Everyone chiming in with "cholera isn't airborne! this is misinformation!" need to 1. learn to click on sources and 2. examine the context before they open their mouths. Sharii is discussing how the primary recommendation for covid prevention is handwashing. She isn't implying you can breathe cholera on people. Y'all are frothing at the mouth, ready to call people stupid without examining what is going on, and that's sad and unhelpful.
Also, masking can help to reduce the spread of cholera by making it more difficult for people to put their contaminated hands in their mouth and nose, the primary spread of the disease.

“Зеленский сплагиатил речь Порошенко. Оказывается, не один раз “ I noticed that Olga Sharii has tougher rhetoric than Anatoly Sharii. I like purposeful, smart, competitive and beautiful girls. I like to watch video from Olga Shariy. I translate the video from Olga Shari to my friends in English. I Russian understand, but I do not know how to write in Russian yet.

I saw someone attempting to imagine a World Parliament and decided to take a crack at it as well
Here's the link to the article in question:
It's kind of old (YMMV on whether or not July 2019 is old), the author's criteria to classify some political parties' ideology would probably be seen as absurd nowadays, and I'd already come up with a bunch of possible methods of my own to build this theoretical World Parliament.
That said, let's get this started. I'll most likely split this into multiple posts on a reblog chain.
--------------------------------------------------
I know some users will start pointing out how wildly unequal the world population's distributed is across all countries and that most of them would never consent to creating or respecting the authority of a World Parliament where each one country gets more seats the higher its population is, because that would allow every law project to be blocked by only a couple of regions (or even a couple of the most populated countries alone). Before you guys flood the notes with such comments, here's my solution for that: after creating this World Parliament, it could be turned into the lower house of a bicameral parliament and the UN General Assembly could be repurposed as a World Senate with the same amount of power.
All right, let's talk specifically about the lower house... I used population data from 2022. For the seat distribution between countries, I started with a total of 5000 seats (each MWP would represent about 1.5 million people with this initial amount), distributed them between all countries proportionally to their population (which left at least a few dozen countries with no MWPs whatsoever, just as expected), and then added 5 seats for each country (which meant at least 1000 extra seats in total and even more depending on which political entities would count as a country, more details on that later) to ensure all of them had enough representation so that I don't have a country whose only MWP represents the single most voted political party and nothing else; I found out that, if I had added only enough seats for all countries to have at least 5 seats each (5 for those with none, 4 for those with 1, and so on), it'd have distorted proportionality more than if I added 5 seats for all countries regardless of their initial amount. The total count of seats ended up at 6240.
Another thing I had to decide on was the definition of the word "country" that I'd use. The thing is, some political entities are in a sort of grey area regarding whether or not they're independent; this obviously includes colonies and any territory whose status is disputed, and the local population in those places would need their own MWPs until their situation is clarified, but some places are in this grey area even without any controversy surrounding their legal status: there are the Danish states of Faroe Islands & Greenland and the islands formerly called "Dutch Antilles", conventionally treated as colonies or overseas territories of Denmark and the Netherlands respectively, even though their status is much more similar to that of the Realms of the British Commonwealth, which are agreed to be fully independent countries in their own right; speaking of the United Kingdom, there are also its "home countries" other than England, where the central government devolved authority to their respective local governments; lastly, there are all the states in "free association" or under a similar regime, traditionally recognized as independent or not on a case-by-case basis.
I briefly considered grouping contiguous countries with similar socio-economic and cultural characteristics into regions. I had to discard this option after finding out some extreme cases made this unfeasible: not only some countries' representation would be "drowned out" by that of much more populated countries in the same region (e.g., Canada, with only a tenth of the USA's population), but in Oceania, the region of Polynesia would have no MWPs at all and the region of Micronesia would have so little MWPs that it'd be impossible to re-distribute them between all countries in that region. In the end, I chose to distribute seats based on each country's population alone; this division of the world into regions was kept merely for practical purposes, becoming relevant only for one specific case: if a country has territory on multiple continents, the portions of that country in each continent would get its own representation.
(Actually, world regions might be useful for something different: along with the World Parliament's lower house and the UN General Assembly turned into a World Senate, there could be a 3rd chamber where each world region gets the same number of seats and then each region's seats are re-distributed between its countries either equally or according to its population; it'd be similar to how the Canadian Senate assigns 24 seats to each of the main regions of Canada and then those 24 seats are re-distributed among the provinces within each region; this would still require a long, thoughtful analysis of all regions and subregions of the world involving geographs with varied opinions on the topic, in order to determine the best way to define the regions for this 3rd chamber)
Lastly, this will ignore territories with no permanent residents or only inhabited by either scientists (Antarctica being the main example of this) or the personnel of a military base established by another country.
Below the Read More is the list of countries and the number of MWPs per country I'll be working with. I'll continue with this in the next post.
