night because I don't know how the local men feel about transgender women, but I feel safe enough at home to just have a regular door lock like everyone else, and a big stick that I've never ever had to use (but it does wonders for the anxiety). All this culture of American white women fear is so wild to me. That's an anxiety disorder, y'all. I know y'all have to live in constant fear of gunshots and whatnot, but gun control clearly isn't what this is about.
